  1. +1 to reducing the price, by how much I am unsure but definitely make it more affordable

    Fishing

+1 Very good suggestion. It would be great to see something extra added to fishing
  3. -1 Rule breaks are an OOC matter and should always be handled using OOC methods. The biggest punishment for rule breaking is being banned which means you are completely incapable of RPing in the server. Sending would be banned rule breakers to prison grants them the capability to RP. Just as it is with every new player to the server, it is their responsibility to stay up to date on the rules and commands.
  4. One of the most kind hearted and funny people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working alongside. I definitely miss having you in EMS but am so proud that you have found your passion. You have my full support! - Nicole Crawford
  5. -1 I view signatures as a way to express somebody's creativity and some of them are really well done. Sure there are some that are huge and take up an absurd amount of space but somebody put time and effort into creating it. Just leave them be.
  6. Massive +1 I would love to see crims get more things to do especially things that assist with a good risk/reward balance.

  8. +1 If a command to mute it is too much, I am extremely in favor of an app on our phone that stores all the ads and then perhaps an hourly "reminder" about the phone app. I think that's a decent middle ground where players are still informed about the app and all the ads as well as have the option to view them on their phone as well as possibly reference older ads for a specified length of time. That last part I feel is also important to note because dependent on what you are actively doing the moment an ad comes through with the system right now, it may completely get flooded out in a minute whereas other players may be able to see the ad for much longer.

    Delete please

-1 Donors should not get special treatment.
  10. +1 To solve the fishing/NCZ issue perhaps disabling fishing while in NCZ bounds
  11. -1
  12. This is completely an IC issue and can be resolved using IC methods.
  13. OP I acknowledge everything you stated but I do want to make sure you are also aware of the appeal process. Should a reported party feel that a punishment decision was made with bias they are always welcome to go through the appeal process and see as the decision is reviewed by multiple staff members all culminating in a senior member of staff making the ultimate decision. Should the appeal process not be taken advantage of in cases of possible bias, no corrective action can be done. The biggest plus about the appeal process is that it takes the final outcome out of the possibly biased parties hands and places it into the hands of one who has no real direct benefit from the outcome. In the event of a possible conflict occurring outside of reports, people are also always welcome to bring their concerns to the appropriate staff (see staff roster for hierarchy and positions within staff) for continued follow up. Methods already exist for handling possible conflicts of interest, it's moreso a matter a utilizing them appropriately and with your best judgement.
  14. +1 for repairs/maintenance as stated by OP Anything more than that has the potential to pretty much make additional vehicle slots pointless. You should have some privileges as a permanent key owner but not to the extent of doing everything the owner can. There needs to be obvious difference between being a keyholder and an owner aside from the monetary benefit of being able to sell.
  15. -1 Something like this would end up cluttering the already long dispatch list for PD. It also has massive potential of being abused.
  16. Necessary? I'm stating a valid argument to your post - sorry if you don't like people disagreeing with you.
  17. -1 We don't need cars to go faster and we definitely don't need old beat up cars to have NOS installed. Hell, if anything we need people to not bolt through the streets for absolutely no reason.
  18. +1
  19. -1 to a prison sentence cap. There were legitimate reasons for getting rid of the previous 2 hr cap +1 to much more activities in prison and avenues for increased RP
  20. From the bottom of my heart I have to say that it has been an absolute pleasure working with both Mr. Wong and Mr. Chiu. Huge thank you to Seth for presenting me with the opportunity to collaborate with Eclipse Radio. I look forward to working closely with you all in the future. Great job in creating something amazing from the ground up. xoxo Nicole Crawford
  21. I'm unsure how you see this as confirming your point. Nowhere did I state that there are two main jobs in the city - for reference I work as EMS and know people in all factions as well as non-faction members who get along just fine. The jobs don't need more pay, they provide enough already especially when compared to payouts for faction members who are held to high standards and oversight. Inflation is the last thing we need with the current state of the economy. Your inability to save enough to purchase property has nothing to do with job pay. If job pay goes up, prices go up, that's how it works. Just like in real life you have to work hard to make money to purchase things. Property, cars, etc. are a luxury not a necessity.
  22. There are plenty of people who live basic civilian lives as a middle ground. If you are consistently grinding for money and are unhappy with that then I advise you to take a step back and look at how you are spending your time. This is not a grind simulator by any means. You can partake in RP at any moment in time, you are just directing most of yours at making money to buy property. Adding higher pay would only create inflation and you will be in the same position, nothing will change. "First available" jobs already pay decently to provide citizens with the means to buy necessities. Also, the value of drugs should in no way go down, that would all but cripple criminals who, in my opinion, need avenues for higher profit (of course at the expense of more time spent on these money making activities). Overall -1 from me
  23. A safe and responsible driver will always look at their speedometer. They will not rely on cruise control nor keep their foot on the gas. Ease up on the gas pedal and you’ll see the number of tickets you get decrease.
  24. Overall -1 XP thresholds for jobs are set internally by the people within those factions as they see fit so not really something to make a suggestion regarding. XP being character bound gives a general idea of how long you have been playing on that character and how much effort you've put in/development has been done. Some jobs use XP between characters when making a determination (SD uses cross character whereas PD does not from what I know). As with XP thresholds, there are internal reasons for these decisions.
