+1 I see absolutely no legitimate reason to force the purchase of a completely new weapon just because you ran out of ammo. In real life I can walk into a gun store and legally purchase boxes of ammunition at my leisure completely separate from an actual firearm purchase. As it stands right now in game I can go to a store and buy 10 guns, strip the ammo from them all, then toss the empty guns away. That is just silly and doesn't really make much sense. With that said, I wouldn't be opposed to a close look at proper balancing of import/sale price, amount, and availability so it's not just promoting people stockpiling ammo.

+1 Personally I've never been towed for illegal parking but I do believe that people should be informed of price before proceeding with getting their vehicle released. It's more about transparency of cost and then on the person to decide if they want to retrieve said vehicle. This would also be beneficial for people who may have multiple impounded vehicles and can easily decide which is worth the cost. This would also increase communication between the officer and citizen where the officer will inform the person of the associated cost. Even though that is very minor communication, I think it would be a nice little plus.

I'm unsure of the "immune" part but typically what occurs is the basket is used and the person on the ground level does /carrybody as, from what I recall, there is no vertical limitation. The person on the upper level only positions the person in the proper place so the /carrybody will register the location of the injured. When I was in MD this is what we typically did unless an admin was present to assist with a TP to the ground.

-1 for many reasons including but not limited to staff availability/responsibilities, suggestions promoting conversation, suggestion revival, process of implementation, and much much more. The suggestion section of the forums is a predominantly community ran area that only really requires staff involvement for archive of over the top/non-implementable suggestions or at the request of the poster. Forum members are encouraged to search for similar suggestions already and if they do not, other members do well to link similar suggestions. One of our lovely staff members @Kris already did a tremendous amount of work sorting through and archiving many suggestions. I do not see the need for mandated monitoring and adjusting of such a heavy flow area of the forums.

As stated above, this is an IC suggestion not an OOC one. Should this be something you want to see in the server, please carry it out through IC means.

So my rationale for my -1 is moreso the consideration of realistically, these legal weapon shipments would be guarded so well it would be practically suicide to attempt to intercept it. Personally I am not aware of how weapon shipments work in real life so it's hard to draw a full comparison. Criminals on the other hand will be ordering from the black market and would have to remain more discreet during exchanges/shipments and law enforcement would typically have special branches dedicated to tracking down illegal weapons shipments. It's presently not really feasible to fully emulate what a legal weapons shipment convoy would look like in ECRP and I worry that should something like this come into play it would turn into just a different form of cop hunting to obtain their weaponry. It's hard to fully explain my perspective but I hope I did a decent enough job above. It's in no way meant to really be a double standard and I implore you to consider that I am one of the biggest criminal roleplay advocates on this server although I main a legal (and have a criminal alt that enjoys her time with Triads). I just do not think it is realistic at all considering that most likely these legal weapons shipments would probably be the most heavily guarded convoy you've ever seen. I've also never really seen or heard news reports of a legal weapon shipment being intercepted by a criminal organization. Now if there was a way to accurately replicate this type of shipment on the server along with proof of shipments typically running that way then I am all for it.

Sorry, this is a -1 from me especially with this line: "Gives criminals a chance to intercept said transports giving them hard to obtain items"

Government factions are supervised and managed by our Legal Faction Management Team OOCly and ICly by our Commissioners who are Head Administrators. While I would like to see City Hall become more involved with everyday roleplay, I do not believe for a second that we should have a player in the server with oversight over our legal factions. Any position like this would be in name alone and have no actual power. There is more to managing legal factions than you think and fundamental server operations is a huge factor which cannot be dealt with by a normal player. This is a -1 from me.

-1 for the most part although it would be nice to see people being more realistic with their robberies mainly location wise. Many people have already adapted to making robberies more realistic (pulling you aside into an alley and out of plain sight) but sadly it's not something that can very easily be controlled and I don't think there needs to be anything specific regarding it added to the rules. As stated previously which I can attest to, larger gangs normally don't go around robbing people, hell if I'm on the side of the road I get Triads, Zetas, Misfits, WCA, etc. roll up and ask if I'm good. It's typically newer players that partake in the robberies which on that note, I wish new player protection went away FOREVER the moment they did their first /frisk. Anyway, enough of the rant, this is a -1 from me

-1 This is an English speaking server and the forums should remain in English with no other languages present. Allowing people to speak in other languages would potentially cause a divide as well as make it harder to find metagaming and improper behaviors on the forums.

-1 to removing the NPC (there is no real active drug market to supplement) +1 to growing weed indoors

-1 for the following reasons: First, if people are abusing the /cpr command you can report them to get their medical license revoked as well as possible punishment by server staff for powergaming. Second, a counter would make absolutely no sense considering you may actually RP providing actual CPR on somebody which requires only physical interaction and no actual medical supplies. To add to that you can also RP emergency bandages such as tearing off a piece of clothing to use as a temporary bandage and apply pressure. Having a counter would completely remove this option and limit RP for all players with a BLS license. It doesn't really make much sense to completely lose the ability to help somebody just because you don't have a bandage or ice pack in your bag.

+1 please spare me from my run across the city just for a city bee. I like staying in shape but it takes a toll after a while
-
I would rather see both listed - total xp across all characters as well as individual character xp. The main reason for this is while xp can be used to see how much experience the player has in the server in general, the character based xp still servers a purpose and can show how developed that specific character is.

+1 While I understand there is a player run casino, there should still be scripted options available to players at a minimum when the casino is not active. I would love to see scripted blackjack and as another posted mentioned perhaps there is a limit when playing elsewhere that is not the casino.

Neutral considering Sandy Shores MD is not significantly far away

+1 because why not! I'd like to be able to pick my outcome though instead of it being random

Massive -1 to this suggestion considering even 4 hours is a short period of time to lose your car after getting chopped. I'd be in favor of @alexalex303's comment regarding an increase in the timer. This is basically the only way to limit/disable a rival's ability to mobilize. Protect your car OP so it doesn't get chopped

All members of the community can look in the channel and answer questions. Most questions are not left lingering for long so this is completely unnecessary from my point of view. If somebody wants a role they are more than welcome to apply the next time Support applications open. Along with this, anybody who wants to continuously answer questions can just adjust their Discord settings like mentioned by another person above.

+1 I like this
