DasRumpel
急需休息 (Much needed break) --- After months of fighting, the tired warriors of the Four Seas Order were longing for some time away from all the stress and hecticness. After all, how much use is a worn-out fighter? News of Daichead Gadaí opening their pub, Steamboat Beers, thus came at the perfect time. Finally something to look forward to that would leave them without gunshot residue, serving as a break from the troubling and oftentimes scary criminal life. To make things even better, the Order was offered to contribute to the menu with their own beverage or food; they of course did not refuse this proposal from their new allies. A decision on what they would bring to the opening was quickly made: They were going to shy away from delicious noodles this time, instead opting for pork dumplings. Before the official opening, a few members even got to try one of the beers that would be served: Daichead Nation, a beer from the brewery of Asbjorn Schmidt, member of Burnout Nation, a local car club and event organizer. The drink tasted just as delicious as the scent that filled the room when it was poured into their glasses. On the day of the event, Ling was working hard to get the dumplings done perfectly for the opening. The kitchen was left a mess but it was worth it. Arriving at Steamboat, Lola showed them the dumpling station that had been set up for them at a corner of the bar. This is where Greg and Kent Liang as well as Jamal Wilson would be handing out free dumplings for the evening. The place filled quickly and soon enough the Four Seas Order could happily observe many of the guests munching on dumplings in between sips of their drinks. Finally, in times of turmoil, it felt like unity and friendship were the only things that mattered. Jaymes McClean and Eoghan Macc provided the soundtrack for the evening, taking the audience for a trip around the world with their music from all parts of the globe. As the evening was winding down, Chris used the opportunity to invite their Irish friends to the Noodle House that was going to open the next day. Invitations were then also sent out to TRCC and La Nostra Famiglia, two families that the Order was happy to call their friends. --- “Doors are open.” One could have thought the Four Seas Order were operating a circus as the Clowns funneled into the restaurant. Along with them entered the Irish mandem and gyaldem of Daichead Gadaí. Soon enough, everyone had sat down at a table with chatter and the smell of delicious noodles filling the room, exchanging the cold and darkness that surrounded them on the outside with warmth and comfort. Traditional Chinese music was played as stomachs were getting filled. With the dumplings from the previous day being a big hit, they were brought back for this evening as well. This is what the Four Seas Order had been missing. Ever since the conflicts started, there were no opportunities to invite their friends for noodles and a good time but this weekend they were more than happy to enjoy the welcome distraction. New friendships were born as the members of the different gangs met each other, introducing themselves and exchanging stories. The smiling faces served as a reward for the defenders of Little Seoul. A complete contrast to recent times. The soft plucking of guqins replaced the thundering sounds of gunfire, laughter replaced screams and yelling. There was peace, at least for a little bit. With the evening coming to an end, the newly formed alliance started heading out of the Noodle House back into the cold that was awaiting them outside. Putting their masks back on, the feeling of peace disappeared. Duty called. Edited December 15, 2020 by DasRumpel
Eloah
Family is everything It was a normal day for Jonas. He woke up as usual, jumped into his clothes, and went out to start his day. He went to Weazel to take the guns he ordered last night but something unusual happened, which made him think that he can do more than this. He can be more useful to his family. After he was told that their dealers are requesting packed money to progress FSO again. He decided to take the risk and arrange a plan for a robbery, a big one. He was aware of the risk and he knew it could turn out bad for him but he wanted to try because he believed his family was worth it. He finally asked for some members of FSO that he trusted and believed in to help him out with the plan and all of them agreed on the plan and decided to do it. At the end of the day he managed to lead the robbery successfully, but the only person who suffered the consequence was himself - yes he was finally arrested by LSSD after a boring and a long chase which led to his imprisonment. https://youtu.be/YPkNVsPYg0s

DasRumpel
盛宴 (Feast) --- With the holiday season in full swing, there were events being held all over to the city. Coming off of the massive success that was the previous weekend’s opening of Steamboat Beers where the Four Seas Order could showcase their skills in dumpling making, they were invited by Burnout Nation to serve noodles at their upcoming Yule Feast event. Jake Okibi, in all his strength, loaded the air fryer, wok and stoves into the trunk of his trusty Novak and transported the cooking utensils over to the location. Arriving at the event, members of FSO were excited to see that their stand would be located next to that of Daichead Gadaí who would be serving drinks Steamboat style. Burnout’s Asbjorn Schmidt would be firing up the grill as well. With a Noodle House banner hanging in front of their stand, the team set up their cooking area and Hina began preparing the noodles to be served. Soon enough, people were lining up for some noodles before grabbing a drink from the Irish stand. Burnout Nation managed to score a party bus that Don Mozzarella aka DJ Cheezit utilized to its full potential as many visitors were drawn to the dance area while the rest of the visitors mingled or took a stroll through the rows of cars that had filled up the parking lot. As another successful event drew to a close, the Four Seas Order were relieved that while old friendships had fallen apart, new ones had finally started blossoming. 28

Popular Post moment
過度思考者 Phase 1 Ash went through good and bad times which gave him a lot of knowledge on how to increase his wealth. Thoughts going through his head daily made him realize in order to grow and expand successfully you need to make sacrifices. Overthinking is a byproduct of anxiety or depression which Ash suffered at certain times due to his loss of his father. There was a quote from a book that his father used to repeat "Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go, just remember how far you have come. Remember everything you have faced, all the battles you have won, and all the fears you have overcome" which made him reflect on a lot of things such as loyalty and respect from your allies is a necessity. The moon raised up the sky, it was a dusk night, Ash sat down on the couch and started watching one of his favorite TV show while browsing his phone contemplating his next move to gain more wealth in his business and expand territory with his gang in Strawberry. The power that his family "Volkov" withhold in San Andreas was impeccable, remarked and known. The Volkov family was growing stronger than ever recently brought a new member going by the name 'Tom' but that's another story to be told! Next morning he wakes up to a receival message from an old friend and associate from the Rook days exceeding the name 'Lauren Baker' asking to meet up. Heads out towards the front door, goes to the garage and takes out his car Sultan Classic from the complex. Proceeds to drive away to the airport to meet Lauren. To Be Continued............ ------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------ I've been working on this project for about a week or so with a good friend of mine. krooks365
Although the current fighting had little to no impact on FSO overall operations it didn't mean there wasn't move for continual improvement across the organization and its allies. FSO high command met to discuss two issues of concern: imports and territory. Firstly we wanted to discuss a strategic plan to start gun sales to the people of Los Santos. We wanted to refine the process through which guns were distributed to our allies and also to the regular people of Los Santos. Our people had all fair chance to stock themselves up and now was the time to figure out how to distribute the guns throughout the rest of the city. That was our directive given by the cartel and as thus we wanted to make good on our promise to make these guns available to them. FSO also felt a sort of responsibility as to the use of these guns they were selling. Above all FSO honors and respects Little Seoul and its citizens. They could not continue that mandate of protection if they popped to much up on the radar. Cops patrolling the streets was the last thing we wanted. As of such we wanted to ensure that those who purchased these "products" were not in turn bringing heat and attention to our organization and area of Little Seoul. A meeting was set with many of the major organizations in the city as well as our closes allies, Irish and TRCC. Meeting first with Rooks we discussed whether they wanted to match gun prices and such. We came to an agreement that, providing we did not sell any guns in the Del Perro area, they did not overly care what price we set. We left the meeting feeling continued positivity with our relations with Rooks. We met with La Nostra Famiglia to go over the new process for ordering. To ensure that groups were receiving what they needed in a timely manner and that our resources could be properly shared we had new requirements and process to our orders which we shared with LNF. FSO highly appreciates the leader and high command of LNF for always being available to meet, discuss the situations within the city, and FSO always looks for how they can lend a helping hand when it is needed. Next FSO looked forward to the joint meeting called by Lance Slash, of The Royal Clown Crew. Everyone felt at east amongst friends. Every shared names and numbers. These were the homies, when your back was against a wall any one of these wonderful people would come to help. Charlie appreciated most the diversity in the group. One of the most sacred tenets of this alliance being that every group maintain their independence and individual flavor. When you looked around the area you saw members of different organizations, friends as a result of consistent steady hard work from all groups, yet still distinct. There was no mistaking a member of Irish for a Clown, or a Clown for a FSO. Everyone fiercely proud of their organization and their individuality but tied together through long history of cooperation. The high commands stepped to the side to discuss the changes to ordering that FSO would be enacting. We knew that it would be a little bit more of a pain for every organization involved but that it was necessary for our overall goals. After explaining it all the leadership of both organizations understood and agreed to these terms. Many things were discussed from the current conflict to expanding territories, to upcoming events. The biggest topic however was an intentional one. FSO from the very beginning and even before the conflict had stood against how gangs operated in the city. The gangs (which the exception of Rooks) were too flashy, too loud, too dependent on alliances to stand on their own, always looking to someone else for permission to do something. FSO, Irish, and TRCC dreamed of something more. The three groups talked about the future and specifically their desire to not simply replace the large alliance with another one - but rather to turn all of the systems that the current gangs relied upon on their head. The meeting was very productive. Another topic that the high command of FSO had discussed was territory. Their successes had created an environment where the Asian population in Little Seoul was booming. Charlie had personally seen undocumented members of families arriving regularly on boats and seen to them being reunited with their family. It broke her heard to see families residing in small apartments 14 or 15 people deep. Something had to be done. While brainstorming ideas she had an idea. She knew there was unclaimed territory just next to Little Seoul. It had once been largely inhabited by another minority but as of late it was for the most part left abandoned. She took her BMX out and surveyed the area to see if it had the space she was thinking of. She took the time to get a feel for the neighborhood, what housing was available for sale, and whether or not there was a base that she could house FSO operations out of to help those of the citizens that moved out here. After some looking she found the perfect business, a laundromat just inside the neighborhood. It lay vacant and ready for new owners. Charlie had some people in mind. She got back to Noodle, her brain full of ideas. Pulling out her phone she knew just who to trust with this job. Her own adopted children had the capability to handle such a project perfectly. She texted them: "Ling, Tommy, I entrust an important project to you. I have purchased some property out in Strawberry and moved a few of our families over their temporarily. Please go check on them, see how they are faring, look at the neighborhood, ask about the Laundromat, and find out whether the neighborhood might be suitable for us to start some operations and help relieve some of the over crowing in Little Seoul. Let me know when it is finished." She put her phone away and lighting a cigarette settle back in her chair at the Noodle House. Exhaling a large billow of smoke she smiled to herself. Proud of her organization - a family... continued through refinement and expansion. She loved watching how this group grew. Who knew what else would come. To be continued.... 28

JakeInnit_
塗鴉 (Graffiti) --- With the Four Seas Order's reach of influence expanding into Forum Drive and Strawberry, Jake took it upon himself to mark the territories and meet with the drug dealers in the neighbourhood. He started by taking a drive up east highway to UTool to purchase some spray paint and basic stencils for use later in the day. He spent some time browsing through the store, finding the right colours and shapes for the artwork he had planned out. He dropped the items in his shopping cart and went to the checkout, paying for the goods before heading back off to his car in the parking lot. Once Jake had bought the necessary equipment for the task, he headed down to Strawberry Avenue, cautiously pulling into the alleyway behind the Church. There he came across a hooded figure lurking in the dark next to a metal shutter, Jake walked up confidently and greeted the man, he was a local street dealer who went by the name of Gustavo Fring. The two already knew each other and had a strong relationship due to Jake's position in Los Santos Triads, the two had previously had a lucrative relationship and Jake explained he wished to continue the same line of business with the man but this time on behalf of the Four Seas Order. Gustavo was eager to take up Jake's offer, and the two went their separate ways. As Gustavo left the alleyway, Jake opened the trunk of his car and took out his bag then dropped it by his feet. He then reached into the bag taking out several cans of paint and some stencils, and proceeded to spray a mural against the wall above the shutter at which Gus worked out of. Strawberry Avenue now belonged to the Four Seas Order. With a clear presence established in Strawberry Avenue and the east-side of Forum Drive, Jake picked up his materials, placed them back in the car and drove over to a Section-8 housing estate on the west-side of Forum Drive to meet with a dealer named Jones Smith. Jake went over a similar set of topics when conversing with Jones as he had done with Gus, and Jones agreed to Jake's terms and the two left with smiles on their faces, and a clear plan for the future. As Jones left, Jake reached back inside his car and took out his bag once again but this time taking a different stencil, and began spraying a second mural onto a wall on Forum Drive, this is a spot where Jones' crew frequently hangs out. Now Four Seas Order had taken control over the drug trade in Strawberry, Forum Drive and their surrounding neighbourhoods. Next they needed a way to launder the money from their new found illicit business ventures, possibly with a legitimate business property in the nearby area. 34

Shining0103
"Let's go for a walk, shall we?" It was 2.30 am when Ling and Tommy decided it was time for a little patrol ride through the streets of Strawberry. With guns pinned to their belts, wrapped in their sweatshirts, they began to walk, glancing around ready to intervene. The sound of snow crunching under their footsteps was accompanied by the echoes of the sirens of emergency vehicles whizzing frantically through the streets of Los Santos. They avoided speaking aloud as if the walls themselves could hear them. Chi entrusted them to take care of Strawberry's surroundings, especially after she helped the asian families that were snuggling inside the country to move inside the small residence complex, and to top it all off, to find out as much as they could about the laundromat down the street. Tommy leaned on the laundromat roof’s ledge, lighting up a cigarette between his lips as the whole matter was being discussed. The night wasn’t over yet when the sound of a broken window caught their attention. Parking their cars on the side, they unholstered the guns, slowly approaching inside the yard of the house. Every light was still turned off when they reached the back entrance, the glass broke at the handle’s height. No sight of the thief, unfortunately... “Hello? Anyone there?” Small, dragged steps slowly approached the door, revealing a short woman in her 40s, Asian at first sight, trembling in her nightgown peaking through the window. Shifting her gaze towards Tommy, Ling nodded once as she hid her gun under the sweatshirt again along with him. Tommy took the lead, stepping ahead in order to calmly talk with the lady and bring some reassurance. Once the scare of the attempted robbery was gone, the kind lady invited Tommy inside for some tea, a perfect opportunity for a talk about the neighborhood and the laundromat’s past. “People are getting house-robbed almost every week sir, we’ve seen lowriders passing by and everyone’s scared to get out...But our families have been helped recently! There’s this lady, Chi Lau, who helped my cousin’s family to move into the residence. She also runs the Noodle House if I’m not wrong, she might be interested in the laundromat?” Tommy cracked up a smile hearing those words, nodding slowly, giving a little stir at the cup of tea in his hands. “Yes, that’s my family. Though I have to say I never buy something without having a first look at it. Tell me more about the laundromat past owners.” “Ok, so..” The gold letters on top of the envelope made clear Ling’s intentions, or more precisely, the Lau’s foundation, over Strawberry's territory. “Suds Lau Laundromat” A bunch of papers and documents were peeking through the envelope’s corners, all previously compiled, the contract’s terms established within the Lau’s interests. Ling Lau and Tommy Lau were signed respectively as Owner and Co-Owner of the business. Handling the envelope to Mr.Shin, Ling started explaining what the aim of it was, how socially helpful it could’ve been for the community. Of course, while covering the money launder. Manipulating the books carefully enough, they would’ve kept clean every single dollar made from the bank and store robberies. Confident, she pulled out of the car’s trunk a briefcase, unlocking the security locks before slowly opening it up. 1 Million dollars, all cash, were laying at the bottom. 一百万。我认为这是一个公平的报价,因为它将被翻新。 “One million. I think it's a fair offer since it's gonna be renovated.” The well-dressed man, Mr.Shin, looked over the money, nodding once with a serious look on his face. Gracefully placing the envelope under his shoulder, he proceeded to lock the briefcase, pulling it away from the car trunk. “Always a pleasure to deal with you, Ms.Lau.”
