-1 As much as some people wants to pretend and make it sound like this is only a PD/SD vs crims related, it's not. It will just bring back the massive zergs era, which did not promote any sort of variety or good roleplay neither between gangs. Faction cap was lowered as well for that reason, there's no point whatsoever in taking a major step back in that direction. I'd be more prone for a rule of 6 like @Clank mentioned.

+- 1 Prices already took a massive hit with the silent nerf (250ish for a cow that barely spawn is laughable), no need to lower them even further, just raise the spawn rate or change the spawn locations.

Major -1 I feel sometimes some of you really can't see the glass half full, if it's not the prison time, it's the loot. It's not cops and robbers. Police shouldn't be your main enemy, and if when you injure a cop your first thought is the loot and not bolt the fuck away, the problem is you, not them.

-1 It was implemented before for a short while and it caused all sorts of issues, including people forgetting to press ALT before posting a report and staff having to go just by logs, which isn't ideal in situations where a lot of people might be involved. I'm personally for the opposite, as in bringing back the full opacity of a couple of years ago or at the very least being able to change the opacity of the IDs from 0 to 100. *If you have actual proof (not suppositions, not assumptions, not "a feeling", evidence) of someone metagaming using your ID, nothing stops you from reporting.

It's not an excuse, it's to guarantee a fair judgement. COI can happen regardless of the level of friendship/relationship with the involved staff member, for example, afaik they (staff) cannot take in game or forum reports from members of their own faction. There's no chance that within 20+ Moderator+, you report will be ignored or "mishandled" if taken up by someone you're not related to. I wish instead that COI was looked with much more attention and enforced, taking into consideration the staff member's past involvement with factions members and/or current standing with the report parties, if there's any.

I don't know what server are you playing but it's definitely not the same as mine, I can definitely name 3 or 4 "very serious criminal roleplayers" that login for the sake of fighting and stir shit xd
