  1. Its Not What You Know Its Who You Know Jesse's past of abandonment and abuse had made it hard for him to be trusting, but a recent explosion at Jesse's Drug lab had left him needing help. Jesse had been stuck in the rat race of trying to make money and the loss of his lab really depressed him, He took a step back from working and spent the day riding through the city to clear his mind, He ended up at Stab City in hopes of making some friends, Apon arrival to stab city Jesse ran into Jackson and Jake from the Lost Mc, Jesse had brought some tequila with him and

  3. I propose that Bolt cutters are able to be used on front doors of any player owned properties with parking but when successful unlocking the garage and able to take parked cars out. An unsuccessful attempt could set off an alarm either to the owner (or a chance to the police). Could have more Rp around car theifs and the chop shops
  4. A Loner Will Die Alone and Poor Jesse had not made much friends at this point in the city, and knew he had to network if he wanted to accomplish his mission. Jesse had always rode Motorcycles from the time he was in the military, and one day driving saw a hug group of motorcycles, He knew that all riders shared a certain code of the rode, and after asking around found out the group was most likely The Lost Mc. Jesse loaded up a few bottles of whiskey and some weed and headed in to Stab City to see if he could meet The Lost MC. When Jesse got to stab city he was gre
  5. Blackson Family Trust Back Story: Jesse Blackson has lived his life as an outcast, being abandoned by his parents from the day he was born, He was left to fend for him self in the welfare system which despite giving him a lot of street smarts also gave him a good sense of fairness. In his early years Jesse became fond of guns, The raw power that they posses made Jesse excited, which lead him to join the Marines, His skills were not over looked as he excelled and was recruited into a Black List Special Ops Team, focusing on secrecy he learned tactics and special skills that pr
  6. -1 doesnt really add anything to RP and just seems like another drain on money,
  7. We have garages for parking cars, player built garages for storing cars for safety, Driving around the city and seeing 0 parked cars is not really accurate or fun for a car thief The only cars around the city now are broken down on the side of the road with no chance of getting them to work. So that leaves the only option for a car thief is to rob people at gun point and with the risk of a 10k pistol and jail time doesnt really make it worthwhile to try. Leaving you car parked out in the open when you leave the city is a risk and it should be, Players who have more cars then parking spaces s

  9. +1 or at least permanently putting all working gas stations on the Gps map. I think its silly I cant look up a gas station on my "gps" because the owner didn't pay for a blip.
