  1. People can still pump gas in all safety, we had a reason ICly to rob you. 1) The main reason was your supercar, with a price over 3MIL and chopshop of 10K. 2) We knew for sure you were a member of Crimson Syndicate. Cameras would've filmed the scene, true, but nothing would manage to incriminate us, considering the cameras being outside the store. Feels like more NCZ's have been added, lowkey, but in these public areas there wouldn't be any armed forces such as police or SWAT or just guards patroling the area. We got you in my car, quickly, and disappeared from the starting area, vanishing up the hill towards the dam. If I didn't have any reason to rob you then, yeah, I would've just gave you your items back along with the car.
  2. Alright, so, to begin with, we've been having fights with Crimson Syndicate for the past week, shootouts, robberies, chopshopping cars ecc, ecc.. Now, in this scenario we were just gonna drive towards Mirror Park to check on one of their houses, possibly raiding it. Just before driving to the exact location, my friend, Brian_Sanchez, notices one of them refueling at the gas station. I made sure that no one was around and proceeded with the robbery. As you can clearly see here, in the video, the man's driving a supercar which chopshop is $10,000 - Sultan RS, which infact we took. He right away greets us in /b insulting us by calling us retards but we ignored that and kept on roleplaying as you can see. The reporting party didn't show the next bit, unfortunately, where he gets moved from the gas station, where again, it was empty and no one was around to witness this. He gets robbed after he gets moved, not previously. A lot of times IRL we can see people refueling alone at self service gas stations and, sure, you might say that there is cameras but even then we were wearing masks the whole time for then moving the man to another location, more descreet and secluded to complete the robbery. https://streamable.com/0105o1 https://streamable.com/q1wud7 If @krooks365 and @Jasmine need more information from my side I will be more than glad to provide it. Thanks.
  3. Sorry if I didn’t respond so far but I never got notified in game by an admin. I will be responding soon with my explanation, I am on my phone right now.
  4. You never had clear vision on me, I was downhill all the time when you pulled up with the bag covering my .50, if you saw my .50 it's because you used your camera to look but your character never had a clear sight of my back. I'm not saying you cannot rob me but in this case you never had a valid reason to do so. You legit admitted that you dislike all WCA members and that's your reason. So, for example, since I don't like PD at all I'm gonna start robbing them all, that doesn't make sense with the new rule on the field when previously you could just rob without a solid reason whoever you liked to even if they didn't do anything to you. I'm just applying the new rule like everybody else would've done and since I think it was a rule breach I'm gonna report it, I couldn't care less of what I lost.
  5. As I tried to explain to you, the 0 risk factor doesn't matter, that's why I didn't mention it. Your explanation was pretty clear and I quote ''WCA robbed me lots of times, we had lots of trouble with WCA, so I believe it's a valid reason''. You just wanted to rob me because I was WCA and take my bike as well, which as I told you, it's not a valid reason to rob ME, specifically. ''I hate all WCA members.'' that was your ''valid reason'' to rob me. I'll just wait for an admin verdict, not gonna add anything else since there is nothing else to add.
  6. Player(s) being reported: ID 345, ID 287 Date of interaction reported: 28/04/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1588092695 Your characters name: Brian Laurie Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: 15. Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping Robberies are to be conducted in a realistic manner and require the robber to have a reasonable in character motive. High risk, but little reward robberies are deemed unrealistic and should not be performed. Robberies should be performed in secluded areas where there is a low chance to be seen by witnesses. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was just hunting, I had just started had barely 5 pieces in my bag when I finally find a Rat and these two guys, probably scouting for hunters to rob pull up next to me, hopping off their bike and attempting to rob me. I already knew by the way they were moving what was about to happen so I reached for my .50, attempting to defend myself. Keep in mind, while I was going up the hill they had no clue I had a .50 with me, they never had sight on my back. After reaching for my gun they started screaming ''hands'' without a single weapon in their hands, maybe wanted to trigger FRP, don't know, but, we basically drew our weapons at the same time. During the shootout I tried to reach for my radio, switching its frequency but I fat fingered and pressed CTRL + 4 and got injured. To keep in mind, I never had any type of Roleplay scenario with them previously to this. In my opinion they both had no reason to rob me and had no clue of my possessions. I asked them if they had a valid reason to rob me specifically and this is what they answered: https://gyazo.com/a10cae25b68aa1a5d0f3226b1c0b229e https://gyazo.com/9cdebfab7537af68af6e40698d18503f Example: I can't just go rob all taxi drivers because I hate them all, some taxi driver for sure didn't do anything to me specifically so it wouldn't make sense for me to rob every single one of them when I see one. To recap, the two robbers had no clue of my possessions and just didn't have a sufficient reason to rob me. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/lla7hv
  7. At the end of the video I was not going to type anything, I was talking on the radio. I'm sorry to say it but doesn't seem like you ever took FearRP seriously considering the vast majority of times you got reported and punished for it. In the video you can be seen basically slowing down towards me and I caught that as an advantage by trying to get you off your bike, I'm sure you heard my demands pretty clearly by the way you reacted, attempting to flee doing a whole U turn, turning your back at me, (which basically means I had you in my crosshair the whole time) which would make you even more vulnarable to any firepower. This is not the first time I encounter you and attempt to get you off your bike while being close at gunpoint but I never reported it and left it slide. I'll wait for an admin verdict, thanks.
  8. Player(s) being reported: ID 257 Date of interaction reported: 22/04/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1587570934 Your characters name: Brian Laurie Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover for a friend or yourself, or fleeing with it. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? We managed to get off the bike and shot down a couple of Blatants gang members when I noticed, even though I was already aware of his presence around the area, ID 257 coming from behind. I ran towards him putting him at gunpoint, literally at less than 2 meters with his speed being probably less than 15KM/H in fact it can be seen him stopping completely next to the lightpost for a brief moment. He completely ignored my demands, even though he aknowledge them, by turning around and getting some distance. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/iayypj
  9. Here the previous interaction we had with them. You can check the timestamp in the bottom of the video for the time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6OmAvyiRqx0&feature=youtu.be
  10. ID 91 here. To begin with, I didn't know I was getting reported, he didn't even PM me so I don't have any footage on my side. Second, I don't understand how you managed to communicate through TAC channel that you were down after getting shot in the head at least 15 times with an AK-47 (if we want to ruleplay). Besides that, You probably were involved in the previous scenario (1hour back to this scenario) where all the Police Department and SWAT came to the store, shouting at us through megaphones to put our hands up and get on our knees with the only reason to arrest us. Keep in mind, there has been more than 5-6 scenarios where PD arrives on scene with the attempt to arrest us all with, sometimes as consequence, shootouts as well. We all know that being at the store means that PD and SWAT or even SD will pull up and attempt to arrest us all since, we're basically staying unlawfully on a private property even though police told us that we cannot stay there anymore. So, to recap, your only purpose to get there was to arrest us, if you came there to ''only'' talk, why would you ask to passively deploy SWAT and bring backup? In your video you can clearly see your backup call ID 924 asking for SWAT and units responding to your backup call. As I was in PD, TAC channels are not used to ''come and talk to gangs'', those are used for serious operations, I believe you were there only to initiate and as soon as backup would've been on the spot you would've arrested us all. We knew what was coming and we acted as every gang would've done in real life. Something he didn't mention is that they were rolling around the block before all this happened, trying to stack up as much backup as possible in the road on the right side of the store, where we had no visual of them. (Around the block from where the video begins). We knew they were setting up and getting ready and attempt to arrest us all again. A police officer that knows the level of threat of a gang, where he just previously had an interaction with them attempting to arrest them all, then coming back again and pretending to not get shot at? We played it using a logical way of thinking. Plus, we're all here to have fun, you guys didn't lose anything from this shootout and if it weren't for us you'd be sitting at Mission Row collecting dust. I'm sure you guys had fun as well, who more who less, no doubt of that. As I said, we acted like any gang would act IRL knowing the background of the situation. Thank you for this report, and please, next time, make sure to PM the reported party so we can provide some footage in our defense. If you'll need some more explanation, feel free to ask.
  11. THE BACKUP CALL. After a big shootout with cops at the General Store next to Grove, Brian and his friends decide to chill a little bit, keeping it low, making the heat go down for a couple of hours. The Coast looked clear so, Brian decided to go for a quick lap around town on his Hakuchou Drag until over the radio he hears Andre's voice calling for backup at Mors, weirdly enough with a calm tone. Adrenaline was rushing in his veins when shifting gears on his Drag but he knew how to control it, he knew this was not a first time thing and was ready from the beginning of the call. Whatever enemy he had to face, he was ready to kill, no mercy. Upon arrival, Brian notices Andre's Rebla, doors opened, but no visual sign of him. Something was wrong. Brian's mind begins to wonder any location, any possible development of that situation after the backup call from Andre, deciding afterwards to first look around the Mors Insurance building. He was there, on his knees, with a Pistol aimed to his head. No second thoughts went through Brian's mind on that specific moment but, only one simple thought: ''Let it bang.'' After unloading almost a full clip on the thief, he goes for the final blow, ending this man's whole career. It was over. All in a matter of seconds. Brian helps Andre to get back up on his feet while thinking that, hopefully, they were gonna have a moment of peace after such stressful day.
  12. Congratulations guys, keep putting in the work, well deserved
  13. I've nothing else to add, if @YuSoHelpful needs some more information or a longer evidence video I'll gladly provide it to him.
  14. Are you making up a story, mate? I got into prison, bought some water and a burger with some stamps, turned around towards the 8-Pool table and went back towards the cells, you guys showed up out of nowhere, your friend absolutely mixes my name thanks to the alias ''dickhead'', saying that, and i quote, I behaved like a dickhead ''AGES'' ago and just because of that you think that it's a solid reason to stab me to death? I don't even know any of you guys, I don't remember this guy who claimed he remembered my face. Could've even been that I shot him down and ended him and he still kept the alias, still mixing. Without saying a single word, without threatening me or anything, you could've just said ''give me all your stamps or i'll stab you to death'' that would've been a demand with a proper reason behind it.
