The wind was whistling through the silo with the windmill creaking away as the Four Seas Order was discussing their plans for today: A bank heist. After the success of the previous one, the crew was eager to get their hands on some more money that wasn’t theirs. Yet.

sTwPUYK.jpg

Their target would be the same Fleeca Bank on Route 68 that they had robbed before. Having learned from the past heist, they adapted their strategy. Once their scouts had set up, the heist crew moved out to the bank and stormed inside.

They held up the tellers as Ling began drilling into the vault. With the first door out of the way, they busted the second one open. Time was short, as the alarm had already gone off. Like vultures, they began grabbing the packed money, stuffing it in their bags. Once again, some safe doors were also broken into and raided.

Unfortunately, the Sheriff’s Department decided to crash the party when they made their way to the location.

“1 cruiser...2 cruisers...3 cruisers, dip!”

The Four Seas Order’s adjustments proved successful since the cavalcade of white cruisers was spotted early enough for everyone to get out in time and split up. Sighs of relief, followed by cheering took over the radio frequency.

After laying low for a bit, the Order met up to count the money they had gained. Not bad. The heavy bag was thrown in the middle of them so that everyone could marvel at it. That feeling never gets old.

Satisfied with the outcome, they decided on the only logical conclusion. “Let’s do another one.” The eyes of just about everyone lighting up and with their minds set on more money, the idea was met with resounding agreement.

They quickly stored the money from the first heist and made their way to the Great Ocean Highway. Scouts set up. Drill ready. Let’s go.

You know how plans sometimes change?

“Cops.”

While the first heist ended with a sigh of relief, this one ended with a sigh of disappointment. Police must have already been on their heels, judging by how fast they were already making their way over to the spot of the robbery, even though Tyler tried distracting them. No big deal, everyone got out and the cops never saw a thing.

The decision was made to just lay low. They had made their money and had their fun. Additionally, they had a party to attend later as well.

After weeks of anticipation, La Familia Michoacana were finally opening their Arcade Nightclub and the Four Seas Order were looking forward to an evening of drinks, music and relaxation.

After fun conversations on the outside, they headed inside to mingle with the people on the inside. Meeting old friends, dancing to Backstreet Boys and enjoying drinks among their peers served as the perfect end to a successful day.

Great Post

Chris Kellermann

The story so far

---

“10-2 Kellermann.”

He breathed a sigh of relief as he took off his work attire to slip into more comfortable clothing. He closed the locker room door behind him and went up to the roof of the building, where he would regularly just sit and think. He stood on the edge of the building, his gaze fixated on the Noodle House down the road, as a smile graced his face and he got lost in his thoughts.

19LqD5h.png

He remembered getting on the plane in Germany, thinking he was just going to be away for a year. Arriving in Paleto Bay for the first time, a place he would quickly fall in love with and still calls home to this day. A place where friendships came to be and where they ended. Meeting Thomas, Eddie, Connor, the Aztecas and of course one Charlie Kwang. He thought back to the day when him and friends finally bought a property, feeling like they finally left their mark on the place.

38RyKE9.png

Mayor of Paleto - A moniker he started using jokingly, though somehow it stuck.

It was in Paleto that he heard about the Four Seas Order for the time as well. When being told about the group, Thomas and him were immediately intrigued, especially when they heard that Charlie, at this point one of Chris’ longtime friends, was one of the founders along with Jae Fang. Thomas had always wanted Chris to join a gang with him but their paths outside of their friendship were always different.

While Thomas got into the criminal life early on, Chris chose to make use of his degree and join Weazel News. Most of Chris’ best friends were criminals, sure, and he helped out if he could, but he never got directly involved. That changed on one fateful day where his old friends of the Aztecas asked him for a favor; and it was not a small one. They needed guns and he had a license. 71 .50s were the order. Chris agreed, of course, after all they were his good friends and had been by his side for ages. Unfortunately for Chris, the police caught wind of it and soon enough, he found himself in prison.

Los Santos changes you. And it became clearer where Chris’ life was headed. He removed the Editor-In-Chief badge from his pocket and stared at it for a moment before putting it back, a bittersweet smile adorning his face. Hard work got him this piece of metal. How long would it still be with him?

It took a lot of convincing for him to agree to a meeting with Charlie at the Noodle House, considering he had no criminal experience besides buying too many guns and occasionally spying from his roof in Paleto. But he needed something new. He was tired of seeing his friends get hurt and mistreated and decided he could not sit around any longer, watching it happen. He chuckled as he remembered how nervous he was walking up to the restaurant, though the nervousness faded as the talking began. It did not feel like a recruitment interview; this was a lighthearted conversation between friends.

2JyYIKQ.png

The next day, he got ready for his life with a new family. He put his badge down in the Weazel News office and left before he could even think about picking it back up again. A new chapter was about to begin and he was ready, though something became apparent very quickly: This life was not for him.

After days and weeks of feeling like he did not fit in, he decided to put down the mask.

“I want to end my trial.”

Just as quickly as he had joined the gang, it seemed as if he was ready to leave, though a couple of days later, fate would change again for Chris. Charlie had a proposal for him that would allow him to stay in the family and let him continue doing what he was good at.

“Why don’t you become our first Golden Panda?”

Chris’ eyes lit up as she explained the role to him. The legal face to the organization, tasked to provide a cover for what was going on behind the scenes. It was perfect. He could go back to Weazel as a manager, while keeping a spot within the family. It was the best choice he ever made.

He reminisced about the first car meet they put on, the first opening of the Noodle House, the  numerous other events and started laughing.

Snapping back into reality, he had one last thought on his mind:

The best was yet to come.

“Thomas, we’ve got a job to do. Come to my apartment.”

As requested, the man with the Top Hat got into his Maibatsu Penumbra, ready to complete a mission.
Arriving at Richards Majestics apartment complex, Chris filled him in on the  phone call he just received from Lu Weng, the owner of the hair salon in Little Seoul.
“Her brother?” Chris only nodded to the perplexed Thomas.

“Let’s go.”

--------------------

Keeping Little Seoul’s population happy and satisfied is a top priority for the Four Seas Order. This request in particular was of importance to the business owner and a true test for the Order. So not wasting any time, the two men spoke to their leader, informing her about the mission.

“Consider it done.”

Fortunately, Chi “Charlie” Lau still had contacts in China that would be able to help fulfill this request.

Due to the careful planning and the risk that came with it, setting everything up, making sure that everything would work seamlessly, the task took a while until it got to the final stages.

--------------------

Chris got up extra early and could not stop looking at his wristwatch for the entire early hours that he was awake. This one was important and they were eager to deliver good news to the hair salon. At last, he received the call that he was waiting for.

“Ship’s about to arrive, get down here.”

Without hesitation, Chris and Thomas got into the vehicle of choice - The Burrito.
Piece of crap van really, but it did the job.

uo0DKp0.png

As slow and unassuming as possible, the Order made its way out of their trusted neighborhood of the neon-lit Little Seoul to the dark and damp corners of the cargo docks in the south of the city.
The dock worker that had generously enough accepted some money looked the other way as the van pulled in.

“I think that’s it over there.”

qf2J3iS.png

Approaching the large cargo ship, Chris still caught himself holding his breath from time to time. The job was not done yet and if they were to get caught now, who knows what that could mean for future operations? Thomas kept him focussed, tapping him on the shoulder repeatedly.

“Focus.”

The two men got out of the vehicle and stepped into the cold and quiet of the early morning, the only thing keeping them company the creaking of the rusty vessel that was in front of them.

“H-hello?”

DDihhns.png

Startled by the unfamiliar voice, their gazes wandered from side to side until they spotted an Asian looking man staring at them from the shadows. Chris removed a photograph from his suit pocket, comparing the image to the man that was standing in front of them.

“That’s him.”

Their calculating, wary faces turned to smiles as both men approached Lu Weng’s brother.

“Welcome to Los Santos.”

Chris handed him the fake id, that the Order had prepared with the help of Little Seoul’s print shop and the three got in the van and drove back to Little Seoul, stopping in front of the hair salon.
Thomas rummaged through his bag, retrieving an envelope full of cash, handing it to the man.

“To get you started.”

Seeing the smiles upon the Lu family’s faces as they embraced in front of the salon made on thing clear:

FSO is for the people.

Jean's been catching up with a longtime friend and member of FSO at the Noodle House. Even tho they have parted ways numerous times, these two always seemed to find themselves back on the same road... time after time.

As he was about to wrap up with him, Jean got asked if he would come to the high command tea. He answered with a vivid "Yes!", noting the time at which the event was due and drove back to his house to refresh himself.

"High command tea? Will I have the chance to pay myself a little treat?"

With a smile drawn on his face, he pulled back into the noodle house, looking forward to have a nice, enlivening tea.

"Hey! Jean! Did you come in to help serve??"
"Serve? Huh, yeah sure..!"

As these words were said, some cars started gathering up in the back of the restaurant... Each representing different gang colours.

"Ohhh, oh, THIS high command!"

Jean quickly proceeded back into his car and went to change his clothes so that he could serve. Driving back to the Noodle House, he saw a lot of cars had made their way into the parking lot already... It was packed! Coming inside, a small chatter could be heard as everyone was grabbing a seat close to their relatives.

He made his way into the kitchen, where he found Ling looking at all of the guests from behind the counter , she seemed very nervous about serving all of these people as we needed to make a great impression.

Cqgt7BV.jpg

Jean then promptly started preparing cups and plates for the tea and put up some water to boil. When that was done, he went to the backstore and grabbed all of the instruments and ingredients he needed in order to craft the best iced Oolong chinese chai tea the guests would have ever tasted.

cneGRkQ.png

As the surroundings in the kitchen became quieter, a few words could come and reach Jean's ears.

"We just came in and all that chat already sounds like a blacklist."

These words came to Jean's ears with the strength of a piercing bullet. He stared at the counter for a brief moment, thinking of who could be a part of that said list...

"Of course... it only makes sense."

As FSO didn't want to step into any conflicts, they refrained from having any partaking in the war that had been going on for months as they had more than respectable relations with both parties involved...

Having a few order come in steered Jean's attraction away from the conversation and he promptly got back to work.

He later helped Ling, Greg and Thomas serve the dumplings and the whole assembly started munching on them. As everyone was fulfilled and the talking that had to be made was concluded, everybody started moving out of the restaurant... The sound coming from the eating room quickly came down to a relaxing hush.

Having a taste for sugar, a member of the Goblins came to the counter and ordered himself an iced Oolong chai tea. Smiling, as he recognised the face of a person he appreciates, Jean quickly got his hands back on the counter and began to make the tea. Just as he was about to pour the milk into the cup, a sharp voice could be heard coming from behind.

"F*ck the milk! Honey and vanilla man!"

Mixing in everything but the milk and carefully dropping some icecubes on top of his concoction, the iced tea was ready to serve. The slight layer of condensation that'd already formed around the glass displayed how cold the drink was.

OqJoPgu.png

Jean handed over the glass and watched his customer take his first sip... the man's face alone described how he enjoyed it.

FO1fQfn.png

Just as Jean's last customer was served, everyone had time to make their way out of the restaurant, the crew enjoyed a few minutes of slack with eachother and bantered around.

Jean doesn't know what has been said at this "high command tea", but it would for sure, clear out a few more miles on the road up ahead that's coming for FSO.

"10, 20, 30k.."

Park Sang-Ook seemed to be looking at them from top to bottom with a spark of curiosity in his eyes, leaning against the wall of that alley, tight in his leather jacket on that gloomy November evening.

Jerome and Chris were busy counting the wads as they pulled them out of the heavy bags on their backs, an interesting loot provided a few hours earlier, directly from the bank robbery of the day.

"It's been a while since the last order. Four Seas Order, right?"

With the war that had torn the city in past months and the disappearance of the Triads, the Imports had been slowly stopped, and for the Korean representatives all around Little Seoul, there was nothing left to do other than watching and waiting diligently for someone they could’ve counted on just enough.
A crowd of people had tried to convince them and earn their trust, some more or less with lots of drugs and money to launder.

Chris nodded as Jerome and him kept handing the dubious man bill after bill, the flow of money seeming endless.
Once both bags had been emptied, the launderer’s suspicious gaze turned into a wide grin.

“It’s a pleasure to talk about business with you guys, but we’ll need more than this.”
“We?”

Park Sang-Ook chuckled, placing the bags full of money at his feet before pointing carelessly at the alley’s entrance on his right. A palace right next to the shrine could be seen from the small glimpse.

“There’s a man, right in between those buildings, that takes care of drugs and such IF you’ve already got something to sell.”

qotuCwo.jpg

The Four Seas Order, now with the means to import weapons and several other illegal goods, reached out to Daichead Gadaí, offering such things in exchange for the supplies needed by the traffickers.

With the deals being made, it was now time to establish the Order’s power over Little Seoul.

Chris awoke to a text from Daichead Gadaí’s Lola DeValera informing him that they would like to show the Four Seas Order something that they have been working on, proposing that it might be something that the Order would like to get involved in. Curious to see what the text was about, the two set up a meeting for later in the day.

Csi0SDA.jpg

With time fast approaching, the team of higher-ups gathered and made their way to the Steamboat Tavern where they were greeted by Lola, who showcased Irish hospitality by offering everyone drinks from the bar before leading them to the impressive meeting room.

Before getting to the main reason that this meeting was called, the two parties used the opportunity to get caught up on the current situations of both groups and general happenings in the city. They came to a mutual understanding of how they could benefit from each other, as well as the historical connections that united the two groups and so a deal was struck.

rEqmXNc.jpg

Moving onto the main topic, Lola unfolded a piece of paper in the middle of the table. The Order curiously scanned the depictions of what appeared to be a bunch of walls, doors and stairs but were still confused as to what exactly they were looking at.

“This is our bomb making facility.”

The looks of confusion turned into those of amazement. None of them were aware that the Irish were producing their own bombs in the city and were naturally eager to take a look at the workshop where this all was taking place. Concluding the meeting, everyone wasted no time heading out of the Tavern and over to their vehicles. Guided by Lola, they made their way to the unassuming building and went inside.

V9OHCTO.jpg

Marvel overcame the faces of the Four Seas Order as they were inspecting the inside. The quiet buzzing of the multiple apparatuses that inhabited the place greeted them on their arrival. They were led upstairs to a more open area overlooking part of the facility below them. After further explaining the functions of the building, Lola pointed to an almost empty, seemingly unused area, offering the Order to use the space, as well as the utility room to get any goods prepared for shipment. An offer they obviously could not refuse.

On their way out, the Four Seas Order already started discussing how they could use the space, though for now, they would wait on Chi to talk to her about everything before they would get back to Daichead Gadaí. Once again, they thanked Lola before going their separate ways.

---

After being filled in, Chi knew exactly what to do with the place. Already supplying their customers with a multitude of drugs, there was one frequent demand that they were still looking to fulfill: Opium.

A couple of days later, after Chris had informed Lola that they had found a use for the workshop, the operation of setting up an opium poppy plantation began. Sean Manner was tasked with picking up a bag of soil from YouTool’s gardening section while Chris was off buying striplamps and planter boxes. After Sean had returned with the soil, Chris stuffed everything inside the trusty van and drove to the facility.

cKhvoxL.jpg

Having carried everything inside, he went to work on filling the boxes with the freshly bought soil, planting the seeds that had been ordered some days before, one by one. A tedious process, but he had to make sure that everything was right. The plantation would have needed a few more touches to give the maximum yield.

He picked up the striplamps from the ground and installed them above the boxes.

sx7qotI.jpg

Chris looked at his dirty palms with a pained smile, breathing heavily. He observed the planter boxes one final time before heading back to the Noodle House.

A job well done.

The 4th 第四个

Coming to Los Santos with a target on their backs, the family had to start their lives in LS with fake IDs, giving up on their family’s wealth and relations.
Each of them chose a name, faked a backstory and started looking for opportunities to make money so that the family can survive.

The Misfits

A week in, Oli had found a group of people to roll with, to where he invited one of his brothers in as well, where they successfully made quite some money before the group was killed by the council.

NLA / Aztecas

After Misfits disbanded, the brothers didnt know what to do, until Oli was approached by one of his friends from NLA and was offered a place in the familia, to which Oli accepted.
Knowing the backstory of the Aztecas, Oli had to change his ID a second time to fit in, changing it to become a Torrero.

Staying with the Aztecas for almost a year, going through wars, drama with the council and eventually becoming council, Oli felt the need to take a break.
After going back to [REDACTED] for a couple of months, he was contacted by his eldest brother to come back to LS at the soonest time.
Arriving at the LS airport on his way to his apartment, he received the news. The Aztecas, LFM, GD and MB are at war with the Triads and Irish.

The former alliance was already having problems with Oli’s brothers but nothing that they couldn’t handle but after the news, it was the time to make a move.

Family reunion

During Oli’s time in Aztecas, his brothers did reveal their real identity and embraced it publicly, which had a great impact on Oli’s decision.

Oli contacted his eldest brother, letting him know of his decision and calling for a meeting. Where it was announced that a Torrero is no more.
Ash, Mario, Enzo and Oli Volkov were finally reunited.

Los Santos Triads

Knowing what side his brothers chose during this war, Oli followed to help.

Things were not going good for the Triads no matter how hard the alliance tried, mainly for the fact it was 2 gangs against 4.
Oli’s journey wasn’t long but definitely was a great experience alongside the Triads, who sadly decided to disband the group after 2 successful years in LS.

TRCC

After the Triads disbanding, the Volkovs, Slashes, Kongs, Rogers and some ex-Triads and Irish were not happy with the outcome of the war initiated by the Mexicans. It was then decided that the crew will do their best to avenge their fallen, causing havoc all across Los Santos, taking down the enemy alliance step by step, hoping to achieve their goal on the long run.

FSO

With the sudden departure of Tyler Rogers for unknown reasons, some of the TRCC crew thought it would be best to move to FSO and continue the same mission, for Tyler.
Oli always had good relations with most FSO’s OGs, knowing they share the same goal as him and his mates only encouraged them making that step.

"Losses and Gains"

The rumbling orchestra of thunder echoes across the sky as they lower the casket into his final resting place, the priest utters the final prayer as matter of fact

“God, we thank you for the life that you give us. It is full of work and of responsibility, of sorrow and joy. Today we thank you for Reginald, for what he has given and received. Teach us daily to die from sin and to live according to your holy will.”

Felix closes his eyes and curses the God the priest speaks of as to why he would take his last living family member from him when they only began to make amends. His thoughts are interrupted by the sound of the casket touching the bottom of the grave, Felix leans down and grabs a handful of soil, tossing it into the hole “Sleep well little cousin” he exclaims.

ETFOKKXZmUXovyIfCIOQWxqxWMbdRUUSLXuuWvIec60dlyR8FAUcg42YXoEp9DTuscncXNzQh-xlQ13HQetPJv3ZOw4WCmLRWxP0znR8Nt7mD7p1ceQZXOwY1HWa7FyvY_pMLDTr

Felix takes a step back while clenching his jaw to fight back the tears, he scans those around him for a familiar face, he barely recognises any - 1 woman he remembers from a traffic stop a few months back, she almost had her bike stolen by 2 men but he managed to stop them before they fled. He gives off a faint smile while reminiscing of his times as a Detective before his gaze turns to another of the individual, he recognises him but he can’t place where from. Once again his thoughts are interrupted by the sound of a slight whimper, he looks back at the woman he recognised and sees a single tear fall from the corner of her eye as she releases the handful of soil into Regi’s grave. Felix tilts his head and thinks for a minute, are these the ones he would refer to as “his family”.

He always assumed Regi’s mentioning of his “family” was a mere attack on Felix for washing his hands of him and abandoning him when he arrived in Los Santos but no, he meant a literal family. Each person at the funeral says their last goodbyes to Regi with a handful of dirt before taking a step back once more and remaining still. After a few minutes of silence Ling sniffs and wipes her face on her shoulder before snapping her gaze onto Felix,

“I remember you” she snarls, “Mr. Detective”.

A second woman takes a step behind Ling and places her hand onto her shoulder, “Let him grieve, like the rest of us” she says soothingly. The second woman has an aura of authority about her but there is pain in her eyes, no not a pain, a burden - as if so many rely on her actions.

She gracefully slides past Ling and extends her hand towards Felix as a towering man donning a top hat behind her takes a defensive stance. “Chi” she expresses “Regi was 1 of us and for tonight only, you will have the same privilege as a show of respect to his memory.” Felix takes Chi’s hand and gives it a firm shake and nods towards her. The man in the top hat breaks the moment while stating “Fros… Regi was a good man, he never had much good to say about you until the end at which point he clearly had some sort of respect for you.” he pauses for a second to catch his thoughts “That’s enough for me.” The individuals that attended the funeral begin to make their way to the vehicles parked nearby Ling shouts “You coming or what, Mr. Detective”, “Stop calling me that” Felix demands

“I’m not a part of that … shit anymore.”

They turned on the spot and looked at Felix with a curious stare before turning once more and continuing to their vehicles. Ling shouts once more “Come to the Noodle house, you used to be a detective - I’m sure you can figure out where that is!”

AXAQOh11uWqSqefB19-GEJ_RzZujvoZcAyo1nrqj-ApeuvfYKU8MmgSiw4OaD-IkxuO-xWe5nSGCmT5I0xcq-rAY_d1Al-FhIEgi45bu7iRzByj8yr51NXDjGbbRrvAA_eCwKAKz

Upon arriving at the Noodle house there is a gathering of purple vehicles parked around the back, “Are these all here for Regi?” Felix ponders to himself before the sound of Ling’s booming voice can be heard again from his left “Took you long enough, are you coming in or not?” While taking a slow walk to the main entrance of the establishment Felix can’t help but wonder to himself why they are going through all this trouble just for Regi, did he really mean that much to them? “I have been around death for years” he ponders once again “Not even the department cared this much for their deceased. Throwing them in a bag and taking them to the Coroner was the procedure, but here…

They care…

Deeply.

Entering the restaurant Felix took in a deep breath of authentic aromas, his gaze scanned the interior, laid out like a normal restaurant except there was a square arch of tables lined in the centre of the room, in the centre of the arch there was a lone table decorated with candles and other Asian themed trinkets along with a single jacket neatly laid out with white sleeves and a cyan chest. He recognised the piece of clothing to that of which would be adorned by members of The Four Seas Order, Felix had his suspicions but this solidifies it - Regi had always been evasive on what he had been doing in recent months; regardless, they respected Regi and cared for him - with the thoughts Felix had been having recently he would not judge Regi nor his “family”.

The evening proceeded as normal to which you would expect a wake to go, the alcohol flowed and the defences that both Felix and the Order held prior began to quickly fade as intoxication grabbed hold of them, they laughed a reminisced about Regi, at times there was a sombre atmosphere as mourning took hold before Ling would shoot out of her seat and shout “Another round then?!” as she eagerly headed towards the bar. As the evening progressed individuals would make their excuses and leave and a thought that took seed into Felix’s brain slowly began to sprout

“family…”

he thought to himself. He closed his eyes and sighed before excusing himself to get some air.

The storm was still raging, it was pitch black outside with the street being faintly luminated by the glow of the restaurant’s neon lighting. A strong sense of drunken enthusiasm began to make waves over Felix, his thoughts racing as he walked into the night unsure of where it would take him. Before long he found himself across the street from his old employer “Mission Row…” he growled “Protect and Serve” he mocked. Felix looks up at the precinct in a glare, the storm howling around him - the rain mixing with his tears from the ceremony of his late cousin, Regi. Felix grits his teeth and snarls

"Poor attitude? You've seen nothing."

He turns his body, bottle in hand spinning on his right foot and disappears into the night, heading back towards the Noodle house.

The Four Seas Order has always avoided fighting. Shooting is too loud and bad for business. However, in recent times, it was unavoidable. Fortunately, their relations with Daichead Gadaí and TRCC had improved to a point where the Order could rely on their support and vice versa.

The family kept growing and over time the number of people fighting under the FSO banner had risen drastically. Some of the most experienced criminals of the city were looking for a new home and they decided that Little Seoul would be the perfect place.

With a lot of fighting going on, the Four Seas Order could not forget about their service to the citizens of Little Seoul and the rest of the civilians of Los Santos. They spent some time checking up on the business in the area, patrolling the alley-ways and making sure that the people that relied on them could enjoy Little Seoul without any issues.

The Pandas then set out to hold another event for the public - A car meet. Choosing the same location as the first time around, they wanted to allow for some time off and a chance to enjoy some peace and harmony.

Everyone was happy to see that the event had once again been a success. Chatter and laughter filled the parking lot, allowing for a much needed a breather and the opportunity to catch up with old friends.

Unfortunately for them, two of their members had been caught out and so part of them had to abruptly leave. Time for peace and quiet had come to an end.

Little Seoul is bursting at the seams. A recent influx of people moving into the area has led to most housing opportunities being taken up. As a result, the nearby neighborhood of Strawberry has become the choice of residence for many Chinese citizens.

Though not a district of luxury and comfort, Strawberry offers affordable housing for the working class, as well as multiple properties for the new residents to set up their businesses in. Of course, it is also home to the Central MD.

Unfortunately, life in these poor neighborhoods can and will lead to increased criminal activity against the residents. As such, members of the Chinese community in Little Seoul have asked the Four Seas Order for protection for their families in Strawberry.

Happy to oblige, a place for local people in trouble to come to was established. It did not take long for the first requests to come in.
