Fines are not OOC they are just meant to control your assets after you commit crimes! any one can rob banks these days but the real issue is can you get away with it or not ? and now just imagine you robbed a bank and got arrested with no fines, then you'd get out and try to do it again and again. I have been to jail a lot of times and most of the times for a long time 6+ and believe me i really hate it but i feel like if the fines and jail time are reduced by any scale it's gonna ruin the server totally , like it or not the jail time and fines are so balanced on my opinion however the behavior that cops represent while dealing with criminals is a little bit harsh and needs a bit of training to promote a better experience for both sides, they don't act like real police force should be acting and i highly agree on that but the rest is just balanced. I also highly recommend some creative changes in DOC , changes that would make DOC enjoyable for both crims and DOC guards, i personally see 0 opportunities to role play except the part who run around and punch you randomly just to have fun, i personally watch netflix or do some other work while i'm caught in jail, but this shouldn't be the way it works. a suggestion that i ahve for DOC is to put available ATMs there so that people would be able to play poker with their actual money.

-1 there was a reason for removing such car and people payed a lot of money to buy that car after it was removed from dealerships , and its a big asset to many people you only want to destroy others hardwork to gain it in the easiest way possible

I have been playing on this server for a long time , i have kidnapped people , i have robbed people , and on the other side , i was kidnapped many times and i was robbed so many times and how many times do you think i lost my haircut ? and i don't remember a single time losing it because the robber just wanted to have some fun , i lost it only because i talked shit or there was a hate between us before the robbery happens . and the reason erp needs consent is because of the amount of teenagers playing on this server and they may find it disturbing because it's not healthy at all for them which i agree with this rule but you can't say cutting peoples hair should be considered erp because it's really not. and another reason is some people are not here to do such things and they want to enjoy the game the way they want which makes sense . another thing that needs consent in ecrp is kidnapping , kidnapping is actually allowed if you have DM rights towards the person you are willing to kidnap , but if you want to kidnap a person just to create some rp, you'll have to ask for consent so the person can decide if they even have time for such rp or no because situations like this are probably taking longer than 2 hours. cutting peoples hair doesn't have these factors . 1. it's not considered erp and if you find it disturbing then it's your problem 2.it doesn't require much time and it literally takes 30 seconds no ooc consent needed for cutting peoples hair

I don't agree with you at all . people are not psychos just to cut your hair for no reason , unless you have done something or said something . and i don't still get how could you be oocly harassed by losing your haircut in a game and making a rule which you need other parties consent to do rp is not healthy , because 99% of the people say no if they don't like what you are doing to their character . i personally did that to so many people but i usually try to stay out of it , but it doesn't make sense when you are on your knees and being robbed yet, you talk shit to your robber and try to trigger him , you can be sure that he is going to give you a haircut if you keep going just to show you your place at the moment your rp should make sense with your conditions in game, if your rp is not like a person who is being robbed and you shittalk people on your knees with no gun with a heavy gun pointed at you , you shouldn't be complaining about dying or losing haircut

-1 first off all its an ic issue and second off all if you are really harassed by losing your haircut you should behave icly and comply with the robbers i never lost my hair in situations such unless there was a hate between me and the other side BUT ... 1+ To this It shouldn't be that expensive but it would be fun to actually be able to buy from barber shops

i disagree with what you have in mind , so basically every faction is trying to run the city, to gain more turfs, to become unstoppable this is what brings competition between the factions . Unofficial factions obviously need official factions to grow but that doesn't mean they have to be allies . they can all work together but where in the world you see 2 gangs ally against one gang to take them down? every gang in a city work together to achieve what they want unless somethings wrong , when they are not on friendly terms its their own problem they don't go cry for the bigger gang's help to wipe them out, because it's their own business . Even if there is an alliance, there should be some sanctions against one gang for example , WCA declares war on Zetas , Triads are on friendly terms with Zetas , so they avoid supporting WCA during the conflict , they avoid selling guns or anything that might help WCA to win the war , that's how conflicts in server should work i think. The bigger gang should be running the city and every gang should obey them and if they don't want to , it's their own problem and it's their own war so they attack to take them down or they fail and get wiped . it would be much more fun if such thing happens on the server . Also there is a huge bug with limited numbers for gangs , the gangs have been limited to 40 recently . in my opinion if there is a limitation for members of your gang, then there should be another rule against alliances aswell , gangs have been evading this limitation by making allies which makes sense to me unless there is a rule against it . How ever i understand taking turfs should make sense with your gangs rp but gangs can focus on their core turf more than the others and i don't really see any problem with chinese gang running stab city , if they have the power to take it from lost mc and run it , good for them they are smart and strong .

Family is everything It was a normal day for Jonas. He woke up as usual, jumped into his clothes, and went out to start his day. He went to Weazel to take the guns he ordered last night but something unusual happened, which made him think that he can do more than this. He can be more useful to his family. After he was told that their dealers are requesting packed money to progress FSO again. He decided to take the risk and arrange a plan for a robbery, a big one. He was aware of the risk and he knew it could turn out bad for him but he wanted to try because he believed his family was worth it. He finally asked for some members of FSO that he trusted and believed in to help him out with the plan and all of them agreed on the plan and decided to do it. Jonas Keiler But sometimes people don’t expect it and sometimes people don’t want to accept it.So many unexpected ends happened to Jonas keiler from wca war and losing his friends to disband of los santos triads his true family .war was an unacceptable event in Jonas’s life but he knew he has to leave the past and continue growing . His life wasn’t like the others he had to move on with a broken heart a broken heart with memories of death and loss. he believed he did everything he could for wca during the war and he believed people will be proud of having him with them but at the time he did not wanted to act emotional and close his eyes he joined some of his friends in los zetas and became a zeta prospect but the people who he called Family started to hate him just because he did the right thing and ignored his feelings and emotions .He was harmed and insulted by the ones he called family some day and that was when he realized he had no friends the whole time. After he joined zetas as a prospect no one wanted to trust him .they were right because it makes sense not to trust the person who fought against you for years . but Jonas did not gave up and tried his best to gain some trust and he succeed on his way . After a week while he was asleep . he received a phone call from Dominic Manuel which made him jump out of his bed and leaves his house immediately. for the first time in his life , he felt cursed yes he heard something that shocked him . he was picked up by Dominic Manuel heading to Dominic’s Manuel to speak about what happened and what their next plan is .Same thing had happened to zetas just like wca and they were disbanding ,after they disbanded Jonas felt empty from inside he felt dark . he had no friends and he was being hunted by his old family. by the ones he trusted someday . and he finally decided to leave the city just to cool things down for a bit. True and for ever family Jonas was finally back to the city after 2 months, during that time he was thinking about the city and how he is going to continue after coming back. He had bad reputation in his city and he knew it was going to be hard for him to fit in again. Jonas decided to meet some of his friends to inform them about him coming back, then he just decided to go back to his apartment, take a little rest and enjoy looking at los santos skyscrapers while he was drinking baijiu. after some time, his phone started ringing. he answered the phone and heard a strange but friendly voice that was Frank, Frank Fog one of his old friends. Frank said that he needs Jonas for something and invited him into his apartment. He suddenly called him after a long time and that made Jonas shocked. Jonas asked himself, why frank would call me after this long time? Frank and Jonas were through a lot together and he was so happy to hear from him again. When he entered Franks apartment, he realized that Frank needs some help with his drug lab which is on fire. They should've extinguished the fire as quick as they could before it exploded so Jonas took his clothes off and started to help Frank They successfully extinguished the fire and after that, they decided to drink together and chill for a bit. Jonas and Frank were drinking some beers, Meanwhile Jonas was asking Frank about the situation in the city. Frank stops and looks at Jonas with his startled eyes. Frank informs Jonas about the war that's going on between GD and Triads. That was when Jonas said to himself, this is time for me to show up and be useful for once in my life! Jonas then asked frank if he can join the Triads and help them with the war and frank reacted positively to Jonas. after talking more about the ongoing war, Frank decided to talk to recruiters about Jonas. The recruiters also reacted positively and Jonas is going to help them with the war. At the end, Jonas decided to buy some guns from Frank and go to the frontline of los santos triads... After he joined triads as a blue lantern he felt something special he never felt before. everyone was respecting and everyone liked him it was the first time he felt home .that feeling was strange and he never expected that they trusted Jonas from the first place and it was too much for Jonas .how is it possible to trust your old enemy and give him a chance to prove his loyalty and it was when Jonas decided to never let his family go down . He decided to fight with everything he had. Jonas was not afraid of his enemy anymore because he knew if he dies fighting he dies for something valuable he fought for his family without a break ,he killed so many innocent people for his family without hesitate and he finally achieved cooking the amount of 1000 drugs in a week which made him feel useful for his family but what ever he did was not enough and same thing happened to him again. his dark path continued and affected triads Finally triads disbanded in a rainy and cold day with direct order of Bruce Wong he felt alone and rejected again till he picked up a phone from al Romano he was told that there is a new organization called vanguards and triads are welcome to join . and he accepted Romano’s request so he maybe can get the chance to meet his family and spend some time with them again.
