Get to know some people, start talking about criminal activities in this town like civilian ,saying how bad the gangs are and neutrally try to find out info about the rooks, how they look like, where they usually hang out etc. But it all has to be ICly.

Rooks Boss Dmitri Leroy was serving time for attempted murder on a government official, while unknown to him a breakout was initiated by friends and allies around the city. A rook adviser, Al Romano, attempted to infiltrate the compound with a prison outfit and weapons using a parachute. Due to some delays, as well as Dmitri getting out earlier than expected from lawyers, the escape was not needed leaving AL stranded inside.


  


Still not knowing of the situation Dmitri's heart falls as he catches a glimpse of Romano just before his release four seconds later.

 





Familiar faces were waiting outside ready to initiate the escape plan while Dmitri was released out the front doors unexpectedly. A Rook Pitboss, Mack Tylar, quickly filled him in on the situation and what they had planned to get him out.

 






It was obvious what needed to be done. Al Romano was inside and we had an army waiting outside. The Rooks quickly switched their target to Al and began calling in the troops.


 








An unsuspecting officer just outside the prison was boxed in, put at gun point, and made into our hostage for the situation. They had one of ours so we took one of theirs.


 





Badge number 6783 was displayed from the back of his cruiser to show he was still breathing. Then he was taken off to an unknown location securing our leverage in the situation.


 





Dmitri approached the front gates at the request of DOC to negotiate on behalf of the rooks in exchange for the life of Badge number 6783. It was obvious the Rooks would settle for nothing less than Al Romano leaving the facility unharmed.


 





The relationship between the Triads and the Rooks has always been good and this day was no different. They came in full force to assist with the breakout of the Rook leader and loyally stayed when the target became a Rook adviser. Dmitri Leroy and Nick Wong met each other their first few days in Los Santos and have been on good terms since. Seeing him by his side all this time later meant a lot to Dmitri.

 





With the combined forces of the Rooks and Triads together the DOC knew they were outmatched and all of the leverage was in our hands.

 






They got to see their Officer alive before we took him off location. Afterwards we demanded they bring Al to the front gates or Badge number 6783 would die a slow painful death.


 





The Officer and AL stood opposite sides of the fence as everyone stood patiently with our hands resting on our weapons ready to draw at a moments notice. The Exchange would happen any second and it could get bloody fast. The Rooks had a Mule ready to block the entrance off and a car door open for Al Romano to escape in.


 



The Gates opened and the two prisoners exchanged places rapidly before the Mule backed in blocking off the DOC gate and AL ran for the Schafter V12. The exchange happened fast and exactly as expected.

 







All participants got out cleanly without any shots fired leaving the DOC parking lot empty as ever. This day would mark the true beginning of the Rooks long lasting feud with law enforcement of all kinds.

The Return of Al Romano

Upon leaving the Triads, Al Romano looked to find his place back home in The Rooks. He exited his plane after taking a day trip out of the city to work on future business deals with whoever he was going to join up with next. Upon his return to the city, Al was welcomed off the plane by a few Rooks. From that point he had strongly considered going back.. 

After arriving back in the city from his trip, he made his way to the Triads Noodle Shop to try and see if anyone was around. He wanted to ensure that he was still in good standings after leaving their organization. After talking with a few of the members inside they ensured he would be fine. Once he made sure he was on good standings with the Triads, he had considered rejoining The Rooks.

So he made his way over there, and met up with the Underboss Rose Mcgarden. She filled him in on the current status of The Rooks, and he briefly mentioned that he wanted to come back. So she told him to speak with Dmitri, but she was fine with it. So Al entered the Restaurant and was welcomed in by Dmitri. They got straight to business and Dmitri ultimately ended up letting Al back in and giving him the rank of Enforcer. He then decided he wanted to set up a meeting with a few of The Rooks.

Upon arriving at the meeting, Al met a few new recruits and met up with some familiar faces. He went over what he planed to do with The Rooks, and the changes he'd hope to make. Many of the members were happy for his return. But he had a surprise that they were unaware of...

Al decided to buy out the Vanilla Unicorn for a day as a thanks for The Rooks allowing him to return. The members of The Rooks were treated to a nice dinner and some entertainment at the Vanilla Unicorn. After the day was over he mentioned that there would be some major events happening in the next coming of days.

Rose came into the city many months ago. She transferred to Pillbox MD as an EMT to help the people of Los Santos. Before she moved, she worked as an EMT in Liberty City. Her time in LSEMS was an experience to say the least. Shortly after joining the ranks there, the city went into war and chaos hit the streets. Rose saw unspeakable things during that war. It changed her, and once it was over, she left the city for some time to clear her mind.

Returning to Los Santos, she no longer sought to live life in the city on the legal side. Things seen and heard during the war stuck with her. She wanted more: To learn a gang’s way of life. There was a new group forming that she had heard word of. Not wanting to go for a large gang to join but one that she could grow with, she looked towards the Rooks. They intrigued her and from the stories she heard, they sounded like a group she could grow with and learn a lot from.

After searching around Rose was finally able to come in contact with the Rooks. It was Al Romano who she was both able to find first and get recruited by. Although she was new to the criminal life, the Rooks were willing to take her in and teach her their ways. She was dedicated and hard working. Always listening and ready to help when needed.

Rose spent many months with the Rooks. She loved the criminal life and the family she had found. She worked hard to make sure that she was constantly growing and learning and helping out everyone as best as she could. Thanks to her experience in EMS she was also able to become the dedicated gang medic. Using left over BLS supplies to keep members treated when fights broke out. As a natural born leader and good communicator, Rose quickly gained respect among the others. 

After months of hard work and earned respect, Rose was made an Underboss for the Rooks. She is always working on ways to help better the Rooks with one of her most recent projects being Rook HQ. La Spada is almost completely renovated with all major portions dealing with the restaurant being complete. Now that she found her home, she would do anything and everything to protect it and make it prosper.

Introduction

Dmitri was raised single handedly by his father in a middle class environment. He was taught to show respect and pay attention from an early age. Over the course of his childhood Dmitri moved between countries 5 times due to his father changing jobs. This allowed him to become fluent in Russian and Japanese. The lack of long term friendships caused by these moves made him cold and unfeeling socially. Despite not succeeding in social environments he did very well academically. At the age of 19 Dmitri parted ways from his Father in Japan to pursue a business and marketing degree at a top school which took 6 years to complete. Throughout the course of college Dmitri became tired of the boring everyday life and needed some action. He debated joining the military to satisfy his need for adrenaline and a purpose however he couldn't justify fighting someone else’s wars. He heard about a city with hundreds of millions in illegal funds and did not hesitate to capitalize off it. He made the flight arrangements and was officially headed to Los Santos.
 

 



Making a name for himself
 

Originally coming into the town Dmitri wanted to make a living washing funds and managing business accounts for wealthy individuals. He also knew that he wouldn't just stumble upon any illegal organization worth his time. He had to get his hands dirty and make a name for himself first. His first prison sentence was given for a failed store robbery his second day into town. He was officially a criminal in Los Santos without a chance of going back.





A few months after entering the city and being solo he was picked up after being recognized and offered a position with the Los Calaveras. They were a hectic bunch, but he found out very quickly in a police chase that the Los Calaveras had his back. They were Loyal to him so he would be Loyal in return over the coming months.

 

 

 

 
 

 

  



WARTIME
 

After Loyalty was earned and a family created things in the city took a turn for the worse. The Irish mob and The clowns declared war on each other leaving Los Calaveras in the middle to pick a side. The Irish being LC's main ally at the time was the obvious choice and it was made with a heavy heart. The Zetas choose the side of the Clowns leaving the city in a chaotic state for quite some time. It was a brutal wartime with no quarters given.

 
 

 

All of the streets were flooding with blood and there was no dull moment. You had to watch your back at all times.

 

Some engages were won

 

 

Most of them were lost

 

 

They held their ground, but with the relentlessness of Los Zetas the end of Los Calaveras was looming. The deportation of LC’s leader, Gregor Smith, caused the Los Calaveras to officially fall apart leaving Dmitri alone in the streets without someone to watch his back. The next few weeks were dark and lonely, but he held his head up and did what had to be done because he was running solo.

 

 

 

Family is made

 

For a very long two months Dmitri Solo cooked LSD lab becoming an expert at making money fast while simultaneously building connections with the larger gangs that rolled through. Eventually Dmitri was comfortable with the bank account he had built up and looked to join one of the three groups that had given him offers over that period. The Rooks had approached him about joining a few times and they showed professionalism each time. Dmitri met a Rook named Mack Tylar, unknown to him at the time, in a peculiar situation and spoke to him about joining. He was quickly recruited by a known face Al Romano. Putting on the new uniform felt like he had a place again.

 

 

 

 

Having created many connections in the city while running solo for a few months it was natural that Dmitri had tight relations with many of new Rooks recruits and soldiers and earned their respect. This allowed him to act as a leader and give direction in situations where it was needed. Dwayne Donovan, the leader of the Rooks at the time, made Dmitri into an enforcer. Over the course of a few weeks he became extremely tight with his new family and had their backs at all times like they did him.

 

 

 

 

After some time of contemplation Dwayne Donovan decided to step down as Leader of the Rooks and transfer that role to Dmitri Leroy. Al Romano and Mia Donovan stepped down alongside him leaving the upper leadership missing and Dmitri left to stabilize the large organization. He very quickly got to work promoting some of the key members, getting rid of problem ones, and recruiting Loyal soldiers. From that point on it was a group effort inside the new Rook leadership and Dmitri could not have done it alone.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Currently

Dmitri is currently the Rooks Boss. He is running the money laundering operations of LaSpada while simultaneously ensuring Rooks high command is operating effectively. He remains in the background more and more often and is difficult to get into contact with for his own security. He is constantly wearing a mask, gloves, and has his phone off to avoid detection of the LSPD. He is working closely with his most trusted members to expand the Rooks and their operations to a respectable level while remaining off the radar.

It is a dark, foggy and eerily silent night. In the outskirts of Los Santos a solitary gang is busy cooking and preparing drugs to ready them for the streets of the city. Lights shine dimly inside the tiny home as the group works quickly at their tasks.

 

 

Al Romano, one of the Enforcers for the gang, gives charge to Dante Kalshnikov to oversee the operations of the drug lab. Tasked with this important job, Dante must now ensure all is running smoothly and all members are working effectively in unison. It is a position he has been primed and waiting for.

 

 

With his newly appointed task, Dante meets with his team to dole out instructions. Awaiting their positions are Bip Finderson, Brandon Fitz, Igor Lazovski, Cooter Brown, Dominick Aderman. Stations must be assigned. Cookers, orderers and watchers. It is up to Dante to make sure this team is well oiled and running perfectly.

 

The evening is going off without a hitch. Dante is pleased with the progress of the team. He smiles inwardly as the project so far, in his eyes, is a total success. Dollar signs flash before his eyes as the men work seamlessly.

 

The night however, would not continue without disruption. A leader of this sort must be prepared though, at all times, for anything to happen. The attack came quickly, to break the silence as the unknown gang strikes towards the Rooks. Their intent clearly to rob them of their efforts and steal the profits. They would however, be sorely disappointed. The men, led by Dante, would fight back quickly and over take them. The death of every single attacker would send a clear message back to their other members. Don’t mess with the Rooks.

 

As back up arrives it is clear that this gang is a force to be reckoned with. With the fallen attackers still slumped into a heap, the Rooks return to their task at hand, almost without even skipping a beat. The night ends with much success and profit for all involved. Just another day in the life...
