  4. Seems like this whole discussion has turned towards the issue with weapons carried by the PD, so I will add something different that I find to be a bad RP and breaks the immersion of the RP, therefore possibly ruining the RP experience. Police de-spawning and spawning in cars during chase at the station. It literally looks like a F1 pitstop and does imo promotes bad RP. While I know this is not a world replica, but still, in RL yes you would be issued a new car if your is in a shop, but there would be piles of paperwork and it would not happen in 5seconds. Here's a clip of what I mean (Seen this a lot, standard practice I feel): https://streamable.com/yqcnzv If you're car is wrecked, own up to your driving skills and eject yourself from the chase. Crims only have one chance with a vehicle. No magic de-spawn and spawn new one. Here I will talk about the general OP and what I see and have experienced. Also would like to put down a disclaimer that everything I have written is generalised opinion about the faction as a whole, due to the experiences between me and the police faction representatives, aka other police officers. I as a player have majority of the time spent being so called criminal, but I am one of those criminals that want to be discreet, does not want to do nothing with any law enforcement, would it be PD or SD. On some level I would say that the reason behind that is being genuine to how a crim should think and act, like someone said - when the police comes you should think "Fuck, police, run!" not "Fuck yeh, shootout!" But other side of why I don't want to do nothing with the RP related to Police is because of the guaranteed outcome of the situation. Like Bala said, we all want to win, but what I wont agree with him is that we always must win. Wanting to win and and having to win, are two different things. Anyone who can enjoy a good RP, will tell you that they will take an L if the RP was good. That is what the OP is saying - we want to have fun. Having fun through either winning or at least having a great RP if loosing. With the mindset that I play my criminal characters, I can tell you, I've been to prison handful of times throughout years, but at least 80% of RP situations with police has left a bad taste in my mouth and a strong confirmation why I do not want to RP with Law enforcement. For example when a traffic stop is made, when any sort of arrest is done based on the law that we have on the server, you as a crim has no way to fight it on the spot (Not going to talk about court cases that takes 6months to have them), because often the law will state one side, but there is no law that actually gives you, as an individual, any rights, especially when you hear phrases from the arresting officers "It's confidential" or "We don't have to show you nothing". Once the officer has told you what they want you to do, that's it. You're cooked, because if you don't do it straight up and want to ask for something like a "Supervisor" or hear what is the "Probably cause" of the certain request, there is no patience with that and all you going to get is another charge of resisting the police officer. While I agree that the increase of police weaponry used on patrol is directly connected to the increase of weaponry of criminals, at the same time I do not believe that police officer can treat every situation the same. When I haven't had any criminal violation for months and I get pulled for speeding and the officer already puts the car in the position for a chase and a backup comes, just in case, that just shows me that they automatically will assume that there is a high chance of me running due to their experience of people running, but that is not what police officer should do. Police officer is there to prevent crime and enforce the law, not assume of someone's actions. IC professionalism is another issue I see from police officers. The times I've seen police being more annoying and rude than some of the gangs who have better class, is crazy. That of course is IC issue and as people say that there are IC means to tackle that, I don't see the IC means to be effective, just a waste of my time and it's easier to let it slide and move on, than trying to get a IA report accepted. Same as I look on other factions - if you cannot provide me vibes and good roleplay, I have 0 interest to RP with you and PD is definitely one of them factions.
  5. Date and time (provide timezone): 10/04/2025, 9pm server time Character name: Raul Guerra Does this issue appear again after a full game restart?: Yes and it was also confirmed by admin (Ronin) How many times did this issue appear for you?: Every time I tried, so around 10 at least. Issue/bug you are reporting: Bought some of the new furniture from the store and tried to use to place it down in my property, but as sune as I click "USE" it just doesnt appear in front with the movement buttons Z,Y,X, but instead just goes back in my inventory. Expected behavior: It should spawn the furniture in front of you and alow you to move it, rotate it and place it where you want it. 14. That's cool, definitely will check your stuff out. And you better come down harder on them, cuz you know, if you want a response you need to trigger them to give you a response ahah, kill them with the facts, make whoever you dissing feel like if they dont respond, they've already lost. And I cannot say the same about myself. While I do some GTA songs, I've done it purely on a level of a hobby, if even that much, because I know nothing about mixing, mastering or anything to make the songs bring quality like yours did. Keep it up, it's always fun to hear people dissing just for sports.
  15. But if we serious, as someone who's been involved into these rap beefs, I love when I see stuff like this. Love the voice, fits the gangsta style very well, just wished there would be more content to the song, more juice, more facts, like the diss songs should be. Cool shit tho!

  19. Yeh, the point of the "white knighting" was that because there isn't this safe space or rules around it, there is a raise of male players being very protective over their female members, which often leads to what I mean by "white knighting" or in other words trying to protect the female character for smallest shit. I've literally seen it with almost any crim group that has female characters in. Overall OG players from 2018 and 2019 will know that the situation of SA or in general behaviour towards women on the server has changed drastically and in comparison I would say is rare (not saying it doesn't exist, saying that back in the day it was way worse and frequent). Now this is the step towards abolishing it for good.
  20. Im not sure do you think I disagree with what you said, because I do agree. I also think that there are other things that should be banned because they make people feel uncomfortable and as you said, no one wants to feel uncomfortable during RP. About the "White knighting" it doesn't matter what you think about the term, it is used to describe certain actions of men to protect women. Most of the times "white knighting" is used when men are trying defend/protect women when there is no need for it, like in my example I wrote. One thing is to protect when needed and other thing is to protect when you think it's needed.
  21. So it just ads one extra step, because you knocking someone out, because they, lets say, trash talked your mother, now gives you Dm rights, which still ends with the same result - killing and ending the rp. Like I said, it could be a cool feature to be added, but it would require a lot of planning how to add it and what would be the rule changes.
  22. Let me just start by saying that I dont see anyone coming here and going against this suggestion, purely because of the backlash the person might get for disagreeing. My point of view on this issue is that no one should be put through stuff that they feel uncomfortable about, not just talking about girls and SA type of stuff, and that is a whole different issue that I find as it is not shared. One is put above other. I apply the same way of talking to a woman ICly as I would in real life, because those are my morals, that's how I was raised - to respect woman. Sadly couple of years ago I got burned by applying my real life standards to an RP scenario and in somewhat way doing what we all call "white knight" thing, just to learn that the girl wanted the attention she was getting, so my stance on trying to "protect" girl characters IC changed, because I did not want to look like a fool once more. I still will call out if something is too much, but on simpler things, especially if it's name calling etc. I dont pay attention to. Now this suggestion is for the female population of the server, but how would it be applied, considering that if not majority, then equal amount of female characters are actually played by guys. That would mean removing gross RP, as mentioned in OP, for good to make it fair. The next question would be - where is the line? Nothing that even hints of a sexual type of comment? Calling someone beautiful? Name dropping someone a Bitch or a Cunt? Actually getting physical? Do we leave the level of uncomfortable to interpretation of the female character? What about double standards? Reason why Im asking this is because recently I've seen the raise of "white knights" in the community that will go into the battle for their queens for the smallest things that are just ridiculous. I was pressed by one of these "white knights" because I said "Oh damn!" about a comment that was made, but this "white knight" thought I was commenting on his girls ass, which didn't even cross my mind and that immediately killed the whole vibe for me to be there. And this is not the only example... I do agree that there should be a separate section for these type of reports, hidden from the public, so one sees them, just the involved party's, because there definitely are things that are too much, especially when it comes to actions, not just words. These things should carry weight and punishments. At the end I will paraphrase what Bala you said in a different discussion - This is an RP server and RP is all about experience, but nowhere it states that the RP experience has to be only good. - so I hope to see from you more suggestions of this sort to find ways how to make people less uncomfortable. P.S I feel like it's not our community's or individuals fault, when the whole world sexualises everything to a point where a lot of things for a lot of young minds have become a normalised thing.
  23. In your OP you said mentioned that this system would give more creative interactions for example knocking someone out for "talking smack". Right now talking smack is used to escalate the situation to a point where one or other party cannot stand it no more and decided to do something which then grants DM rights to the other party. But more often it does not lead to violence, because no one wants to give these DM rights to the other side, so it's just back and forth and just hurt ego's if anything. Now what you want to suggest is that people will be able to do something about it and actually escalate to proper violence, even if it is not deadly. I see this suggestion, in this specific way, a BIG NO NO, because it will just bring more fights, shootouts and I know 100%, someone will figure out way how to ruleplay this thing and not get punished for DM. That being said I do not say that "knock out system" is a bad idea and shouldn't be implemented. I believe that the system should be implemented with very rock solid rules that knocking someone out same as tackling right now is a DM and does require DM rights to do anything like that, but without changing the part what grants someone DM rights, therefore keeping in tact the fact that "talking smack" does not grant you DM rights. I would like to see this system implemented same as a vehicle stalling system. If big enough damage is done then there is a chance for the individual to be knocked out. Knockout would look the same as if the body is dead and you wouldn't know if not checking for pulse. In that way, someone could survive a shootout, an attack, without the other person knowing, which then would actually be a good addition to continuous rp, being able to identify the attackers or know about what happened. Obviously if someone would survive an attack because they were randomly knocked out, they would have DM rights on the attackers, which would mean that DM rights would have to change and specify that proof has to be shown if requested, if the individual acts on these DM rights. (saving pov of the situation and the knock out etc.) Overall I dont want it to be as an added features that would allow easier way to PVP someone, but if it's added as a non-guaranteed feature, like the one mentioned about being knocked out when tackled or what I said from damage, same as a car engine stalling, then Im for it.
