In his younger years in a different city, Tony Rizzo learned the value of time in a robbery. In, out, gone before anyone could stop them. Don't get greedy, don't overstay. He brought with him this knowledge to the streets of Los Santos, and to his family, The Rooks.

One of the few things he brought with him when he moved out west was a watch his father gave him. Gold plated, with a brown leather strap. Built in was a stopwatch mode that made it all too easy to keep track of his in point, and his out point.

To celebrate some recent promotions, a crew was put together to make some serious cash.

A simple stickup, some stores out in the sticks. No casing necessary. For any criminal, this is just a regular day, where they run the risk of getting caught. But for a Rook, it isn't. Because being professional means having a plan, and being a professional means constantly trying to outdo yourself. 

He started the night by timing how fast him and the crew could empty the store.

6:08.72. Not bad. But could be better.

6:06.30. Getting there. Next stop, Sandy Shores.

6:15.20. Almost had some "guests" that could've been a problem, but they drove away quickly.

6:05.90. Excellent. In and out of the store in under 7 minutes every time. 

The final pull ended up around $25,000 for each of them. The crew were all happy for their fantastic work that night, but even happier about the large sum of money sitting comfortably in their pockets. With the approach of morning, they set out to celebrate over breakfast.

Lewis Pelletier - Born December 1, 1990 from a French dad Lorenzo Pelletier and a Mexican mother. He grew up in a small town near Quebec City. During his childhood, Lewis was a really smart kid. His father was a trucker and his mom a bartender. Lewis was a good kid but when he was 14, he started a small gang with his cousins: Marco, Danick, David, Jean and Joe. A few years later, they made the decision to move to Los Santos together. Lewis was hired as a trucker the first day, where he worked his ass off to try and get ahead in the new city. Within a few weeks, he bought his first car: An Elegy Retro.

Lewis and his cousins needed cash and ended up getting mixed up in gang activity. It wasn’t long before they got into problems with a gang named The Savage. The same day, they met and decided they would be better off on their own and decided to create a gang named the Jovenes Locos. They went to war with The Savage and formed an alliance with The Bratva. Over the course of a few weeks, things went wrong and both Lewis’ gang and The Bratva had to dissolve. With the defeat of his gang, Lewis left the city to recover, returning a few years later ready to succeed.

Lewis was looking for a fresh start in Los Santos and found a good business to work for. He applied to DCC and was hired by James Eriksen. Lewis was happy and built himself a solid bank account while having fun with his new DCC family. With his success at DCC, he was able to buy a gas station with Jean Pelletier. Lewis eventually became bored of the city, however, and a few years later, Lewis left the city and DCC for a second time to return to Quebec City. His goal was to go back to school, which was harder than he though, eventually deciding 2 years later it was time for him to get back in Los Santos, where life was better for him.

He was hired back in DCC by his old friend and now owner of the business Chuck Maggiano. He was happy again and spent most of his days working to get ahead. During his work shifts, he met a lot of good people and made a lot of new friends and connections. Lewis was looking for something else to do during his free time and his cousin Joe was part of The Irish Mob.

 

The gang was in war and they were looking for new good and trustable recruit. The same day, Lewis met Al Romano and got enrolled into the gang. But the war with Zetas and Clowns was really rough and almost everyone became sick of it. They decided it was time for something new and The Irish were disbanded. During the next few weeks, he started playing poker. He earned a lot of money during that time and met a lot of people. He became close friend with Jasmine Gray, Alex Wexler and Bobby Forsyth while playing poker.

 

Eventually, Al Romano asked Lewis if he wanted to join their new gang named The Rooks. Lewis accepted instantly and was made a soldier. During the next few months, Lewis worked for the gang and helped with things as much as he could. He was spending time with the leaders of the gang, but one day Lewis woke up and they informated him they were leaving the gang. They were looking for something new. The same day, Dmitri Leroy was named the new leader of the gang and Lewis was made Enforcer by Dmitri few days later.

A few months passed and Lewis enjoyed time with his friends and gang members. He even made his first jail trip with Al Romano after a pursuit and a shootout in a cop car. But one day, he was robbing a store with his cousins and things went wrong with the cops. A few days later, Lewis was informed by the government that he would be deported the next day. During his deportation, he thought about his past mistakes. He said that he would come back and he would be better than ever. Story to be continued!

Dean Donovan, Police Officer II of The Los Santos Police Department. Also, the man responsible for revoking multiple Rook gun licenses. After spotting Dean and his vehicle multiple times throughout the day, Al and a few Rooks decided to stalk Dean and see where he went next.

Around 2 hours later, Dean finally had left the club and he was on his own. The Rooks immediately surrounded him, throwing a mask and bag over his head and stuffed him in the back of the contender. But there was one problem, there was one civilian nearby who had witnessed everything. The Rooks immediately were forced to throw that Civilian in the back seat as well. They then continued to an undisclosed location.

After bringing the Civilian and Dean Donovan to the undisclosed location, The Rooks began to attempt to pry information out of Officer Donovan. After not getting the information they wanted out of Dean, they decided to through with a different plan that involved the civilian.

 After The Rooks failed to pry information, they began to torture the Civilian. Al Romano took out his gun and pressed it against the Civilians leg, whilst at the same time there was an AK-47 pointed at Dean.  Seeing a civilian get tortured began to enrage Dean. All the information the Rooks wanted was discovered immediately in the hopes of saving the Civilians life. After Dean's rage had built up, they had tackled and began to resist. Events occurred which allowed the Civilian to flee, but in the end both Dean and the Civilian were both apprehended by both Zion and Al. Moments later, the Civilian made a secretive phone call to the cops, which forced them to switch locations. 

It was time to start the second phase of the operation. The whole time the Civilian was Al Romano's brother, Bo Romano. They had told Bo to pretend as if he's a Civilian and to do whatever it is necessary to ensure Dean believes he's a random Civilian. So that's what happened, after bringing Dean and Bo to the second location they had started to plan for the second phase..

                                                          Jack Hawk

Born on 30/11/92 in Wales, UK. Jack lived a good and full life as a kid until the age of 12, when he returned home after being out with friends he found his house had been burgled and both his parents had been murdered.  The man responsible was caught by the police just a few blocks away and got locked up for life. Even though Jack was only  a young boy he swore if that man ever got let out of prison he would avenge his parents. After all that had gone on he had to move to London with his old grandfather, as he was the only family Jack had left. From that point on Jack's life just fell into a spiral of drug abuse and crime as he just couldn't get his head around what had happened back home. He found himself meeting people in his life of crime and ended up joining a gang in London at the young age of 14, three years on his grandfather fell ill and passed away of cancer within the year. With Jack still being to young to live alone he had to still live with relatives, but there was no close family left in the UK. The only person that could be traced back to him was his father's first son who was given away as a baby, the first born son was only 21 years old himself but nevertheless classed as an adult, when asked to have his baby brother that he never met  he took up the challenge and was excited, that's when Jack moved to Los Santos as that is where his brother Jesse lived.

 

                          Los Santos

When Jack arrived to Los Santos he thought he would have to clean up his act and get back on track with the life he once lived for his brother to keep him, he didn’t want to have to move again enough was enough. But it turned out that was not the case, little did he know his brother Jesse was also in a life of crime and also in a gang called The Wanted, They were a street racing gang who repped the color orange, Both clothes and cars. Jack was welcomed to The Wanted with open arms and given his orange bandanna and keys to a new car that his brother won in one of his many street races. Jack Hawk was now in The Wanted.     

                                             

                       War Broke Out

The Wanted had a good relationship with all other gangs in the city, their best relationship was with the Irish Mob and when they came calling for help as the city was about to go to war, The Wanted decided to help.

The war went on for some weeks with a lot of blood shed from both sides. As the war was ongoing Jack found himself rolling with the Irish boys more than his own, hunting down Zetas and Clowns came as a daily job, but as the weeks went on The Wanted realized it might have been a bad idea backing the Irish Mob as they still had friends in the Zetas on the other side. They soon decided to pull out of the war that  then left it very lopsided, as Jack had made many good friends through the war with the Irish Mob he felt he couldn't step out of the war leaving his new friends in dangers all alone, he had to make a decision and make it fast. As The Wanted and the Irish was on very good terms he knew there would be no problem and told his brother and the higher ups in The Wanted he would be removing his orange and putting green on to keep fighting the war he thought that needed to be fought. From that day on Jack Hawk was now in the Irish Mob.

                      End Of The War

Jack and the Irish still kept fighting the war as long as they could with help from Los Calaveras and The Marcello Family, but it was still not enough and the war slowly came to an end with Los Calaveras losing high ranking members through death and being deported, Marcello Family went into hiding and the Irish Mob had themselves a betrayal within the gang with one of the higher ups turning his back on the boss Dwayne Donavan. The betrayal left the Irish scattered with Dawayne and the other leaders disappeared off the grid for a while, for what remained of the Irish they were still being hunted by Zetas and Clowns, And had no choice but to drop the colors and tell people the Irish was dead. The leftover Irish met up with the highest member left, Neil Fergus and he told them that he had heard Dwayne and the others had started up a small crew and would only take loyal and trustworthy Irish members with them, but after the betrayal they did not know who to trust or not, Neil told them to stay low and he will get in touch with them if he gets hold of Dwayne.     

                                                

                            The Rooks

After keeping low for some time, Jack and the other Loyal Irish got a text to meet at what would end up being the new HQ of the Rooks, Jack got there and got put into his new uniform and stood there with the other new recruits, Jack looked up and down this new line of recruits and realized even though there were a few old Irish boys there, There was a lot that was missing, Dwayne told everyone that the people who got the text was trustworthy and everyone else who didn’t they were no longer with us, as this was not the Irish anymore, It was The Rooks.                                                     

                                                

The Rooks grew big in numbers over just a few days, with new recruits, old Irish, and a few Los Calaveras that escaped death during the war. Jack never felt so at home so quickly, but even though the Rooks was growing so well and getting noticed in the city bad news would strike just a few weeks in, as boss Dwayne and the other founders of the Rooks decided it just was not the same anymore and decided to disband the Rooks just like that. Jack and other members of the Rooks met up at the HQ so confused as what had just been told to them.                                                                                                                                                                                             

                                                

              New Leadership And New Role

Jack Hawk and many of the Rooks said they would not leave, And wanted to continue doing what they were doing, Dwayne came to reason and decided to pass down the role of boss to someone else and let the Rooks live on. The new leadership was passed on to Dmitri Leroy, Jack had only heard the name of Dmitri before and not met him in person as yet, Jack had a lot of thoughts going through his head, would it still be the same, would he still feel safe in this family if it was run by someone other than Dwayne. Before Dwayne left he give a little information on everyone to Dmitri so he knew everyone he was now in charge of. Jack met with his new boss and a few other members and was told he was wanted in the Rooks and that he was thought highly of through what Dwayne had told him. Jack was given the role of Pit Boss by Dmitri and given his black Jacket, Jack then knew he still had a place here and a big role to play. After getting his new role as Pit Boss Jack Hawk knew he had to step up now and show other Rooks how things were done correctly and with respect.              

                                                   

                        Current Situation 

Jack has now been in the Rooks from the start, and the Rooks have now grown so much since then. New members, new ranks within the crew, and strong relationships with other big gangs within the city. Keeping them themselves in the know of any upcoming gangs is also a big part of life in the Rooks making sure the smaller gangs know who is on top. Jack and the rest of the Rooks meet up with a new upcoming gang and demand they pay taxes to them to keep the peace, as new smaller gangs will be taking up drug labs or robbing shops making it a bit harder for the Rooks to operate so the Rooks make it clear it's taxes or war.

Along with getting taxes from the smaller gangs, the Rooks still have to make tax payments to the bigger gangs in the city themselves, so Jack and a few more of the Rooks keep making money any way possible if its setting up their own drug lab or controlling chop shops to make the money.

Kyle Rodrigues

Life before Los Santos.

Kyle Rodrigues, born on the 8th of January 1996 in Small Heath, Birmingham, United Kingdom. Kyle grew up around adversity, surrounded by gang activity in the streets of Birmingham for the majority of his life. His Great Grandfather would tell Kyle stories of his Great Great Grandfather being apart of Birmingham’s very famous Peaky Blinders, an urban street gang that operated between the 1890s until the 1930s, this opened Kyle’s mind up to gang culture but never wanted to see himself apart of it knowing the risks that it would bring. Upon turning 16 Kyle had finished his education and decided to apply to join the British Armed Forces. After going through 2 years of intense training he was called to go on duty in Afghanistan. Seeing all sorts of sights such as IED attacks on his own forces from the Taliban, Kyle slowly drove insane and gained symptoms of PTSD during his time of duty. Not knowing who his enemy was because the Taliban fighters were wearing civilian attire Kyle grew annoyed and was then dishonourably discharged from the forces due to killing civilians in a Afghani village.

Coming home Kyle was never seen in the same way again. The British public and Media used him as a scapegoat to pull out of the war against the Taliban due to his war crimes. Kyle then decided to leave the U.K. and came to Los Santos seeking a new life away from media attention.

Coming to Los Santos 

In the early summer of 2019 Kyle had touched down at Los Santos International Airport. Knowing that he knew no one in the city at all with very little money, he forked out the majority of cash he had and bought a cheap car for him to use to travel to multiple jobs and to also sleep in. Kyle had a bad start in the city and spending money quicker than he could earn it he knew he needed to change something. Kyle decided to do the one thing he swore he would never do which was to make drugs. After asking around the city for drug lab locations one stranger told him about ‘Ocean Lab’ which was slight North-West of Paul’s Farm. Upon Kyle’s arrival to the site of the drug lab Kyle was surrounded by multiple men wearing all black with a smart and professional look whilst pointing guns telling him to get out of the car. Upon doing so a Higher ranking member of this mysterious gang slowly drove into the lab and stepped out of the car he began speaking with me directly and formally introduced himself as Al Romano. Romano gave Kyle a small black business card that read the name Al Romano, The Rooks then following his personal contact number. Weeks had passed by and the thought of becoming a gang member began to eat Kyle up because he swore he would never follow the path of his Great Great Grandfather, later that day he rang Romano and said he was interested in joining The Rooks, they later met and then Kyle, after going through an interview with Al Romano was offered the opportunity to join The Rooks, Kyle took it and then threw on the all black suit.

What now?

Knowing that Kyle had a lot of people surrounding him now he knew it was time to not only prove himself to Al Romano but also Dwayne Donovan and Mia Donovan as well. Kyle took part in all sorts of gang related activities and the money he so desperately craved began to roll into his hands. Buying a house and multiple cars, he began to make close friends in the process, Mack Tylar and Johnnie Everdeen becoming the closest of them all, the three of them would be seen together at all times during cookouts at drug labs and other illegal activities. Kyle's life had been completely flipped, he had never seen such an influx of money into his bank account, times had changed, he was no longer broke and was living his best life.

Reality Struck

A dark day for everyone associated within The Rooks, Dwayne and Mia Donovan alongside Al Romano had all decided to leave The Rooks. With their Chinese guns also leaving along with the three of them, a lot of false members had left too, a lot of loyal members knew that these members were in it just for the guns. Leadership was changed and Dmitri Leroy had taken the gavel to leadership. Things changed a lot internally for The Rooks, Dmitri didn’t know who to trust fully within The Rooks and didn’t make promotions for a long time. 

After seeing a lot of work coming from Kyle he promoted him to a Pit Boss and then later Kyle and Dmitri grew close and began to discuss about business matters together frequently alongside Timothy Smith. Kyle began to feel a lot like an advisor for Dmitri despite being a lower rank than a fair few of the other Rooks.

Leaving the City   

Kyle had decided it was time to do the one thing he always wanted to do with his life and that was to travel the world. At the very place he came into the city, Los Santos Airport in a parking lot he announced that he would be leaving not only The Rooks but in fact Los Santos itself, shockwaves were sent through the ranks and the news got out to other people across the city as well. 

Kyle had decided to give away a lot of his belongings to close friends and donated his remaining 200,000 dollars to The Rooks to pay for their Headquarters, a leaving party was thrown for Kyle at the Rooks HQ with many of his friends in attendance, he felt loved and ultimately cried upon leaving both the Rooks and Los Santos. After hanging up his all black suit he rode solo for his remaining days in the city keeping in close contact with The Rooks each day.

The Return   

Kyle was in Australia and began to grow depressed because he wasn't around Los Santos anymore, he decided to cut his time away short and announced to The Rooks he would be returning to Los Santos. They were ecstatic over the news they had heard, Kyle knew one thing after seeing their reaction to his news, it was time to put the black on once again. Kyle landed back in Los Santos in September 2019 and was greeted to members waiting for him at Los Santos International Airport. As to this current day Kyle is seen with The Rooks once again and he feels like he never left.

Future Plans for Kyle

Kyle plans to help The Rooks in any way possible, one of those tasks he sets himself is to gain Chinese gun contacts again, like the affiliation once had. He hopes to see himself in the High Command bracket of The Rooks in the future as well, pushing members to their potential is what he wants more than anything.

 The Rooks is all that Kyle knows, it’s his family and he would do anything for that family.

War Time

 

The shootout between Los Zetas and Russian Mafia gave shockwaves around the city and news spread fast. The Rooks couldn’t believe what the Russians had done and knew what was going to happen to them. Jay Gamble’s wife had been put into a coma right before everyone’s eyes and caused an uproar within the Council. 

 

The Rooks didn’t want to see it happen but war was declared on the Russians by the Council, the Zetas had picked the last straw with their past slip ups. The Rooks originally wanted to watch the coming war from the sidelines and remain to have neutral relationships with all affiliations involved. However, Zetas and Triads had both told Rooks that the Russians had been not only repping their colours without permission, but after a shootout between the Council and fake Rooks one man had been unmasked at the scene to see who it was. It was a Russian.

The Russians had tried to pull us into the war against the council by backstabbing us and trying to burn our relationships with the Council. The very kind of relationships that had been in the works long before the Russians even came into Los Santos. Wearing our colours without our permission was one thing but pretending to be Rooks for your own protection? That's as disrespectful as it can get.

 

A meeting had been called to explain to members why we had decided to go to war with the Russians. The disrespect that they had brought on to the Rooks could not be tolerated.

It was time, the war outfit had been thrown on for the first time in The Rooks’ history as an affiliation.

 

Working alongside the Council in the war against the Russians, we had realised that they had gone into hiding and were rarely seen anymore. Probably because they dropped their own colours that they were always seen in, due to the fear of 3 strong affiliations. 

 

With everything set in motion, Rooks set regular convoys hunting for the very people that they called good friends. It was hard for some to deal with the fact they have good friends within the Mafia, but business is business and only the strongest survive.

 

After a meeting with a small amount of Russians to explain why we had declared war on them alongside the Council. Making them understand our reasonings for the declaration of war was like trying to reason with a brick wall. They are deluded to think they are not in the wrong for what they had done, all the confusion that it had caused, strain it had put on our relationships with others. But all they think for is themselves. That's the way they will keep on being.

 Stevie originally moved to the city to become a hard working farmer. After months of hard, backbreaking work tending the fields, he deicded he needed a change of pace. He went to interview after interview, but no job offers were given. He was getting desparate. That's when he learned to cook synthetic drugs. He brought a few farmboys along with him, who had also grown tired of the long hours and meager pay. They set forth to make a fortune. Stevie was cooking alone one night, when police officers rolled up and arrested him in the act. He was sent away for a long prison sentence in the San Andreas Department of Corrections. In DOC, he met a man named Tyler Rogers during a prison riot. He wasn't aware this chance meeting would bring him a family, the long way around. After his release from DOC, he immediately went to Sandy Shores, and began making Methamphetamines and LSD to pay off his fines. Tyler Rogers was also to be found at this specific drug lab, and they had a conversation about the gang activity in the city. Tyler mentioned his position within The Rooks and Snowball was very interested in Tyler's story of a family, an armada of men and women, making money, protecting each other.
                                                                               
                                                                               

Snowball was accepted into The Rooks with open arms. He spent the next months, jumping in front of hostile weapons to protect his new family. He had a family, a home.
