Right before joining the LSMC Moxxi was working at Bayview and had just left from a long standing there as Manager. She was offered an amazing job at LSC after leaving Bayview but due to unfortunate circumstances she had to leave that job. After Moxxi left Bayview she was lost and not sure what to do with herself anymore. She was contemplating leaving town for good. There was nothing left for her in town. Moxxi knew a few people that were already in the LSMC including Ava Paige and Lucas. She reconnect with Ava after seeing her around in the Paleto Bay area once Bayview moved there. After a while Ava keep trying to get Moxxi to join LSMC saying it will be a blast and you will want to stay for it!

Date and time (provide timezone): Dec 25th 2019 3:38 CTS Character name: Moxxi Fitz Issue/bug you are reporting: The house that I own(its two lots in the same building) I'm unable to build outside on the lot, but if I give permissions so anyone they can build. If I sell the house to someone they can still build but if they give me permissions I still cannot build. I'm also unable to access any doors and gates but again if I give permissions to someone they can access doors and gates Expected behavior: I would like to be able to build on to my lot outside. I guess it was due to the roof I had on top of the room I built. When the server would reset if would spawn them on top of the roof so. Thank you so much for replying. I do have another issue with a house I have (currently owned by someone else so they can own more cars) that will not let me personally build when I owned it. I have talked to @Timmaayy about it and he has seen it first hand. I don't have any proof of this happening but I can show you if need be. Thanks again!

+1 I also work there and it fixes for the day but that is, I think we should have Faction parking. but if people wanna park on the actual lot they can, also makes more room for the customers and friends that park there.
