Hello I just posted a roleplay feedback to SD's gov website forum and wanted to give everyone a chance to see it and read it. It was honestly one of the greatest roleplay experiences I've had on this server and is a stark difference to the usual "win mentality" you often see. I agree with everything you're saying, and I agree that there's faults at both sides, majorly so. The one thing I'd like to point out is that the change 100% needs to come from the LEO factions first and here is why: - They interact with the entire server on a day to day basis, especially crims, whereas which crim factions interact with LEOs can vary vastly from day to day (or hour to hour) - LEOs don't have anything to lose. If LEOs were to "lay down" so to speak tomorrow they would take a lot more losses in the beginning but they wont lose any of their time or effort because they haven't invested hours grinding for their gear thay will disappear if they lose the interaction. However if crims were to "lay down" they would lose hours upon hours of work with the hopes that LEOs follow their lead. In LEOs case they could just turn the aggression back on if this experiment doesn't work. All this is to say that the problem lies on both sides, but the only way to see meanigful change, in my opinion, is if LEOs take the first step. YEs you might have to deal with toxic crims for a few weeks or months, but at least you wont lose hours of work. And if you announce this change then you will quickly see which crims are here for the W and which are here to RP, as those who actually want to create a nice interaction, will attempt to do so. I hope.

GTA as a game is centered around cars so a script for racing would be cool. An app for example that can notify you if a race is being set up. I don't have all the details, but I assume smarter people than me can go deep with this.

Who is the suggestion for? Everyone, criminals more than others as they get the bad end of the stick for the most part Why is the suggestion being made? The impound system brings no good RP opportunities for either LEO or Crim/Civ. For the most part LEOs only go there if they have nothing else to do, and even then they might not do so. For Civs it feels in no way fulfilling to stand afk for a long time just hoping that an LEO will show up. Also doesn't help that theres no indication that an LEO member is online, let alone seen the impound message. What are the pros and/or cons of the suggestion? Pros: - People won't have to wait for minutes if not hours, and on some occasion days (which is what prompted me to make this suggestion) to receive minimal Roleplay and a general bad experience. - Will give LEO's more focused RP opportunities elsewhere Cons: - You wont get the once in a lifetime Roleplay encounter between the greatest LEO and Civ character this server has ever seen, that can somehow make the impound release RP into something enjoyable. How should the suggestion be implemented? A way to get your car out of the impound without having an LEO present. If you really want the LEO interaction there, at least make the LEO's able to toggle this automatic release so that if they are unable to go there in the moment they can then let the Civs get their cars out by themselves.

As days turned into weeks, the pressure of trying to juggle every part of the operation began to take a toll. The constant paranoia, the sleepless nights, the unrelenting weight of leadership, Kai began to wonder if he was truly ready to build a gang from the ground up again. Then, by what felt like fate, he ran into a familiar face. Callum Goat. Callum and Kai had known each other for many years at this point and even though they were adversaries in the past, they always kept a friendly tone. Change of Plan After speaking for a few minutes about the state of ESM and Kai’s current plans, an idea emerged where maybe it was time for Kai to humble himself and use his experience to strengthen ESM, who are already well respected in the city’s criminal underworld, instead of starting his own gang again. The thought of this undertaking gave Kai a familiar feeling, it’s been a while since he’s been a low-ranking member. He thought to himself, “This might just be the thing I need right now.” So the next day he contacted Callum and said he was interested in joining and that he would do what he could to bring East Side Mob to the pinnacle of the criminal underworld. Kai now believes that under Callum's leadership and Kai’s contributions ESM will thrive. They will once again be Kings of Los Santos.
