most of ppl that switched to pd be the same one cryin nonstop when they were crims, now they doin the same shit they used to complain about, truth is they dont really care about whats fair they just wanna get the W everytime they can, only a few ppl can actually look at things from both sides and care about FAIRNESS

The situation began when we were about to hit lifeinvader bank, minutes later KB checked on the radio and said that Rooks holding LSD "guys after bank if u guys want free lick, Rooks at LSD 6 of them atleast with heavies camping lost dealer". so we decided to go there first and deal with Rooks before doing the bank because robbing the bank carried a much higher risk and we could end up arrested, our intention was to kill Rooks for multiple ic reasons, one of them is scamming Ray for 2.5m and also to take their heavies, drugs and money . although we have ic realtions with LostMC and we are their closest allies, we had no intention of helping them, our goal was to take Rooks down. we met at Afghan lab, grouped and began moving towards LSD, we saw many Rooks setting up the whole area, both in vehicles and on roofs, our first move we did is blocking the jug but he resisted and tried to escape, after my first try of blocking him he rammed Clay and nearly left him injured, at that point we had sufficient reason to use force, considering the location was next to LSD lab where ppl having heavies and aps on and Clay whos nearly been killed by them. as a result we began ramming and pitting their vehicles, i personally focused the jug and tried to ram/pit him many times, to the best of my knowledge all of my actions were legit and did not break any rules since all the attempts i did was when hes driving slow, i was in a terminus while he was in a sport car. i attempted the last pit but was unable to do it properly because he was driving very slowly so i ended up pushing him from behind. regarding the combat log accusation, i would first like to point out that myles pov shows him vdming me, i was clearly standing next to him looting his friends body, rather than hopping out of his car and shoot me he chose to run me over while driving a supercar at high speed which led my game to freeze for few seconds and the transparent white screen appeared forcing me to choose "end process". at that point i had two options, either remain unable to move a single step since my game froze or to choose the "end process" option, my intention was never to log off despite the rule break he did. after the crash i waited on the crash report channel on ecrp for any admin or any rook to mention me but no one did, from my perspective, i believed that the situation was over and me being there wasnt necessary or relevant to the outcome since later i was told that otf had won the fight regardless, meaning that my return would not have changed the outcome and would only have resulted in otf taking me to md, since i was late i decided to go sleep. i only have 5mins pov, however it should still show mos of what i explained, it doesnt show the crash itseld cos medal only records the game and when the game crashes or closes the recording auto ends and cannot be saved, thanks. pov me posting a c0 on otf discord after crashing

dont hold a single entrance lab and expect ppl to push on ur terms +33 labs not just btc boat and mega, u can do better

because i have to cook as much as i can to afford the 100ap and the heavy rifle, when u get better ones for free? being smart and practicing wont help you outrun 10 pd cars and a heli, people have been playing here for years, do u really think after all this time no one figured out how to win against leos even sometimes ? nerf until criminals complain again ? cmon i have to work my ass off just to afford the gun and ap that u get them for free, you've got pager which from my pov is mg and if criminals does it it'd be called a rule breach, you've got snipers, helis, insurgents and the list goes on, pls dont complain about nerfing cos u still way too buffed.

the easiest solution and if not, u can remove the mods that makes it covered from behind, not only the monstro tho theres tons of cars that has the same thing. we can fix many things through development and get rid of their rules, this is a clear example.

driveby fights are fun unless you're loosing, maybe adding the recoil would help balance it at least but theres no real reason to completely remove the auto guns

roleplay doesnt mean real life, it means acting as a character, in real life you dont respawn and you dont fight gangs in labs everyday etc... stop comparing it to irl just to bypass the suggestion. if you get pulled over, forced out of ur vehicle and frisked by 10 pd cars and a heli above u for no reason thats literally 100% a loss for you, i dont know how you sayin you shouldnt always win when in that situation theres 0% chance to win. if we copy paste real life exactly into the game it would be unfair to some sides, thats why we make suggestions, we're saying there must be a reason for frisking someone, we're not saying the risk should be removed for crims or that pd should be npcs without having any rp. but ye @Demonmit1 explained it more clearly which makes sense to me tbf also @Eliza's suggestion about the K9 script is amazing its something new and it opens up a lot of new rp opportunities.

we're not talkin about the entire pd and this isnt about pd vs crims, we know that you guys tryin to make things as fair as possible but there are times when you havent even exceeded the 80 speed limit and pd still decides to step you out of the vehicle and search you. lets say we have 100 officers 95 of them are doing their job properly but theres 5 who doesnt care and does whatever they want, will the ia report give us back our items ? simply no. thats why this suggestion was made, if you're not breaking the rule and you have a valid reason to frisk someone there shouldnt be any reason to worry about. vip is something you can only get with creds which means real money so it shouldnt be used for comparison, we should only compare it to the regular prison time you get without any vip benefits.

well said, ai reports wont give crims their items back if pd is constantly pulling people out of their vehicles and searching them for literally no reason. i think an ooc rule is needed to prevent this, as ramiz said whats the difference between a nonrp robbery and a police officer pulling someone out of their car without a reason ? in fact its even worse since hes loosing items+jail/fines. officers supposed to have sufficient reason to pull someone out such as being seen in a shootout, seen with a weapon etc but thats not how it works tbh. lets also not forget that we’re all here to have fun on both sides, not just to focus purely on realism.

hey everyone and happy new year !! id like to drop a suggestion since supercars on the server are no longer rare and many players already had them through the credit store especially in xmas, why dont we also see them available in dealerships for a high price such as +20m ? this would give players a long term objective to grind for, especially since the most expensive cars in dealerships right now are only around 1m, it would also help fix the server economy by making players spend their excess money on supercars and giving those who cant buy credits a fair chance to get them through in game money. feel free to drop ur thoughts and thanks^^
