I'm agree with this but back at the community again, the player itself. Before management implement "something" that could do a major change "RP SIDE" not "SCRIPT SIDE" you need to improve the way player can join the server. Improve the Rules, and Improve the punishment system. Why not try to implement new punishment system ? implement Non-RP #1 , Non-RP#2 , Non-RP#3 people actually will doing it again and again. Why dont use "Temporary Ban" or "Punishment Point", people will actually filter their roleplay before "DOING" it. You get ban for temporary every time you break rules, or apply punishment points. because if people only get "JAILED" the same mistake , the same thing that happens, will happens twice. There are a lot of way to make a community member think about the risk and how the roleplay could run in proper way before "STARTING" the roleplay situation because they will think about the "punishment" that happens to him if the RP is out of the context and breaching server rules. "ooc jailed?" nah its fine, its only 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minuts, 120 minutes. how if, someone breaching "Non-Roleplay", Temporary ban 3 Days. Temporary Ban 7 Days. will they care about server rules ? of course they will and chaos will not happens.

It wouldn't become a "CHAOS" if before this update. ECLIPSE-ROLEPLAY implement new registration, new quiz, new rules for everything and let the "RULES" handle the player. most of people known "ECLIPSE" as "Shooting" Roleplay server because its been there since ages... everyone change ? am i right ? yes ofc. "ECLIPSE" change their culture, their gamestyle, "SHOOTING" gameplay reduced. but lets ask from some people that know about "RP" and "RAGE-MP" , "Does they look eclipse as shooting server?" , i can say yes because i joined 2019, at the time that shootout between gang and peoples around always happens everywhere. now they changing, its become more little bit fun and interesting but still preventing some Roleplay that might interested to implement, instead of script , script and script. recent eclipse update actually good but it will become perfect with a good roleplayers.

I got arrested for paying ticket inside mission row, detective give a command towards another officer to arrest me because i've been told to leave mission row meanwhile i dont have anything on me and i dont use a mask, i just pay my ticket there. does it make sense ? i got all the evidence and reported it, just because it was petty i guess, they dont accept it kekw

I did once, nothing happens. all evidence were valid but the person who handle IA blatantly rejected it because the person that i reported got OOC Corruptions.

So who's more into Happy trigger roleplay ? , "mate drop your gun then start shooting when i got 2 hostage on gun point" i know how risk is to start a Roleplay against cops when you're a criminal or civilian, but with these behavior i don't think it will improve heavy Roleplay lol. some people did a good Roleplay with me, some just bunch of new player in Roleplay. I always try to give my best of Roleplay experience for PD, again its a game, enjoy it , you dont play to win a ROLEPLAY game, there's nothing to gain on Roleplay server, you gain nothing, Roleplay is a enjoyable gamemode to let people develop their character and act as another person. not play to win gamemode. If we're talking about PD vs CRIME

Mechanic script preventing it due to only able to move the car or tow it using flatbed / tow truck so, this is totally fine, for LSES. then why not let other rank use kamacho incase there are injuries people on the mountain ? Bala, you always answer with the right point, loves to see this words came out from your mind. i cannot disagree with this but why enforcing it only towards faction ? why not towards civilian that only grind at the pier 24/7 , or someone that always grinding 24/7 instead of roleplaying, where is the space for being civilian and start a civilian roleplay ? , where are the space to become freelance journalist, where are the space to become freelance lawyer ? why does people barely looking for photographer and let people start photographic roleplay ? where all the fun of being legal and civilian roleplay ? if you guys really trying to enforce and push a little bit heavy roleplay put more space for other player to start another "Roleplay Opportunity", you dont make money 24/7. there are a rules back at the day on sa-mp called "Money Machine" your character is not a robot. people always CK after getting bored with their character, money is not the way to start a roleplay, etc. where is it ? where is surgery roleplay havent seen it? too much pointing every roleplay scenario and events on script is not roleplay but RPG. meanwhile RP is more imaginative, RPG is more action-orientated. For instance, and RPG GTA V server will have classes and script and quests, you get the point, while RP is an open world where you can do anything, and action isn't a deciding factor. RPG is also less strict with the actual Roleplay part.

I already point it out, its dying of roleplay scenario and events. people care their money, their stuff over a roleplay scenario. enforcing immersive of roleplay huh? ye. bet..

Yeah, well then you're new on RP, welcome. enforcing a high quality roleplay with community member behavior like you i dont think i will works. if management really trying to crackdown and enforcing it then there would be a change, player behavior, faction behavior and the management itself. they dont hear what community want and what community need.

If you re-read the first post that i made on first page, i have never said that the server is dying, i literally said "dying of roleplay", 35% population and interaction is at the pier (GRINDING + Interactive RP). 20% at the bank (Interaction RP), 15% (Fully grinding), the rest at their faction hq and doing their faction RP, you think its fine ? well then, yeah its fine for current situation but think about further situation.

I like the way you quote it, if eclipse based on heavy roleplay + the management are not biased it would be more than 400, normally 600 - 700, Lets take another example of community that only do a text-rp, they got stable peak on 500-650+ :)) EclipseRP server script got potential but the branch, idk man. let community count on it.

I ain't comparing eclipse but i'm talking about the actual "Roleplay" stands for and how it works, and if you're thinking that "Eclipse RP" have their own style, with its own goals, ideas, players etc, then stop with enforcing "HIGH QUALITY" Roleplay to player. because it wont work, if eclipse want to have high quality roleplayer on the server, sorry to say, "The Rules, The Gameplay" are not compatible with the way Management Team enforcing "High Quality" Roleplay on the server. As far as i know, FatherOsborn was from NGG/NGRP and Ballin was from LSRP, i believe both of them can enforce a good quality Roleplay into server

It is whole different thing, and yes ofc because to use IC Chat you need to type, to do an action you need to type as well. you don't get the point, the point is, majority of people don't care about your RP, lets say, i'm doing an action that i'm standing on my knees after get cuff, due to the cuff script not allow you to do /down i'll just write a /me , i can believe that no one will notice it, i'm not attacking you personally or something, but this is the fact and the truth of eclipse roleplay, no one cares about another player's RP , they just want to do have a chit and chat conversation and stuff. meanwhile you forgot the BASIC "RP" itself. you don't develop your own character. people laugh when there is someone got ran over, majority of people barely using their behavior to their prior event. lets say a car crash. i'm gonna take one of example. I literally just got ran over, i did the animation and /me /do, they still yelling "hands now hands , hands" dude i'm fucking dying , i got ran over ? i want to RP not to get jail and done done? I agreed with all those your statement, we cannot compare voice-rp with text-rp, because there are a lot of difference between of it atleast majority of player "SHOULD" know the BASIC and implement the BASIC Roleplay itself. its very easy to fix the economy by script, its super easy.. from my experience, there are a lot of people having million dollars on their bank account, how do i nerf it ? i make a dollar script system. by putting a " , " and " . " to those number. Lets say i have $10000000 Dollars ( 10 million dollars ) imma put a script to make it more dollar script $100.000,00 it has same amount of zero but different point. right ? the economy can be fix anytime, i never grind myself to start a roleplay, i can roleplay just with $500 in my bank account. but thats not the point. To fix the entire server roleplay quality, you need to fix how player join the server, server quiz, management team, have a conversation with your players, try to become open minded person, let them express what they feel and let them know what they want, if its good implement, if its not good then give a reason. You cannot do it like this "I got a burger and you need to eat it!" no you cannot! But you need to do it like this, "I got a burger, it has a cheese and meat inside of it, with a mayonnaise and sauce etc, it delicious, let me know how it taste"

++ Also, Management need to Listen to their Community Member, LETS SAY, Spend a time for the community atleast 2 hours every month just to listen to them or explain them how IT WORKS. BUT HOW ? Do a "Community Meeting" i've done this 6 times, it happens every month, Player will understand and you will understand them! I'm talking like this because i care every Roleplay community.

I agree with this, most of faction / players are here to shootout, i'm not even lying but thats what i feel. Punishment for OOC Toxicity need to be stronger and consistent, ofc. i've done report someone just because being racist towards me ICly ( Talking about my OOC thing in IC ) nothing happens :D, but i dont care of it that much because it just a game. Excessive of /b hmmm, this back again to players, most of them using /b excessive just trying to find a reason to stop their RP and win the situation. i've been roleplaying with PD multiple times, the only excessive /b that i use because they're using bug for their advantage, the rest i roleplay everything that happens to my character, Car Crash, Injuries, Etc. You dont fix roleplay quality by the script, but by the players itself. Let me get this straight on this discussion, there's no The state of criminal RP on this discussion, i'm talking about the eclipse itself because i'm not only playing criminal RP, i also got a lot of friends from Civilian or Legal RP that have done hardcore Roleplay situation , textwise or voice-wise against me that complaining about the RP situation they got are different etc.. Why i'm not put the actual suggestion here ? well, like i said, as a developer and founder of sa-mp there are difference between SA-MP and RageMP, but well if you want to hear the suggestion like what i apply on my own sa-mp server, ofc i'm gonna share it and i'm gonna put it here. First, we don't have "RP BEHAVIOR" towards RP situation, lets say. There's a police chase or police traffic stop or police shootout, looks around you and what players gonna do ? either it will makes you laugh or something else, meanwhile on heavy rp server, they will takes that RP event very serious and making the situation and environment feels like its REAL LIFE. The only ROLEPLAYER that i've play with and using /ame Correctly was Lewis Langley do you ever use your /ame like this ? The rest was only using /ame for Trolling etc. Do you ever done a hood brawl with another gang ? Have you done this type of Roleplay ? a drive by pull up just because they messed up and fucked your hood and do a vigilante like this ? No, correct. because the majority of player on eclipse playing RP for fun but the "MANAGEMENT/STAFF MEMBER" of Eclipse Roleplay trying to enforce heavy and high quality of Roleplay. when the rules are not even supporting it. THE ONLY ROLEPLAY SCENARIO THAT AMAZE ME WAS THIS ( Even though it has less /mes and /dos the Voice RP thing makes it fun and realistic. ) Stop enforcing heavy Roleplay into the server without filtering the player or the RULES itself. I'm proud of myself because i've been Roleplaying for almost 8 Years. so if you're really want ECLIPSE ROLEPLAY to become heavy Roleplay server, fix the branch then update the server script!

Hello Roleplayers, as NBDY notice us on discord to bring the "very lastest event" that happens on eclipse out of ECRP Discord to Forum. I would like to discuss about it here. FYI i want to talk the current state of Eclipse not PD vs CRIMS The current state of eclipse roleplay right now is "dying of roleplay" lets not say "dying of player" because its not? i guess ? I've been roleplaying since 2013 on SA-MP, i don't know if its allowed to call the server name here but its SA-MP. i've been playing on NGG/NG-RP, i've been playing on LS-RP. Both server are different, NGG/NG-RP was Mid tier RP server, LS-RP is Heavy RP server. there are difference between both things. As i heard from lot of people that Eclipse trying to Enforce heavy roleplay into server by forcing them to do this and to do that, without letting time goes fly. as sa-mp developer and founder this is the most hard things to implement on the server because it based on the player itself. the only way to enforce rp quality on the server is improving textwise roleplay quality itself. because almost 10% player of eclipse RP doesn't care about your textwise roleplay such as /me's and /do's, 40% of players still dont know the use of /mes and /dos, the rest dont even know what /ame is. i'm not blaming the players on eclipse but thats the fact, or lets say 30% players of eclipse are hard core roleplayers. I think the only way to fix roleplay quality on eclipse server is by looking into this : -Server Rules -Management Team ( Staff Team ? ) I guess. -Roleplay quality of the players, lets start from Server Quiz then implement to the rest ? :shrug: -Official / Unofficial Legal or Illegal Faction Regulation. Having a good server script doesnt make everything looks good, if the rest of branch are broken. Thats all i'm trying to say after playing on eclipse since 2018. Cheers!

The Cartel wants to stop the 'Bloody War' between The Irish, The Triads vs Gangster Disciples, Los Aztecas and LFM. Revelt was so mad about what happened but no one brave enough to fight against The Cartel because they're the main power of the city. Revelt moving forward after what happened to his family, looking for a new opportunity, new life, and a chance to survive in the city, He joined La Familia Michoacana, become a 'Recruit' of Cartel, he realized that become a Cartel Member is not that easy, his life been threatened by a lot of problem and mission. Securing Import, delivering import, and making sure everything is under control. Money, power, and connection are priorities. Revelt has a strong personality in him, he knew that he could handle everything alone but without family, it wouldn't be perfect. "Para siempre familia para siempre y pase lo que pase" Family forever for always and no matter what happens

I'm glad to become part of the faction, haven't tried Mexican RP yet previously it's actually fun, I'm gonna show my RP story later on, love all those updates after being in LOA for a while.

Well stamina system could be implemented as well, it could work for civilian roleplayer as well, increase fist damage or something for those RPer such as boxing event or something..
