Aim to take overcrowding from the Bank. I think this will create a lot more roleplay and a major hotspot for people to visit. Maybe wrong but who knows. So the pier at Del Perro Beach has a theme park. Theme parks have security. make it a heavily guarded area (NCZ) and add a few extras, Ideas below. Make it so Gambling is allowed? Possibly. Dice etc. Even add slot machines could use this machine The Pier also comes with a huge parking area that could be NCZ : Clothing store / mask store could be added here : Food could be bought and maybe drinks : Also add Cash machines (ATM), Possibly try to make the ride work. If you have any more ideas for this suggestion please post below. If you like the suggestion Like it. Add City bee rental? or Bicycle rentals? BMX etc. 54 3
Kebab Posted April 9, 2019 Report Posted April 9, 2019 Huge +1 to this suggestion, we need to be more places to do activities like this and I feel it's the perfect place, on top of that you can fish there and people could host competitions for fishing there (since it's an NCZ it'll be safe etc.). 4

TheCanadian Posted April 9, 2019 Report Posted April 9, 2019 +1 bank as a hang out area is common, but fairly boring. This will allow for activities, gambling, and a hotspot for people to interact and hang out in a safe way because of the NCZ. This would be fucking awesome, 10/10.

Magz Posted April 9, 2019 Report Posted April 9, 2019 +1 But I think it will also need to have the parking area NCZ as well, lets face it most people hang at bank because your car is also safe just like you are, I think if the fair was NCZ but the parking was not, I think it would still be dead as people wouldn't want their car to be stolen while they RP there. 1

NoobDude Posted April 9, 2019 Report Posted April 9, 2019 The bank area is crowded because 'most' players just hang out there and wait for their paychecks so solution to the crowding issue is to add another bank elsewhere. Perhaps near the location you specified.

There are multiple NCZ around the city but why do people mostly hang out at bank? Because 99% only hang out there to collect paychecks. Tequila Inn has everything OP mentioned (Gambling, Clothing store, Parking etc) but only few of them hang out there, why do you think so? How is the pier NCZ going to be any different than Tequila Inn NCZ?

Because tequila is a claustrophobic tiny crappy bar with little to no room to hang out, pier is a large open space with many activities (if implemented as OP said) and a beautiful view. Not some raunchy bar but a beautiful scenery. 3
