Rules state the NCZ locations, I actually think in the rules they're intended to be quite a bit larger than the NCZ marker. A list of NCZ areas: The area around and the interior of all active law enforcement departments. The area around and the interior of all active hospitals. The area around and the interior of all active banks. The area around and the interior of “Tequil La La” nightclub. The interior of the “Yellow Jack Inn” bar. The area around the Los Santos International Airport new player spawn. The area around the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). The area around and the interior of Bolingbroke Prison. Hmmm.. now that I read them they have been changed in the last revision, used to say "The interior and block surrounding" a lot of these places. This doesn't really say how large an area 'around'. I suspect it really does mean, if it says "NCZ" on your screen, that's what it means.

-1 on the idea of removing Bayview, they actually have a lot of activity and has been improving, it's also prefered by a lot of players, I know at least. Each faction needs competition of some kind, even legal ones. Maybe they should just move Bayview to Benny's. If they insist on reducing legal factions, I could see them merging the mechanic shops into one faction instead and manning both. +1 on having some illegal modification options for vehicles. The last option of each performance mod should be 'illegal', if your car is impounded, you lose it. Two different ideas here, should definitely split it.

As a member of the LSPD, I apologize to all of you who have to wait hours to get your vehicles out of impound. However, please keep in mind that there's a lot of crime and calls in the city that we seem to always be tackling and lives take priority. We'll get them for you as soon as we can.

If criminals actually served max time, sure, you could take some time off. Wage would be good to offset the loss of government checks as well as help pay the fines after.

+1 to any UI updates I think the F menus are overlays though and don't work the same as the in-game interaction menus like the furniture store, clothing and vehicle mods.

This is a good point, could be solved with more medics and unfortunately the rules don't specify based on these things. I seriously think a coma on scene is the best idea. That way if a medic or police do come by, they could do a little investigative RP then '/coroner' your body and remove that death time or something.

Still in support of a coma, wouldn't mind seeing the time increased as long as an AFK timer doesn't disconnect you. Should be a body on scene, not at MD. Help promote solving the issue as things like this are put into place because of the below. Not enough medics, be a medic, help solve the problem! People keep breaking the rules. Not your fault? Help educate as it effects everyone and as an experienced player I believe that's your responsibility as a community member, not just staff. Be more diplomatic, stop getting killed or starting fights for stupid reasons, keep in mind and be ready to loose and don't complain if you do. (rule breaking? use the time to file a report, that's what it's there for, but don't expect everyone is breaking rules when you loose, be a good sport.) Stop racing through the city, drive responsibly.

With dealerships though, they have in game tools that provide information and management. I still think there should a type of in game modification to promote real estate and holdings like this.
