1. Disable crouch walking. it increases the movement speed of people at best and its desynced at worst. Still allow people to crouch to hide their ID and have lower profile, but the second they start moving, stop the crouch. Or only allow them to slowly walk while crouched, but not run. 2. Faster and actual enforcement of PVP meta vehicles. We have had multiple situations on this server, that due to either a GTA V/Rockstar bug, or just the way the vehicle is designed, suddenly everyone started using said vehicle because it provided them benefit in shootouts. For example, the current Monstrocity. Before that vehicle (Schafter?) that had bulletproof windows due to a Rockstar update bug. Its fine if everyone wants to use same meta vehicle because its the fastest. Niobi for example, because if both I and someone else have a Niobi, we both have a advantage. But, if I am in Monstrocity and someone else is in Monstrocity and they are chasing me, I have an advantage due to the bulletproof back.

Ahh, whoever said that from a PD/SD side is an idiot then . If a bolo is older than 1 hour it does fuck all, and if it's less than a hour ago, it can be reapplied. Edit: And I am in PD and I would said it directly to that person. I am all for restarts if it helps with crashes/fps

What are you talking about bolo's? PD/SD already have policies that bolo's older than 1 day get deleted if they are not instantly removed already as the situation is resolved/the bolo person/vehicle is found and even if they were removed. Bolo's don't lag the server when it's literally a text.

PD/SD is only able to stabilize when there is not enough MD members on duty. If there is enough MD people on duty, PD/SD are unable to stabilize people via script. I would like to say its 3 MD members on duty, but I don't know the correct number right now. And even if there is not enough MD members on duty, PD always radio's for MD (Or checks the map) to see if we get a response from that one medic that is on duty, so they can come treat the people and if then MD says that they are busy and asks us if we can handle it ourselves, PD would use the /stabilize command

Even as someone that plays on 30 or so ping, I have to press space early to hit the zone, add that with the fact that sometimes it takes a second or so for the next stage to appear, throwing you off the balance. The whole picklocking skill check should be changed where you do fewer checks, but with longer "idle" times in between. So you are still picklocking for the same duration, but less skill checks which are fps/ping dependent. Also if you do it with lesser checks, you can do multiple types of checks, one is where the bar is slowly moving and then few fast ones so there is still challenge to picklocking (cheap cars don't have as many fast checks, expensive ones have more of them)

PD and SD don't actively share a radio freq. That was a experiment for one weekend where PD and SD operated as a joint faction. Due to a various feedback, both internally from PD/SD and externally from other factions, this has been put on the sidelines. As for stop and search, Officers doing so have a probable cause. And just a note, any officer can ask you to step out of your vehicle, not just GND. If you are being asked to step out, that doesn't mean you are being searched.
