There are times where criminal actions will lead up to charges without question, this is what you did, you're going to jail for it. Example... You Felony Evaded, which you would be charged for, a charge you would agree, OOCly, that they have the right to charge you with, because you did, as they witnessed. However... if they say you did it twice, and you have other charges. That's when you can start questioning and asking why. If they say you evaded us before, then you can challenge and say, this is the first time you've had a run in... and so on. As long as you're honest OOCly and .. even a little honest ICly. You can create reasonable doubt that would push an officer to verify charges.

If you have questions or concerns about any charges, or if you suspect you will or are going to be charged with the wrong thing, you have the right to ask for a more detailed investigation and what lead up to you being detained. Be advised though, this will likely only happen at Mission Row, or inside the prison fences, so get there first, then talk.

With the huge influx of new players and crazy amount of vehicles in NCZs, plus impounds giving PD more work and increasing vehicle return times, this still needs to be supported and implemented. Even if a person still has only two parking lot spots across the whole map, everyone should be able to park vehicles in more than one location.

+1 And impound was an amazing addition.

Psst.. guess what.. We're doing this now. Have fun! I mentioned this with others earlier this week and they agree!

Yeah, it's dumb to flick the lock, just because you don't remember, and/or not remember and be surprised when you realize it wasn't locked.
-
Please add an indicator on the bottom right corner when you're in a vehicle that reads in red "Unlocked" or Green "Locked". Since this is something you'd be able to see from inside or nearby.

-1 No thanks Park your vehicles properly. This city is full of crime.

I'd love to even get a list of information without having to go there. Call a Phone Number say "HE" hang up. You receive a text (or wall of information like /fveh) that shows #) <Vehicle Name> $123456 | B-4/4 E-4/5 S-1/5 G-4/4 T-2/2 | <Contact Number> 1) Blista Compact $10000 | B-2/4 E-3/5 S-1/5 G-2/4 T-0/2 | 4875462 2) Dominator $58000 | B-3/4 E-4/5 S-3/5 G-3/4 T-1/2 | 4531278 Maybe this information can also/instead be added to the http://panel.eclipse-rp.net/

+1 to financing, aren't enough options right now. If modded vehicles were added, they should only be an improvement or remake of the already existing vehicles.
-
At least add them to the vehicle.
-
+1 If the concern is abuse, it should fall on management to mitigate.

+1 semi-relevant topic below.

Agreed, I believe motorcycles fall under the "Vehicle" classification under the rules. Which should be mentioned as well.

If the real issue is that players are camping salary and not doing the work, then this does hold the owner/management accountable to keep an eye open for that. I do disagree though with the whole salary reduction. A money truck driver from day one can still make more than me, and I've been in the PD for 5 months.

I think the root solution would be to add vehicle registration to vehicle purchase. That way you can choose to or not. However, on the flip side, if your car is impounded, it's registered automatically when you pick it up, or you have to register it, before you can pick it up.

+1 I was actually thinking about this as well a few weeks ago, thinking about starting a business doing this to help network vehicle owners allowing them to rent for an hour or so. Anyone interested in helping out?
-
+1 I like the idea for information value, would love to see VIN numbers on cars also so you could see a car and say "Hey I used to own that." However, while RP is great and all, this is still a game and unless it impacts a player directly/scriptly I don't see it changing vehicle value or a reason that it should.

+1 +Relevant Suggestion Below.

Only option now is have a mechanic bring a tow truck.

+1, money sinks should exist and the economy should be open. However I've heard the devs want to create a 'closed economy'. In a closed economy money sinks can't exist, because all money would have to go somewhere. Closed economy is also not realistic as it doesn't exist in real life. The money that 'comes from nowhere' is actually materials and natural resources that we extract from the earth.
