While it doesn't give you the kill option, binoculars would be great to add for distance viewing.

1) Agreed 2) Since there is no National Guard as SWAT is the equivalent and falls under PD and law enforcement. A combination of the PD Air Support Division and SWAT Division would likely be the handler of rogue aircraft.

-1 While I love mods, I'm very much against modded or real world vehicles. We should stick with their GTA cannon/lore equivalent. Yes, I agree they should get the vehicles in that have come out from DLC, but haven't been imported yet.

The amount of any automated items should be based on server occupancy.

+1 If their rule breaking leads to further cascade of breaking rules, not only because they did it, I can do it also, but it also makes it look okay to do and they don't learn.

Once you get the hang of the city, addresses aren't hard to find. Make sure to ask your friend what neighborhood they're in also (its the bottom row, below the street). That will help you get as close as you can or use a landmark. I like the idea of having a command to help find a location, or even neighborhood, but a lot of times you'll just have to ask someone or Google it. The individuals who travel the city the most, like Cabs, Police and Medical may be the best.

Don't do crime or don't get caught? I've rarely seen the police population more than about 15% of the server population (could be wrong, I'm not on 24/7). There are some rare times I've seen police up to 30% due to an event they're hosting. If the issue to job limits is aimed at police being to manpower heavy, please state that in the OP. This is also why recruiting varies and the work is demanding.

Bobbypins - Reduce weight or increase usage, or make a chance to loose instead of always breaking. Add more uses to bobby pins or rename them to lock picking kits, or something that makes sense to weigh as much as they do. Radios - Like clothing, make items that aren't stackable and have no benefit to having more than one, way less. Heavy Weapons - Increase large weapon weight and make them always visible unless specifically stored in a bag.

+/- More communication and information sources are good. Should be something the in-game faction system supports. With factions coming and going all the time I think this would be difficult to manage and could end with a lot of archived folders, I think time is better spent on development though.

+1 Work at gas station - sure, as long as it operates while unmanned as well. +1 Increase Truckers salary - been a trucker and I know it's one of the lowest paying jobs per hour and you have to deal with disappearing trailers. Horrible speed, heavy loads and a specific license. -1 Employee Limit at Jobs - People should be free to do what they enjoy, lets add more jobs so there's more diversity and options instead. +1 Add rope - Zipties already suggested. +1 Add job Firefighter - In support but don't see it needed. Los Santos is pretty fire proof. When Sync is more stable and cars catch fire for everyone, it'll be more relevant.

Understandable, it happens to all of us. I believe you can file a refund request though to get a refund of things lost. I've also heard people getting screwed on the sale of their house and it sells way below their value or purchased price. I don't know how value or government sale price is determined when placed on the market automatically though. Even if it was based on a last sale price and value calculation a lot of people trade a house for $1 through real estate and do a bank transfer to avoid taxes.

-1 By the second month of not coming around at all, you should know if or when your going to return. Either way you should consolidate and liquidate assets maybe park and store some items before taking a long break.
