Ability to purchase new house interior and increase house storage

I believe storage is now based on furniture. There are a few topics already about getting new interiors for houses. -
+1 Love the idea. Or even the ability to /setgps <neighborhood name> Until then, while it does take time and lots of spending time in the city, you could be one of the few that know the map by heart.

Specifically the text should be view able from further. Maybe only even "OPEN" not even the rest of the text. Or.. what about an open sign that can be placed?

There should be a better indication places are open/unlocked and have people in them as you drive by.

I've heard that legal factions may eventually get their own storage in some form, however in addition, with storage now available in furniture items. Can we have all legal faction locations made 'property' and locked to that faction. This way the factions can place cabinets and storage of their own in addition to doors, safes and more.

+1 I like the idea of only being able to charge it while parked. Additionally refueling could take a lot longer. This way you either have to pay a minimum of 500 to refuel it or need to own or rent a house.

After this happens on one furniture however, that piece seems to be fine, but will crash on another later. Expected behavior: Browse furniture without issues. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Unable to Capture. Due to crash and it's unknown what furniture while browsing will crash it. Just browse the furniture store of all items. Ah yeah, that's true, MDC information itself can be improved massively as well as other things. I just don't want to see things separated too much because we all still need to be able to support each other.

I tried starting a pawn shop (before businesses existed), but no one was interested in return and margins. They likely ended up getting nothing. Right now it's even more possible, it would be best to own a warehouse now and run it through that. I still have my calculations and sheets for pricing as well if someone needs them.

-1 Calls now have neighborhoods attached to them. If the neighborhood is in an SD area, don't respond to it. If it hasn't been responded to in a few minutes, then you can as SD may not have anyone on duty to respond to it. Learn your neighborhoods Audrey! :p

+1 Always loved this idea, I think it was mentioned way back. However I think the concern was asset management and rendering.

+1? I would like to see bus drivers get the option to choose their routes. A passenger that gets on, pays $30. Bus stops could have a hover text of how many drivers are on the route that hits that stop. Routes could hit most high traffic neighborhoods, then a few low traffic ones.

Police don't raid drug labs unless they get information on it. I know criminals call police on other criminals at drug labs, that's where a lot of our information comes from. A bit of "if I can't have it, you can't have it, either." kind of thing. If criminals/drugmakers all shared and had a truce at labs, they probably wouldn't be destroyed as often.

+/- 1 I like the idea, maybe allow groups to unlock skills? ICly they would have to work on what groups would unlock what skills as they could only have one, or two.

+1 Faction F4 menus should be active for anyone, with official only adding a ton of benefits, like turf. Turfs could be active allowing one F4 group to own a maximum of one and official groups owning many. Turfs could be captured by naturally spending time in that area under a faction that is not government. So there are less DM/Fight issues. It naturally would fall to individuals who may own the homes or hang out there.

Could have a better toggle between working one or the other, but that currently is 'leaving the job'. Maybe a new description is better. /clockout?

+1 Civilian RP should be the primary focus and basis of any server. Criminals should then be able to exploit that RP, making them criminal, thus creating RP for both.
