padpilot Posted November 5, 2019 Report Posted November 5, 2019 A qick fire page to find and contact those who have code 0. Yes, this would highlight the unstable nature of Rage but this shouldnot/would not reflect the stability of Eclipse itself, just the Rage client. 4 1
Pegasus_ Posted November 5, 2019 Report Posted November 5, 2019 +1 There is already the #generel chat on discord, but it's used for a lot of other things, as well as people not registering on discord or forums making it harder to reach people from disconnected RP.
Bala Posted November 5, 2019 Report Posted November 5, 2019 Yeah I like this, particularly as a cop, I don't mind waiting the time needed for people to return as long as I know they are coming back. 1
Skizee Posted November 6, 2019 Report Posted November 6, 2019 +1 My idea is to add something that would automatically display when someone disconnects through timeout, or even any disconnect to track some anti-rp (maybe?). 2
TheCactus Posted November 24, 2019 Report Posted November 24, 2019 +1 It would be very helpful and it does not take long to implement it.
jason Posted November 27, 2019 Report Posted November 27, 2019 definitely a +1 should be accessible to all, regardless of whether or not their discord is linked 1
WobblierDog15 Posted December 31, 2019 Report Posted December 31, 2019 +1 I feel this could help reduce combat logging infractions and give people who crashed during RP an excuse by sending a screenshot of them in the channel
Luxas Posted December 31, 2019 Report Posted December 31, 2019 +1 we have a crash channel on our discord (LSMC)
CaesarSeizure Posted December 31, 2019 Report Posted December 31, 2019 +1 Would be a lot easier, than scrolling through general to try to find if the person contacted anyone.
HobGoblin Posted January 29, 2020 Report Posted January 29, 2020 +1. I normally poke someone in team speak and tell them an ID and to play them. Discord would work but not everyone is in/uses the discord group.
Architer Posted February 5, 2020 Report Posted February 5, 2020 +1 We also have a code 0 channel on our discord and nobody has complained about it. But there is one reason why this shouldn't be added to the discord server. Which is people just randomly code 0ing not even when close to anybody will type in code 0 because they think that they need to, especially new players.
