  1. +1 A congested Pillbox/Paleto MD is not going to be good for anybody. PD/SD collecting injured criminals are going to have a worse time of it. Citizens getting back to their vehicles or back to the scene of their injury is going to be inconvenient, hampering RP situations and gameplay in general. Please revert the change.
  2. From as far back as he could remember, there was always weed. There was something comforting about it, felt like home. So it was no surprise that every time a teenage Cornelius got arrested, it had something to do with weed, growing it, selling it, smoking it. Finally, local law enforcement got tired of seeing young Cornelius so often and offered him an ultimatum. Join the military or serve time, a lot of time. So Greaves made the choice that stood to teach him some skills and went into the Marines. He did well enough to get into some special “programs” that performed missions on a regular basis, things the public was generally unaware of. Greaves did some bad things to some bad people, things he still won’t talk about, but eventually his time in the service came to an end. He had the opportunity to make it a career, had the skills too. But he didn’t want that life. Greaves just wanted to be back in the hood, preferably with a blunt. When he got to Los Santos, he immediately got work in the financial transport field. It was decent money and paid for a bike and a car. Things were looking alright, and Greaves started to explore the state a little. It wasn’t long before he found his old friend, green and abundant at some community farms. Greaves started to meet some of the people who maintained the farms, some of whom were happy to allow him to work for weed. Greaves always made it a point to replant before leaving when he could. Some time passed and he heard word of some homies reppin' purple back on Grove. With a heart for home, Greaves made his way there and started hanging around. He met some Ballas and some neighborhood folks and got the opportunity to pitch in for the hood. While running some stores and helping pick up a few drops, Greaves showed himself to be cool headed and capable. Things were going good. Shortly thereafter, he dropped into a Grove Street party, and Omar told him to go get some purple on. Greaves felt thrilled as he rode off to grab colors and start reppin' the set for real, reppin' the set for good. OC Ballas to the end.
  3. No worries! Please try the following area: https://forum.eclipse-rp.net/forum/78-technical-support/
  4. This isn't really the space for such questions. But you'll need to update your GTAV on Steam or whatever if you're getting that error.
  5. yeah, that's when it all went away. so sad. well hopefully speakers will be working again soon.
  6. This! scripted civ driving jobs practically require music. Please bring it back!
  7. First there was a match. The first bike he can remember was a thing of beauty. He'd seen other bikes before, surely, but nothing like this clean piece of magnificent chrome and steel. The majestic regal purple chopper stood in the Colorado sun beckoning him to taste freedom, someday. The match was lit. On just another summer day in Montana the adults were busy. There was a dirt bike in the garage. They said he was a smart kid who could figure it out. They were right. The throttle, gears, 1 up, 3 down, it all made sense. It felt easy, and free, and right. The wind, the speed, the reckless abandon. The fire burned The first thing he got when he moved to Los Santos was a Daemon. This was a new life in the city, might as well start out right. Milo had left behind the farming communities to live in the city... and get right back to farming. It was honest work and the pay was good. One thing led to another as things always do, and Milo found himself working as a police officer. He'd take rides to cool off and regenerate from time to time, but always on his own. Not sure why it came up, but on the side of the road, tending to a wounded man by the highway, Milo and Ava started talking about motorcycles. She left with the wounded fellow and Milo left with strong curiosity about the LSMC, and a phone number. A few days after, Milo caught up with Ava and met the rest of the club. He felt at home immediately and joined as a prospect that very day. It happened that the strip club was going to be open, so Milo's first day in was definitely memorable. Time passed, as it will, and another meeting was called at the clubhouse. Milo was asked to step outside for a moment, so he did. As a prospect he wasn't allowed in on everything and that was understood. When he was invited back in, they took his cut, removed the prospect patch and told him to get sewin'. Milo proudly affixed the new Member patch and put on the most comfortable jacket he'd ever worn. He was now a part of something, determined to make it stronger, make it endure. He was a patched member of the LSMC.
  8. +1 Could either add the price to /viewimpound or add a new command available to civilians that doesn't show who did the impound, as that would be abusable information.
  9. -1 While I agree that we need potential civ RP, there are IC ways to accomplish this, in fact that is RP in itself. The nightclub owner could hire legal security, not-so-legal protection, etc. There could easily be IC drama related to the nightclub and from reading this thread there has been plenty already. I think NCZs kill spicy interaction potential.
  10. +1 This would be a great benefit for groups and organizations to report position, organize events, etc. Super useful and realistic, since RL examples can easily be found.
  11. +1 Extremely detailed suggestion! This would open up new Rp potential for crims, a venue for them to battle unearned charges, and more civilian opportunities. It has the potential to streamline arrest RP, as the suspect might be less inclined to argue the charges OOC when they can fight the charges in court. One sticky bit is that this would force those engaging in the system to tie their forum account (which can currently be OOC) to their character(s). That would indeed hamper privacy, but that could be considered part of the price one pays for (apparently) criminal activity. Also would make the Miranda line we speak every time we arrest seem more truthful.
  12. +1 flip the car three times in the air? keep going. tap a tree? stalled.
  13. +1 Supported That happens? That's crazy! I feel like this is less "suggestion" and more "bug fix" cuz that sounds crazy.
  14. +1 Please let this be a thing!! I'll beg and ugly cry if that helps. LMK
  15. Maybe not in most areas, but it used to be common in Montana in the 80's. Officers would ticket and if the fine was small one could pay on the spot and avoid the courts, etc. This was prior to debit cards, so they only took cash. also +1 to more RP fine payment. Police could have card readers for their phones or readers in the cruisers and a secure Gov App that would transfer funds. and +1 to auto-locking payment or auto-adding the charge scriptwise after 72 hours for failure to pay
  16. +1 everyone benefits, especially PD command who wouldn't have to spend valuable time attending to a simple matter.
  17. +1 I love this idea. Not sure if it should be implemented as the OP suggests, but it would be a cool aspect, IMO.
