Your new Lost MC faction has no lore or progression yet you are official? How does that make sense? I was ready to ICly make the switch, with correct lore and with an ACTUAL RP reason. So bringing up lore and progression when you don’t have any yourself is complete bullshit. So because you aren’t allowed to spawn items and vehicles you just break rules instead? Transferring from legal to Crim to better off your crim character? I still wonder why all these have been accepted when the rule is stated literally on the forum. What I would prefer to see is you actually put some effort and work into the IC aspect of the game. Not just “this was planned for months” planned how? OOCly? So there’s been no IC of this new faction at all until one day they just arrive with full F4 and official status? You say you aren’t killing factions but I have 30+ people upvoting this, and commenting on this.. all who are part of factions aiming for official. Look at the bigger picture @MrSilky please understand me when I say that you made the wrong decisions and because of these decisions you have lost a large number of the playerbase.

Can you answer my questions then that I asked Osvaldon? Why when I asked about LSMC moving to crim world and changing their name to Lost MC was I told I would lose official status? Do you not see how demoralising this is now? If staff are not in this for the long run, why do you need to each transfer a 50k+ bike and 300k cash each? Why is there now natural progression? Everyone in LSMC had to work hard to get their cash and bikes. But this faction just allows 10+ transfer requests funding their criminals. You are killing factions with these decisions, why are FM apps taking over 6 weeks for an answer but you guys get an answer instantly? @MrSilky

Almost 30 upvotes here from community members who have spent their time, energy and money on this server. Yet we get ignored. @Osvaldon can you answer my questions above? How do none of the head staff see there is a clear problem?

This isn’t the point of this thread. So you are saying that the reason the 6+ factions don’t have official is because they are allied with another faction? If diversity is what admins are looking for then this server is going to run itself into the floor. and how LSMC would have gone illegal? It’s called RP mate. And would have been done IC.

Can you explain or answer the fact that these transfer requests are being accepted? Can you also see our point that we now have 6+ Crim factions who are giving up and quitting because they feel all their hard work has been spat on and ignored? They no longer want to push for official because staff are just being handed it with no prior RP or thread. How comes, I had a player owned official faction and asked to become illegal and was denied and told I would lose official? If you want more player owned illegal factions then why was I denied? @Osvaldon

Seeing as the staff team want to delete our comments, let’s have a discussion here instead. i will post my original reply: I didn’t want to do this out of the respect for the admin that created this post, but after seeing and hearing the lies that have been told to me over the past week, I feel I need to. Not only do I not agree that this and Bakmeels thread should be official but they also lied to me and others. I was told by a admin and a senior admin that “these factions will not be granted anything free, they will have to work for there own assets.” - I show you a small portion of transfer requests below that have all been accepted from their Main Legal accounts to fund their criminal accounts. I quote you the Transfer Request guidelines. “ We will not accept any transfer requests from legal characters trying to fund their criminal characters for the sole purpose of that character becoming stronger, e.g. funding your criminal character with guns using the money made off your legal character (e.g. LSPD).” So why have these been accepted? Just because they are staff? I will move onto my next point. As the original faction leader for LSMC, I put in over 6 months of hard work, dedication, a denied official application “because we were not seen by the staff team” and more. We spent every day building RP, stopping other MCs, building relationships, having conflicts and creating posts. We had to wait over 6 weeks for our second application to be reviewed and after chasing it with 2 head admins it was finally accepted. All of our official requests are still pending review. It took over 2 months to get our official HQ added. We seem to have been ignored for the rest we was promised. Not only did the creation of this faction make me and my entire faction feel worthless because they have basically just copied the name, the RP style and the fact they were handed free official but after this and hearing about this faction, along with other reasons, I decided to quit LSMC and the server entirely. I asked my Faction Management team a while back “if I was to have the correct RP to move LSMC into the criminal world, what would happen with official status?” Their answer was “you would most likely lose official status and have to prove to FM that you deserve it in the criminal aspect”. This faction is a huge kick and spit in the face for the other factions out there. You want “diverse criminal RP” but you’re going the wrong way about it. I can name you 10 factions that deserved and deserve official status, yet you won’t give it to them. Dojin-Kai, Crimson Syndicate, GD, Irish, FSO, Ballas and more that have active faction threads and applications in. I hope that the head admins read this and realise they fucked up. Because I don’t speak for just me. I speak for 50+ criminals who are in factions who feel the exact same way. And who are quitting the server because of this favouritism for the staff team. Lucas and High Command reached out to the commissioners and the LS Government to give them their plans for their new HQ, an abandoned warehouse located in the centre of Paleto. The building inside and outside was a mess, they MC spent days, even weeks cleaning it all up ready for them to move in. After a couple months the Los Santos Government finally came back to them, with good news, their purchase of the warehouse could go through and the government were happy to hand over the building to the legal group to bring more life to Paleto and to finally get a use out of the empty warehouse. Lucas sat down with the MC, told them that his plans were to use this for their new HQ but it is big enough for other stuff if they need it. The club agreed on three floors. Floor 1 - A chillout area and a bike showroom, Floor 2 - The MC Meeting room and accommodation and Floor 3 - a gym, fight club and workout area. It was time to move in, the day finally came, Lucas went and collected the keys and took his first step inside the empty warehouse. He stood in disbelief at how far the MC had come and how proud of the club he was to be at this moment. He spent the first few days making the area secure, putting up new CCTV, new chain-link fences with lockable gates and a seating area on the roof for privacy and security in moments of doubt. The inside of the building is still being built and finalised to this day, but the one thing Lucas knew he wanted was his first bike that he started this journey on to be on public display inside the club. Tezerac, Neon and Raiden are already in ECRP and work.. I do agree that the /recharge should be a thing instead of spending money on fuel and having a fuel/gas counter instead

Can confirm this is happening, there is currently 4 stations out of fuel and another 2 with 2000 litres remaining. Meaning by the end of the day today we will be 6 stations unable to refill their stocks.
