+1 always happy to see new stuff for civs added to the server! Would bring it so many more jobs, Court Staff, Security, Extra Police, Police Convoys (Prison Transport to and from court house), would also bring in prison breaks for crims (attacking the convoys, attacking the courthouse etc)

Huge +1, maybe if we are too get two, we should split the furniture between stores? Or have different styles in different stores. That way people still have a reason to use both.

One of the main objectives of the LSMC was always to keep the citizens of Los Santos safe and content during the cold and dark times the city sometimes experiences. Every member is told to protect each-other, protect the MC assets and protect friends and allies whenever they can. It was the opening of the club night once again, LSMC have postponed their usual fortnightly club nights in order to setup and open a new club "LSMC Club Mojito". The night was going well, people were coming in and drinks were flowing. Dancers were enjoying themselves and the DJ was playing his usual tracks to hype the crowd. Lucas gets a Code-1 Radio Call and immediately rushes outside. The call came from a Patched Member Seth. He explained to Lucas that a car just drove past and tried to hit the parked bikes outside Mojito, they missed on their first attempt. A little time went by and Lucas stayed outside to watch guard of his members. Tire screeches came from the distance and a black car with two occupants came out of the shadows, smashing directly into the parked bikes. They managed to miss every MC member luckily, Seth, Mathew, Matthew and Jonathan all drew their pistols as soon as they heard the crashing of their bikes. Shouting at the driver to turn the engine off and leave the vehicle, they didn't, they floored it directly at Seth who managed to jump out of the way just in time without getting hit. On of the MC Members fired a shot, hitting the back left tyre and popping it. Lucas quickly ran over to his bike which hadn't been damaged in the incident and chased after the black car. The passenger jumped out of the car and fled on foot. They chased him into an alleyway behind the club HQ and got them on their knees. The car managed to get onto the beach and ended up flipping, rolling and smashing the car to pieces. Both occupants were put at gunpoint and the correct law enforcement were called to both scenes. Later on that night, someone tried to pick lock a 20M+ super car that was sitting outside the club. CCTV caught the incident, the car alarms echoed the busy street and the MC members chased after the GoPostal Truck as it made its getaway. The chase went on for about 30 minutes, up and down both highways. Lucas was eager to get the van to stop, but knew he had to wait for the driver to make his own mistakes. After multiple ramming attempts on Lucas and the other MC members it was time to bait the driver into a ram to get him to crash. Lucas sped in front of the driver, pulled to the left and slammed his bike brakes on, the driver swerved to hit Lucas and ran himself into the telephone pole flipping his van onto its side. Lucas radio'd for backup immediately, jumping off his bike and pulling his .50 from his jeans. Ordering the guy to get out of the truck and onto his knees. At first he complied, got onto his knees and stayed silent. Until Lucas put his gun away and pulled out his phone to call the police, the suspect jumped up and made a mad leap for his own life over the barrier of the highway and onto the beach below. Lucas fired shots at him to get him to stop, he fell over the barrier, already injured and onto the rocks below, causing more injury to himself. In the desperate attempt to catch the suspect, Lucas stupidly followed over the barrier and injured himself in doing so. The suspect was handed over to the police, evidence taken from the club CCTV and taken to prison for attempted GTA and supplying false information to an Officer. The streets cleared up of more criminals, and Paleto a safer place once again.

Just so everyone is aware, this was a one-off sale and shouldn't be used to set the price of the other stations. As mentioned before, we are very good friends with Stef and came to an agreement internally for this specific gas station. Stations should be going for 7-10m+ in my opinion. This one, I would rank as one of the most popular, due to its now popular location. Goodluck on your sale!

Hi! If you are going to create a faction, can you please not just plagiarise my one directly? Have you own style, make your own things. You will be the 3rd "legal" MC that is now active. The ranks and roles you have used, the images are stolen directly from the thread, along with the text you have used for "OOC" at the bottom. After the success at the opening of the new LSMC Gas station a group of old friends approached the MC to arrange a car meet there, they were to hire the gas station from the MC for the day/night and hold there own event. The MC was advertised for free in return and more gas was sold to everyone who turned up! The event was a great success due to the popularity of car meets, the success of the group and the image that the MC is portraying around the city of Los Santos. After the car meet, the MC got invited to the new Aztecas HQ to see the place, as neighbours in Paleto Bay both groups are kept up to date with each other as the friendship runs deep! The spoke for a while on their roof, joking about the past and the future. Lucas and the MC wished them well, and hoped they can go back to where they were in the past.

Fences have a rotate point on one corner, you can always try and line that corner up with the other fence and then rotate it past your boundary, have used this trick myself on a property which my boundary was cut short also. If you need help let me know and I will try and get a video explaining it or something.

The MC met up with some very old friends and ex-members at the new Gas Station to introduce them to their new business. Congratulations were exchanged and the group had lots of laughs together. Later that night they met with another group of old friends. They hold regular business and community events and were interested in bringing the MC into the next one as a way of friendship, loyalty and respect. The club agreed to a talk, nothing was finalised but another talk and group meet was arranged for a few days later. The next day, Lucas, Ava, Cynthia and the MCs (its actually PDs but we adopted him) dog REX decided to relax in the sun for a few hours. He was chasing treats, customers and anything that moved!

Business has always been the forefront and the main goal for the MC since Lucas started the MC all those months ago. They would dream about a mechanic shop, a gas station and a general store. Dreams they thought would never come true. Would never happen. Lucas and Hamish for the past few weeks have been saving hard to get a good cash sum together. Spending time away from their family, the Motorcycle Club. The MC carried on as normal without them, wondering what they were doing. Hamish gets in-touch with a very old and very good friend of the MC to ask her about a potential business deal for the MC. She owns a few businesses within the city and Hamish explains the MCs dreams, their motives and the opportunities a business could bring the MC. They sit down and have a very long chat, talking about past times, spending time together and talking about the future. A cash sum is mentioned, Hamish and Lucas agree to it, 48 hours is the target. The day finally comes, Lucas, Hamish and the seller all meet up at the bank and agree to make the transaction. The trio drive up to the location and exchange the money, deeds and keys to the business. The MC are now the new owners of the Route 68 Gas Station Lucas and Hamish kept the entire sale a secret from the MC in case it fell through and did not happen as they wished for it to happen. Once the money and the keys had exchanged hands, radio calls and text messages were sent to the MC members, everyone to meet at the new location. Everyone rolled up and everyone celebrated, congratulated Lucas and Hamish and were extremely happy about the future for the MC. The MC decided to throw an opening party for the new Gas Station! After a very long overdue suggestion from Ava, the MC decided to hold a BBQ for the community, Weazel ads were run and a time was set! Free food, Free Drink and a fun time! Good things and a good future to come for the MC. All are happy, the club is growing and the money is rolling!

A hard week of recruitment meant that the MC needed to get their initiation process done with the new prospects. They were taken to the secret spot and shown the ways of the club, introduced to high command and asked to show there commitment to LSMC. One of our members Daniels was injured during the initiation process, so the club sat and prayed for him while waiting for medics to arrive. He made a full recovery at Central MD and was back on his bike in no time. After the initiation process was complete, and Lucas was happy with what had been said and who was joining the MC they took a ride down south to the bank to introduce themselves to some new faces in the city and to also have a quiet catch up with other local clubs and groups. The night was finished with a couple of quiet drinks in the MC clubhouse, prospects and members were given new patches and everyone celebrated the clubs latest growth and improvments.
