  3. +1 Like many others, I have to waste more money to get undershirts
  4. Percival Banks 1 Ticket
  5. LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. HOLY SHIT BIG +1
  6. Dont need a script for this, players can set up assassination contracts thru roleplay.
  7. I still believe an elected body of government that be both the executive branch and the legislature brings an untapped roleplay potential to the server. While no system was perfect, on a samp server I used to play on, they had one of the most complex Government System that was the main item that attracted me to their server the first place. An OOC and IC process can be implemented like any other faction currently. - No OOC Corruption - Persons interested in Candidacy will need to submit an OOC application to the head of factions, and must be approved OOC before proceeding IC or is able to run. - Person must be in good standing within the community and of good character, both OOC and IC. - OOC requirements are put in place to weed out unexperienced players. Ex. Need 100,000 XP to apply. - Law Enforcement conducts a background on the individual to make sure they meet the IC requirements, not a convicted felon, immediate ties to gangs, etc. The list can go on but yhall get the gist of it.

  9. Not sure why the categories were removed to have a mixed of advertisements in one forum, which forces the player to do more work in searching for their intended advertisements. Please implement the categories under Advertisements or San Andreas Marketplace (IC). Real Estate Active Real Estate Listings (Rent/Buy/Sell) Automobile Active Automobile Listings (Rent/Buy/Sell) Job Offers Active Job Offers (Full-time/Part-Time/Contractor) General Advertisements (Events/Articles/Blogs) News Outlet (Weazle Articles, Government/Law Enforcement Press Releases, etc.) Archived ( If possible, allow players to move their threads into archived as this will make it more automated and reduce the unnecessary work load on moderators. ) Pros: More organized. Easier to find things Reduce clutter
  10. I agree with this suggestion to. While it is always amazing for cops and criminals to have updates, the most important player on the server is not the cop nor the criminal. It's the actual player (group-less, new starter, civilian, citizen, pedestrian, blue collar, white collar worker, wage worker). IRL majority of the population is made of this type of "player" not cops and robbers thankfully.... There have been many many suggestions being made by the community to focus primarily on citizen roleplay, and I also VERY much agree that basic general scripts if added can drastically improve the CIVILIAN roleplay, and thereby take this community away from being a cops and robbers server, to AN WHOLE OTHER WORLD, a virtual world of business, commerce, prosperity, lawsuits, greed, grind, friendships, companionship. Cops and Criminal ROLEPLAY should become secondary to the server, not a primary. Scripts where the common activities are available for player use, - Buying parachutes from the shop down by Mount Chiliad, - Buying a hammer/tool from the Hardware Superstore to put up furniture. - Driving a variety of boats with friends, girlfriends, boyfriends, spouses, groupies, whatever floats one's boat.... CIVILIAN ROLEPLAY/OPPORTUNITIES can be endless. Just with these simple amenities being made available in the server will give players more to do than the cop and criminal activities. Yes majority of the roleplay is made mainly by the player, but only so much roleplay can be done with the scripted opportunities available. - Allow civilians to purchase flashlights, bats, golf clubs, pool sticks. - Allow players to use an UMBRELLA (Lol?) for when it rains and they don't want to get WET.
  11. It's possible if scripted to allow the player conduct the TRAM. Like the tolls, it can be restricted to only allow for 2 trams to be operated, first come first serve. This could be used as another transportation method for players, and like everyone has said ROLEPLAY opportunities. Player could purchase a Tram Fare at the Kiosk, to then be allowed to board the tram. If they are restricted from that, players can be set to "SPECTATE" the tram as they are inside of it, and when they want to exit the tram can simply press F
  12. As previously said, because of the lack of density, I'd also maybe take this suggestion ICly, and speak with Sheriff's Department about it. Maybe ask for some sort of division's implementation to focus on environmental, fishing, hunting, and etc laws. Due to the small man power of this, it may be more fitted as a division within LSSD than its own department, and their office can be located at the Beaver Station. ex. Parks and Environmental Enforcement Division (PEED) While it would be VERY nice to have a dedicated Park Ranger Department on the server ((GTA V has a Parks Ranger SUV))
  13. Player owned Parking Lot and Garages. - Use the same concept of High/Low End Dealerships. - Set up parking lots that can be player owned and are huge enough to have little affect on gameplay rendering for some players. Player drives to the parking lot ( /parkvehicle [Plate Number] [Number of hours]) **Player will be charged a price per hour requested** **A waypoint would pop up for the player to park on (Parking Spot #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, etc) Player will drive onto the the spot, and the script will automatically detect it. Once script detects it, the vehicle will remain on the spot until the timer has expired. Vehicles parked are spawned and can not be picked locked. Anyone with keys to the vehicle are able to ( /takecar ) Player unlocks the vehicle, gets inside the vehicle, and (/takecare), to drive it off the lot. Each waypoint would be designated and reserved for the vehicle using it until the timer expires, then the vehicle will be spawned and vulnerable against criminal activity. If expired, vehicle will be spawned, and can be picked locked. Business Aspect Each parking lot will come with 5 spaces. Parking/Garage Lot owners will be allow to purchase more slots from the government (( in-game cash )) Parking/Garage Lot owners will able to set the price per hour.

  14. +++111 Major Support for this suggestion!!! You hit the nail on the spot! Very detailed and practical. This would undoubtedly shift the server to less of a criminal to more of an ALL OUT VIRTUAL WORLD WHERE majority of the players can cook together, eat together, buy groceries together, farm around in different areas together. !!CRIMINAL ORGANIZATIONS WILL TURN INTO LUXURY DINING EMPIRES!! This entire suggestion, every detail of it and more needs to be added to the server no doubt!! As for GRAPES? San Andreas has huge areas of Grape farms, cow farms, coffee beans, and coffee factory, etc. This is San Andreas and there are so many locations that can be utilized with this suggestion alone. I've never supported a suggestion more than this one! Cop1: Hey partner what do you want for lunch today? Tacos or Soup? Cop2: Erhm we had tacos the other day, lets try soup at this new restaurant that opened up. Cop1: Bet Restaurant Staff: Hi Officers, how may I take your order? ^^^
  15. +1 There are always constant illegal parking more than PD can handle honestly. And if there would be a designated separate group tasked with parking enforcement, it could even specify or separate the penalties of parking. Parking next to a Red Curb / No Standing Anytime / Active Driveway ($500) Parking on Sidewalk/Curb ($250) Parking where emergency vehicles are obstructed ($1000) No Valid Parking Permit Displayed ($800)
  16. +1 Mayor/Governor works. Two primary "counties/city' - Los Santos (Metro Los Santos, parts of Los Santos County) - Blaine County (Grapeseed, Paleto Bay, parts of Los Santos County, etc.) There are many reasons why an elected body and an established legislative body can only benefit the server.
  17. +1 TO ADD WOOD TO YOUR FIRE - WATER MAINTENIANCE JOB at the Department of Water & Power!!!
  18. BIG +1 This will bring ECRP to another level if its possible!

  20. Each drive through restaurant shall be player owned. [/orderfood] [/payfood] [/orderfood] - Screen would pop up like the 24/7 and player will be able to select which food they want to order. - After making a list, player will click on the panel (Done) "Picking up" food. - Player will be given instructions to pick up their food at the window. - Player will drive onto the checkpoint and be FORCED to stay there for 5 seconds. "Order is being processed" - After 5 seconds, player will receive their order, and unfrozen to drive off.
  21. You have all shared great ideas for A court system to possibly work on ecrp. I think the automated system to counter the excessive caseload that would be brought onto the server due to excessive arrests per day could work, It could work in a probability. However, it would only reduce someone’s sentencing not free them. More Charges = Expensive Fee = Lower Chance Less Charges = Lower Fee = Higher Chance Civil and Appeals Court Civil Court - Will handle all civil related matters and lawsuits between two parties. Can be dealt with both in-game and on the forums. Appeals Court - Will review both Civil and Criminal Cases. - After serving time and/or sentencing, players can start the process to appeal their case and charges. This can be done both in-game and on the forums. A judge best suited for the cases’s timezone will be assigned to preside over the case. Scheduled court appearances can be made and otherwise motions are submitted and reviewed on the forums by all parties. — If player is successful at appealing their case, their charges for the particular case are expunged and a judge will have a special command to “completely” remove the charge off of player’s record. ( /expungecharge [Player Name] [Charge ID] ) 1. Solves mass recruitment of Court Staff and Judges. 2. Don’t have to hear criminal cases on the spot when request and there will be a system. 3. People will be able to argue their cases.
