Big -1 You dont need a script to roleplay contract killing. theres nothing needed script-wise that a “contract killing organize” would have that your average joe wouldn’t. Making an assassins group (i.e Hitman Faction) only adds to the exclusivity. This could be roleplayed as is by anyone and shouldnt be made its own entity. Making it its own group scriptwise does not contribute to roleplay at all.... literally 0%. You’ve mentioned nothing explaining why it should be its own exclusive group. Heck ppl in gangs roleplay hits all of the time, even civilians not affiliated with anyone.

Fitness/Exercise Like how the /mileage works, use that same concept for the player's fitness. The more punches/hits a player does, the more their strength increases. The more the player walk/jogs/run the more energy they have. - The less the player does these activities, the lower it becomes. This will like this suggestion is supposed to spawn, more ROLEPLAY into the server. There will be fight clubs, marathons, more waking and running than in vehicles. People may even go HIKING up mountains just to boost their cardio.

The more diverse the business script is the more diverse players can make the server. i.e Perseus; Only sells formal clothing, watches. Jewelry Store; Sells necklaces, watches. Bracelets, earrings. Suburban; sells casual clothing, street clothing, tshirts, etc. Vespucci Beach; Sells masks and costumes. Vinewood; Comic Book Store; Sells masks and costumes. Make all businesses including barber and clothing stores player owned and operated.

+1 the server needs a player ran and elected government body to inspire more roleplay in this server, this is the same for a judicial group/system to inspire legal roleplay in a different manner than just cops and robbers. These systems will be astronomical in increasing the server’s playerbase and retention of players who join. Many players have expressed interest in the politics and court roleplay both criminal and legal faction members.

-1 I disagree, PD still has the capability to enforce parking laws as it always has. Making towing cars for profit is a no no in my opinion. Again, like others have mentioned, LSC and Bayview can handle this matter ICly. Don't need a separate parking enforcement division when PD already has a traffic enforcement division to do that (TED), and other a huge roster of other officers outside of the division who can, any officer can enforce parking enforcement is the bottom line. And to introduce another faction/group into the server for one of the reasons to "Open" more official faction jobs, and "management" should NEVER be the reason. From experience, that just shows those that use that reason, want some opportunity of authority or leadership position, and can't get it otherwise or is difficult at obtaining it in existing groups. ^^I have seen first hand exactly what happens, and what actions and decisions are taken by those who seek change for "personal agendas" and "personal gains". So if your reason is to open up more 'leadership positions'. That's a big -1 from me.

It is closed minded, however that is the reality. A lot can be done ICly to resolve the issue. Taking just the towtruck aspect of it all and making it its own group wouldn’t contribute more than towtrucks to the server.

+1 !! separate the list of items from 24/7 store to other types of businesses!!! Tool shop; Hammer, Hatchet, Screwdriver, drinks, bar/club/Restaurants; Hamburgers, hotdogs, sandwich, drinks, alcohol 24/7; everything else, drinks there are so many cool restaurant exteriors, so it would be nice to use them

Sorry man you cant compare DCC to what your suggestion is. That comparison is like... well lspd is not needed if you can ask anyone to fight criminals. No bro. No. Sorry. the primary point now would be to resolve it ICLy and adjust lsc and bayviews policies to have more availability of towtrucks. I requested a towtruck the other day and there were 8 mechanics on duty. Waited 3 minutes before i gave up. this seems to be an IC issue moreso than OOC
