  4. [Update] Hunting & Wild Life Improve the hunting and wild life throughout the map. In all of the state parks, add more wild life with better sync. So they walk about the land more realistically. Add more hunting grounds or areas where there's wildlife. Animals to add Mountains (Mount Chiliad and etc.) Mountain Lions / Cougars Desert and Hills Coyotes Shores/Lakes/Ocean/Beaches Seagulls, Hawks, Crow Cities/Counties Crows, Pigeons, Hawks, Rare Animals Great Cormorant Hawk Bigfoot Predatorial Animals (Will attack players on sight within a reasonable distance).   5. +1 There are other areas of the server where players are forced to waste more money where they should not have to. - Clothing - Firearms There's no system to help players from losing money despite it possible.
  6. Why are we debating about whats realistic or not when it comes to refilling water bottles or fishing? You can fish in the pond, there is fish life in ponds. And the water is there, so why not refill water bottles with it. +1 this suggestion. Will provide more opportunities for players for fishing and bottle refilling wise.

I have never heard of this rule before EVER in my 2-3 years on Eclipse Roleplay. The rule, "If visible, then it's there" is valid as confirmed by admins of the highest level multiple times. But 3rd person?? Me personally, I have never used this excuse. Despite seeing things 3rd person, I and many others have always roleplayed noticing what's in front of the character within a reasonable view. ---Update--- Staff Member verified the rule is valid.
  8. As someone who was adamant in improving this server, thank you for your continued efforts and passion. You continue to voice many if not ALL of the concerns and suggestions that many players of the community have voiced in the past, and added gasoline into the dying flames of suggestions. Keep doing you @Bala !! I support this entire suggestion for what it is and more!!!

At this time, the only perk that I know of when giving someone a permanent car key is that Ability to Park Vehicle at personal properties and take out Ability to lock and unlock vehicle until the key is taken from the owner. Suggestion Allow the player with a permanent key the ability to repair the vehicle at LSC/Bayview Simple suggestion, nothing too crazy. No harm from this suggestion as people with permanent keys have already been entrusted by the vehicle's owner to use the vehicles.

  11. This can be done without scripting or implementation from Server Management. Any players can implement something like this "Acting Academy" through Roleplay/In Character Methods. +1 I think this would be a great thing to have.
  12. I understand the risk of potential server rule violation by a rare occasion where a member does this to avoid faction duties. However, like every faction in the server, all have functions both IC and OOC that have the potential of someone violating that server rule. PD/SD for example have the option to close 911 calls. That said, I don't see any difference than for DCC to have a command where they can also close their calls. I've never seen someone from PD/SD abuse the command of closing someone's call for illegitimate reasons, so I doubt someone in DCC would do so, chances are, they'll probably just ignore the call. Being a former member of DCC, I understand their frustration when it comes to situations like the ones already mentioned by others. At the same time.... I don't know how Anal DCC is now, but back then, the most obscene policies would be enforced by managing and supervising members of DCC on IC and OOC scale.

  14. I HIGHLY +1 a standalone dispatch faction, for the following reasons, however it may require extensive scripting. Would be interesting, to have it so, Player calls 911 Player reaches a Dispatch (live) Player Dispatch speaks with the player and asks the situation Caller gives description Dispatch Notifies the proper authorities via CAD/MDC system of the necessary information in a formal structured so that the authorities will have all of the info handy. Dispatch will be able to communicate via Radio in all Gov Freqs, and will have access to everyone’s units, PD,SD, MD, DOC. Dispatch Can radio the proper nearby units for assistance or information. So much more can go into a standalone Dispatch Center that it will be mind blowing to be in. Extremely interactive. Dispatch will be able to track EVERY UNIT on duty. Yes, there will be a lot of standing around. Players that enjoy the mere Communication Roleplay such as those interested in PD, SD radio calls, Air Traffic Control will 100% love dispatching. - Hopefully on duty Dispatchers can be exempt from the AFK script and salary farming can be enforced internally. San Andreas Emergency Communication Agency Structure Chain of Command - Director: Leads entire department - Deputy Director: Co-leads - Manager (3): Manages a Shift of 3 Timezones (NA/EU/OC) - Supervisory Dispatcher (6) : Each manages a shift x3 (NA/OC/EU) - Senior Dispatcher: Supports each shift, and conducts training for trainees. - Dispatcher: Handles majority of the day to day dispatching operations. - Dispatcher Trainee: Newly hired dispatcher undergoing training. Must pass dispatch academy to proceed. LASTLY - Radio call outs to Dispatch would actually mean something... Example: Dispatch to 22T22, Store Alarm Sounded at 6969 Mirror Park, Mirror Park Gas. 22-T-22 to Disp, show us code 3 Disp to 22T22, Surveillance identifies multiple suspects with face concealed and armed, proceed with caution. Heck, we might even be able to start using more ten-codes for Store Robberies, MVA - Motor Vehicle Accidents, etc @Victor Einhart I remember that, but unfortunately I feel like it did not work because while it was a great idea, it was essentially obsolete due to the current system of the MDC which is self-reliant. Players found no point in dispatching where its duties were essentially only to assign units to calls, and thats about it.

Security 2-4 Police Officer/Deputies can be dispatched to the airport/aircraft to search the passengers prior to entering the airport, and plane. Security checkpoints can be made by the officers/deputies. Do not make this a no-crime zone, so that it gives immersion of potential criminal activity or danger in riding airplanes. I decided to leave this suggestion open to detailed ideas and suggestions, as it will ultimately be decided by the Management. San Andreas Aviation Administration - Division of Government, responsible for enforcing, and regulating aviation laws. - Open to ideas and the decisions by leadership in Government. - Conduct background checks, prior to issuing pilot license. Player will have to apply for a pilot license, like they do for a firearms permit. Member of SAAA will review it, conduct a separate background check than what was done for their employment into SAA. Player must receive a certificate of successful pilot training from the Captain, and provide proof of it on application. Player must pass a background check by SAAA. Player must pass a drug test by SAAA A certification by MD needs to be provided in application. Player must have not have been charged with a serious misdemeanor or felony within the last 3 months (( 6 months IC )) Side-affects!!! - Management orders more jet fuel, which will give truckers another option. - Management orders aircraft parts, which will give truckers another option. - Taxi drivers will be able to park and wait for passengers or drive to the airport. - Will give LSPD, SD, Government, DCC, and Truckers more to do!!!!

Ammunition Trade-in System - Allow any Valid Firearm Holder to sell their firearm to any ammunation store. - The player in return will get back a pre-determined amount which the store will pay. - I.e All stores will pay 3k to trade in a Pistol. 2k for Combat Pistol, etc. - Invalid Firearm License holders or firearms not registered to the person or illegal firearms will NOT be tradable. An attempt to do so will trigger a silent alarm to law enforcement to respond to the specific store. - Players will be able to purchase traded in firearms from the store set to the store’s standard price of that specific model with its Customization intact

There are a BUNCH of Arcade Exterior Buildings in Los Santos, Grapeseed, Paleto Bay, etc.... maybe its time these start being used... maybe Turn this into Another Player Owned and Operated Business Opportunity.......... This will allow everyone to practice their shooting, civilians, criminals, and cops. This will not give one player a leg up over the other. No extra stats will be given or upgrades to one player as a result of their time spent I'm these games. These games should remain FULLY IC to not break the immersion.... This can be and should be IC, why do we keep deeming something as OOC when legit the same activity exists IRL. there is no other reason to not support having a paintball / airsoft / “taser tag” lol @Bala Adding this will only benefit the server by providing additional activities for EVERYONE. if the criminals get better at shooting bc of this... then boo woo... the cops should up their training in shooting... and vice versa.. Cops can host internal sessions for training purposes (very common in a SAMP Server) Friends can host sessions as well to empty rounds on their mate for shits and giggles.
