  1. I would like to mention one thing about this, to be honest using a 400k luxurious apartment to cook cracks well we are limited to these interiors which make us available only to those, you wanna say use a property or a warehouse, well these are 3 mil+. Second Crim spend a lot, a lot of money during their gameplay from going to jail to buying weapons/cars. You can't say that it's their problem and they should not make crimes in the end they chose to roleplay a criminal, you can't just limit someone's roleplay because he can't afford the charges which will make just start sitting at the pier and fishing. To add to this The amount of money you lose when the thing blows up is massive, I had a personal experience where I lost 1 mil worth of equipment's in 1 week. Third of all, I am not sure if Crim keep gettin Nerfd because Legal people don't want criminals to be richer than them, but over the time every update fucks crim over and over from the equipment givin to PD, new rules and many stuff. To add about this I'm not sure where you all live but in generally what I know about at least where I am from is that the drug lord are way more richer than Police officers. In the end, if we want to go over the realism, there is so many things that has to be looked over if we are talking about realism, from PD to many other things, Thanks.
  2. Big +1 to the legend, it Has a lot of great ideas. But... I would like to see the abandoned houses/warehouses implemented at the same time as removing the appartement drug labs (if they will get removed). Cause the only place we can cook drugs with a reasonable profit is in apartments, as it has a big space and a big interior. For the 1gs to 4gs it's all small and there is a lot of furniture that blocks you from setting up a lab. And if we have a lab in those houses you will barely be able to set 5 tables, which will be very hard to keep turfs or make money (specially with the decimal count now). As said I am not sure about the whole thing as it might affect criminals a lot in keeping their turfs which will bring a huge imbalance into the RP. I would suggest to change the drug cooking RNG to something more realistic (lost 72 tables in 4 days). That's all I have to say other than that this Crim update is flawless.
  3. BIg +1, the new UI looks way better, if this can replace all the other timer things, I believe it would be better.
  4. [Rework] Vol of each item should be looked over again and adjusted to a realistic volume. We all know that the new decimal counts and did an impact on all the server from Leo/Civ/Crim. For LEOs, detective that holds briefcases full of clothe now be like 12 vol the same weight as a pump which I find it weird. For Civ if they are carrying a lot of items it will be very hard for them to carry stuff and it will be messy. Now for Crims, we all know it made a huge impact on making drugs and getting shipments, so for a bag of weed it will be the same weight of a pump in the bag. It's not up to me but I feel the materials should be lowered to 0.1 / 0.2 depending on it, as 10 weed plants are not the same weight of a .50 realistically. Right now Crates are the same weight as a drill, I would say if the crate can be lowered to 30, this will help Civ/Crim in their daily RP, from mining to cooking drugs. You would be asking why would they change them you can still cook. Right but now it is very hard to cook, which lead to drug turfs dropping, and as the drug turfs are the majority it will lower the ability for gangs to order weapons ---> Less chance for PD/SD to comp drops -----> hard to make money and people will not be able to afford fines ----> it will become a peaceful city cause weapon prices will go up. (the tables got nerfed too and labs be blowin up every 4 days [personal experience]. I would like this to be added as it affect everyone on the server This is My thread for any +ideas:
  5. HUGE +1 it's Flawless it is good for both parties.
  6. -1 I don't mind people stacking as drug tables got nerfed and now with the new decimal we can't do anything at all to stack the ingredients in any way. And huge -1 on making the material to vol 1 as again I don't find 5 Marijuana plants the same weight as a .50.
  7. Hello, I would like to start by thanking the Dev team for their work. We all noticed the recent update that was made regarding the decimals getting stacked. We all know now that it is pretty much very hard to make Drugs which are needed for money/power. As this update was pushed I won't be asking to make it back as it used be, but will suggest to update the Vol of the items to make it more realistic as it would be a really nice update for Crim/LEO/Legal To start: The Marihuana plant vol should be made to 0.1 ( As the .50 is 5 vol I don't think 10 Marihuana plants would weight as much as a .50) The Ingredients that you buy from Humane should be made to 0.1 or 0.2 ( the same thing I do not believe that a little amount of substances should be 0.5) The Stuff that you buy from the store should be adjusted to a realistic vol (chargers to 0.2 ect..) The Ingredients that are imported though shipments should be made to 0.2 ( When you get a shipment of lysergic it comes in like 10 crates and it is really ass if you gonna pick it up with the new decimals.... You need more people than when you pick a shipment of weapons) The Crates should be lowered to 30 ( An empty crate should not be as heavy as a Drill, and it should not be like a bag because it might get abused) The packed money from the stores should be 2.5 as it has less money than the bank one ( I believe if the packed money from the bank is gonna be 5 the store one should be 2.5 as it has less cash in it) That's all I can get on my Mind right now but will edit if I get anything else. If anyone has more suggestion feel free to mention it with a reply thanks. Thanks to @Bala for starting it by making the things stackable.
  8. I don't wanna be toxic or anything, but crim back in the days is not 1% close to what it is right now. ( From server rules to new In-game stuff )
  9. I would like to start by thanking @AlbertoPanchino on this thread as it is really needed. So first of all Jason and Brainded both gave only 2 examples about situations but we both know that there is a million other situations that can happen. To start with Jason, I do believe that some people might abuse the cap but that does no mean you gota give the man 7 hours. You are saying don't stay in the area of a shootout for longer then 15 mins no one does that. You say that not each situation should end in a shootout true, because wasting bullets on PD is useless you are just losing more money and if you get injured rip with your jail time. In the end we would like to give more rp, cause it does limit your rp cause you be thinking no I should not do that cause it gives me and extra hour in DOC. Now to respond to Brainded, you believe that people should start to understand that they need to surrender, why? Why am I supposed to surrender if I have a gun on me and we both know it's hard to get guns around. Have you ever seen criminals pull over and comply to pd of he has murder of a gov employee on his record. To make it more clear, we ALL know some people just add charges just to give you a longer sentence and if the officer does not like you... You can rip at Doc for a good time. Let me give an example, I am on my bike and I get pulled over for reckless as I am going 175, that's the first charge here 20 mins, I have on me an illegal .50 that's 1 hour in addition. I don't want to go to jail for 1 hour and lose my gun cause personally I lose all my weapons to PD. I decide to take the race, if I evaded, I secured the 1 hour from the felony evading. While evading I will defo be driving like a crazy man to be able to escape, there you go felony public endangerment +1 hour. They gave me demands to pull over I did not, +35 mins for failure to comply. I end up getting rammed by someone else and I go to jail, +10 minutes for wearing a mask. In total for evading and not losing my gun I will be going to jail for 4hours 5 mins. And that's if I did not have a heavy with attachments. Now let's talk about the factors that while evading make your thing way more harder. You are evading in a sports car, you have multiple cruisers behind you, a t20 and a heli, maybe a couple of 8f drafters. if you are not a good driver/ have good fps. I will be praying for you. You are evading on a bike, you will have for sure 1 hakuchou behind you a heli and couple of cruiser. From past experience, we saw PD chasing someone on a bf with 3 bfs 1 hakuchou and 1 traffic bike ( https://streamable.com/j2xe91 ) . All that for just one bike like come on, you might say you can report through IA icly but how would a criminal know pd regulation if he can't access them. Let's not mention those 3 black akumas at La Mesa Precinct where some of people will be using them to be able to keep up with the bikes. Or the drag that some officers be using cause the hakuchou can't keep up with a drag. Finally, you can't expect a criminal that is know for killing cops to pull over and surrender like a good boy, that's against his Character's RP. I would say rather than keeping: the gun charge at 1 hour it should be made to 35 mins The evading charge at 1 hour should be made to 45 mins The public endangerment at 1 hour should be made to 45 mins The reckless operation at 20 mins to 10 mins the same as the camera The failure to comply should be at 15 mins The face concealment I find it a stupid charge and it should be made to 5 mins Now for the murder, I would say it can stay at 1 hour and if any kind of other murder charge is added rather than adding 1 hour the next charge should add 20 mins. Example: attempted murder of a gov employee - - > 1 hour + murder of a gov employee - - > +20 mins. Or the opposite. Cause PD sometimes just add an accessory to murder for all the people on scene cause they were on the scene. About the fines: I find it weird that you get accessory to attempted murder of a gov employee, that charges is like 45 mins and if you read it, means nothing but you pay 14k fines. I believe if the charge is lowered with anything like attempted or accessory the fines should go down. Thanks for reading this reply and I hope everyone understand our point of view. Jules.
  10. Huge +1 to the phone idea and to add more clothing/t-shirts (undershirts) to the store. I don't really know about the food system as it will be abused during fights.
  11. I do believe that a detective/ gang officer can pull you out the vehicle just to check if you have a weapon on you because known gangs do, and specially if you know this officer does the same thing to all your other gang members. I do believe it is realistic to go out and put him in the trunk specially if you hear him call for back up: As this report was concluded I don't really know what to say on how you can pull us out of the car normally (which everyone says is an IC issue) but us trying to prevent it becomes OOC. There is multiple reports based on the same thing, but I do believe that a criminal who is known for killing cops won't just pull over normally for an officer specially if he was armed. If a normal officer calls a traffic stop on the vehicle and mentions the color of it a gang officer would ask the person to drop a back up and they will check the vehicle on their own. I was involved in a situation where an officer was following us and when we parked he decided to pull us over, as always he can't inform us why so he proceeds to pull us all out of the car, I took the responsibility and gathered the .50s on my person so one of us goes to jail, I ended up being charged with 4 illegal guns 1 carrying an unlicensed and unlawful assembly while I'm in front of my own HQ while being the passenger. He proceeds to give the driver an Illegal U turn ticket and take the vehicle impounding it. So for an illegal U turn the officer decided to pull us all out of the vehicle which if I complain about it you will procced to tell me (IC issue). You might all say: Let's say I'm in a sports car, I will have a t20 some 8f drafters and cruisers without forgetting the Heli above. In this terms you can not generalize the fact that everyone has good FPS and wifi, I personally have my fps drop to 20 even 10 in chases and I start teleporting backwards, which I believe some of you experienced it. Why I can't try to stop this escalation by giving demands to the officer and put him in the trunk before I pull out the last card which is evading. I will give a small example of a chase I had 2 days ago, I was evading on my defiler, I was being chased by a t20, 2 Hakuchous, and a Heli, I was driving properly and took a good gap on all the cruiser but still had the heli to lose, at this point I was given demands by Metro, so in the End you will get shot at. I ended up stalling my bike, I went to jail for 2 hours. And I believe 1/9 evasion succeeds which here shows that you can't "Simply" evade. Maybe it is Simple for you, you just go ahead have fun chasing me then put me in jail while earning money. On my end, I would have lost a good amount of money on fines, lost my weapon if I had one, and spend 2-4 hours in jail. Let's all be honest in this, Prison RP is not fun at all, most of the times it's a random guy just trying to start fist fights for no reason, and if you try to RP doing some tasks, you have two random people start beating each other up and you get locked up in a cell for lockdown and have to sit there looking at your screen ( Jail time is another thing but looking over this thread I hardly doubt we would be able to change something).
  12. Hello, I like the Idea that Einhart gave but sadly it is really hard to set up such a thing first, there would be super behind your car all the time and it will be hard for you to get a gap on it, and not everyone has trucks available everywhere, second of all if the guy blocks them and jumps in the other car they will shoot his tires with micro/carbine/smg because the people in the super would be armed so. Then both go to jail which means you are putting a high risk on the individual to go to jail too, and if he says it was by accident PD will be like "yee yee get in the cruiser" then they charge him and he goes for a good while. So you are saying criminals have a play to win mentality, trust me if we had that or not we always lose lad. Second of all, PD make their best to win every situation, through RP/Rules and everything I have witnessed a lot of situations where cops try to RP anything to win the thing specially if they have ooc issues with this people. I don't know why you are saying that but like in the end we all know who does it. You are talking about Irish doing some RP stuff, well I was never talking about this kind of RP. I was myself in PD and I have seen a lot of stuff and I know a lot too, but I won't be sharing it or anything over here. You are saying that we need to change our approach. Gang members should be at their HQ as they should be there RPly if you go there and try to find something to arrest us on it I find it really poor RP. This Topic was very clean, and there is a lot of information in it, so please refrain from any toxicity in it. Thanks.
  13. Hello, I would like to thank everyone who made a reply on this post and I will be addressing the new things Everyone mentioned about the fact that you commit multiple crimes why you should be charged by one. To start of we all know this is a GAME and therefore you should keep in mind that everyone is here to have fun. We all know that the charges that get placed are sometimes unnecessary just because Cops have the right to do so. It comes to the point where PD abuse their in-game power and locks up people behind their PCs for hours and won't enjoy it as we all know the RP in DOC is not nice unless you have good Rpers with you. There used to be 1 or 2 cops that charges everything just to laugh at the people and make fun of them that they are getting locked up and because they hate them. But sadly now these numbers grew a lot and now we have 14-18 cops that would do anything to arrest you which is a bit weird. You might say yes but PD need to be holding the city's safety but at this point the Crim RP becomes useless as they can not roleplay anything without staying after it 4-5 hours behind their screen at DOC doing nothing specially when the IC "lockdown" which legit puts you in a situation where you have to sit there afk as there is nothing to do. Maybe changing the prison hours might help but I hardly believe it would happen. As Papadakis stated above, it s a very common situation the guy will be behind his screen for 2 hours 45 mins, just for evading and not showing the license. PD should consider the fact that criminals should not show their licenses that easy to the officers as it would be poor RP but these people are scared of sitting behind their PCs doing nothing so they just limit their RP. I would like to give an example: A guy get pulled over for speeding ( reckless operation 20 minutes), he decides to evade as he has a gun( illegal firearm 60 mins / Felony evading 60 mins) he drives around in high speed and PD smashes everything around (Felony Public Endangerment 60 mins) then he gets out and attempts to shoot the cop which he fails as they have smgs/pumps with a fat body armor. (att murder of a GOV employee around 65 mins / brandishing a firearm around 20 mins) . All did the man RP as a crim is turn on that vehicle, speed and shoot if he was even able 1 or 2 bullets in the end then he goes to jail for 4 hours 45 mins. Who would like to sit there for that amount of time, I would rather not RP crim at all and server 1 hour and 20 minutes which will be bad to the server as there is not much Crim RP happening. Everyone does not like how Big gangs fight with big numbers but sadly that's the only crim rp available between 2 rival gangs and they do so cause PD does not give them any good RP back and we all know that. We have seen lately some bans over people that tried to RP with cops but went bad. When a gang related vehicle gets pulled over, backup will be called and they will be pulled out of the car and searched more than 100% as this is what I have encountered being in the 67 Faction we will be back later on that point. If the person who got pulled over has a shotgun/ak/micro/SMG on him it would be Poor RP from himself if he stands still and let the traffic stop roll normally as he is making a high risk of getting himself in jail and he should not. Maybe you can not shoot the cop but if you try to put him in a trunk which is the fastest way and with very low risk as you are not taking your time on the scene or if you are in at north and not on the highway you could maybe cuff him or something else. Cause in the end the guy will be arrested for illegal firearms/ weapon modification if there is any and he will lose his Heavy which cost 40k+ that means he lost around 48k+ and spent 1 hout 30 mins in jail. Talking about the past interaction I had with PD in the 67 faction. For some reason there is always a cop sitting at the HQ watching us and waits for anyone of us to get in his car and drive then they pull him over and get his license and demands to search the car. ( WE ALL KNOW THERE WOULD BE A GUN IN THE VEHICLE AS CRIMINALS SHOULD HAVE IT AS ITS BASED ON THEIR RP AND ITS A GAME WHICH MEANS YOU NEED TO KEEP IN CONSIDERATION TO CREATE SOME ROLEPLAY TO OTHERS AND NOT SEND THEM TO DOC TO SIT BEHIND A SCREEN) which will end up with him going to jail, sadly after it the cop will go back to the HQ sit there and wait for another one which makes no sense at all after you arrested a gang member to go to the gang HQ, RPLY AND REALISTCLY you should be in fear of this gang to come after you as you arrested one of their own but the DM rules are strict and sadly we cant risk 50k to fight a cop with a fat ass FREE armor and a FREE heavy because we want to show some good rp as we are taking revenge. We all know PD is OP since the beginning and crim rp is not much but to make a balance in RP something should be made. SPECIALLY with the new GANG FIELD UNIT, where all the cops in it become cops that trashtalks the gang members and makes fun of them, which I find very poor RP for 9 cops to trashtalk a gang member and IC "IA" can not do anything about it. I do not really know how they work but all they do is try to find anything just to arrest us maybe for a IC promotion? And they go out arresting anyone for anything. When you have 2 things related for the same stuff, FACE CONCEALMENT there is the charge and there is the ticket, if you see someone on the road you can give him a ticket and not get him in jail for face concealment only just to stack your logs for a promotion. Cause then why is there even the other charge. Sadly I am typing this to say that our roleplay is being ruined by PD as they do not show any PD RP in their roleplay. Shooting a guy that is running on foot to escape cops, camping at a gang HQ waiting for anyone to commit a crime to arrest him to be promoted when RPLY you should patrol once or twice there and not sit in front of them and trash talking them / making fun of them as they should Fear for their life as RPLY we would all have guns but we put them away to not serve 1 hour time in DOC. PD SHOULD NOT TRY THEIR BEST TO ARREST EVERYONE, maybe 1 or 2 cops can roleplay that but not the whole faction. PD are friends with each other and don't complain about each other so if they see someone they friend with or is higher than them breach any IC rule they wont say anything about it to not be treated badly which I find non-rp as the HC of the faction should provide the best quality of roleplay as they represent one of the most important faction on the server and they should stay away from the OOC toxicity which is kind of going down for now..
  14. Hello, I like the fact that turtle came up with this, I will adress some issues that I personally saw as I was on both sides in bank roberries. 1 - Criminals ask for too much just for 1 hostage which is not really logical. 2 - PD should value the hostage life and not ruleplay the situation, as they know the criminals will never kill the hostages as if they did so they will end up all in jail and they will all be charged for the situation. The situation ends with them sitting a good time in DOC and left with a bad experience. And with past experience, PD did not value the hostage life and kept following the car and when the criminals informed them to stop following the other car or they kill the hostages PD responded with there is no one behind them even tho there was a BF with Kevlar and a carbine following them. At this point the criminal can't kill the hostage as PD will end up pushing him. I believe as everyone said before there should be new rules for taking hostages and PD should really value the hostage life and stay away from ruleplaying just to win the situation.
