  1. As far as I understand the rule, You are currently allowed to move them around the corner or just off the highway without kidnapping consent as long as its like right around the corner or whatever. I believe you also don't need consent if you have DM rights, so personally I think the rule is fine as is. As long as you're allowed to quickly move them around the corner or off the public highway, I don't think a rule change here is needed.
  2. Yes. As someone who races having custom modifications more than the current UI would be amazing and I'm all for it.

    Los Zetas

As someone who fought against the Zetas for a long time awhile back, massive respect to what they've built and what they did. As fun as it was to fight them, and then eventually befriend a lot of them, There's no doubt the impact they've had. Legends
  4. +1. I'd love to see this added
  5. You must not have worked a mechanic job in a long time. Almost none of the time is spent "afk" as thats against the server rules. but +1 to OP suggestion
  6. +1. Also agree people with keys should be able to repair cars
  7. I think having a IC game where you can "shoot" your friends without actually injuring anyone would be super fun. Somewhere on the map for something like paintball where you could go with your friends, get a fake gun and have a shootout. I think this could open up into allowing people to eventually forming teams and such and playing against each other in a civ manner. I'd be interested in hearing if anyone else has any ideas on something like this that would allow civs to have fake gunfights like you could go to Paintball/Airsoft IRL.
  8. +1 Having another style bag that actually looks appealing would be nice
  9. -1 and here's why All of the old players went through this. The vast majority of players on the server started out trying to find some people to do some crim stuff with, ended up getting jumped by a gang and losing everything. When I first joined, I had close to nothing and found another random new player. We went around and tried the whole make drugs thing after we got showed around and ended up getting robbed. Repeatedly. We ended up joining a rather new gang, got in fights with the bigger gangs a lot and lost most of our stuff all the time because we were trying to fight them. Most of us had to fish to make our money just so we could buy a gun and try again. But also the RP of it all is what its all about. I get you don't want to do the "legal work" but almost all of us at some point decided thats what we were going to do at least a little bit to make some sort of money. All of the legal faction jobs offer good amounts of money and RP and they give you the promotions and variation of jobs that you are talking about, along with the other ways to make money if you prefer fishing/mining with friends and such. Speed traps, while I hate them, were necessary because people were driving extremely unrealistically all over the city. Prices should remain how they are, determined by the market. The New Player doesn't need to change, it allows the majority of us to know when someone is breaking a minor rule, we can just explain to them rather than going to reports and help teach them. Getting rid of it is not going to help any gang recruit you, as all gangs have XP minimums that you have to provide. The only part I do agree with is getting evidence against whatever group is doing what you're claiming they are doing.
  10. Streaming doesn't fall under that because GENERALLY you're streaming to an audience that is not other players. If someone used any information from a stream ICly, THAT would be meta gaming because they are using IC info they gained through OOC means
  11. There's nothing Meta about streaming unless you're using OOC info ICly, but that would just be you snitching on yourself more than anything so its allowed. But yeah if you're doing something that requires consent then imo everyone who's consenting should know
  12. I think in the vast majority of situations, knowing someone is streaming will lead to people acting differently and in a sense meta gaming however I can agree that in any situation that requires consent, AKA ERP, kidnap, torture etc that everyone should probably be in the know
  13. Richard came to Los Santos a couple of years ago after spending time in Liberty City and getting involved heavily in gang life there. His gang having been largely hunted down by rival gang members in LC, he was forced to flee to Los Santos in search of changing some of his ways. After arriving in Los Santos, he realized there was something missing inside of him. Although he had changed most of his past ways, he felt the need for the adrenaline again. This is where he found his love of cars and joined LSC to work on them and learn every little thing about every sports car in the city; Just longing for the day he’d finally be able to afford one. After grueling hours upon hours of work, he was finally able to afford his first ever sports car, his Jester. Immediately he wanted to get it on a track but didn’t know anyone in the scene. He would drive around countless hours at break neck speed, just waiting for the opportunity, and then it came. One night while working, he met Gunner Owen. Seeing Gunner pull up in his elegy, Richard jokingly suggests they have run a race. To Richard's surprise, Gunner agrees and they drive to the garbage track. After Gunner shows him the track, they race! Gunner wins with time to spare, however Richard doesn’t give up and continues to persist that they race again. And again. Losing every time but closing the gap with each recurring race. After multiple nights of this, Gunner finally gives Richard the chance he’s wanted since coming into the city.
  14. +1. I saw New players with shotguns and Aks yesterday and i feel pistols should still be most prevalent
