  1. Like houses, offices are the same, you have the best than you also have the shittiest office buildings like in the hood or something. Plenty of varietiies.
  2. +1
  3. +1 yes!!! There are so many office buildings that deserve to be used!!
  4. ALLOW ALL PLAYERS TO OWN 1X BICYCLE! they should not be restricted as a "vehicle' com'n now, ppl want to have fun
  5. IRL, you there's no database that allows someone to personally check if they have any warrants, and 100% requires them to go to court or to a police department and file for a request to check their records. BIG -1 on public wanted list, and there's too many reasons why that I cba to go into. LOL The criminals already know why, and especially the cops will know why. If people have issues or believe they was mistreated, they can always file an IA complaint or what have you.
  6. Percival "Kasumi" Banks 霞 From Japanese (Kasumi) meaning “mist” It can also come from (ka) meaning "flower, blossom" combined with (sumi) meaning "clear, pure". The start of a new beginning...

    RV V2

+1 Yes!!!! Not 100k since the regular RV now is 60-70k. Make this 130k stock. Have a custom mapped RV Interior.
  8. +1 I highly support a scripted system where police can store into a temporary "virtual vault". Cop takes the person's items. Cop goes to the armory/evidence room to store the evidence/belongings. /accessLocker [Player's name / ID] **Vault for that player's name would pop up as an inventory 0/100** Cop puts the belongings inside the vault, and exits the inventory. Player is released from jail / prison. Player goes to the desk at Mission Row or DOC and asks for their things back. Cop / Correction Officer goes to the evidence / lock up room. /accessLocker [Player's name / ID] **Vault for that player's name would pop up as an inventory 0/100** Inside the vault will be the player's items. Cop/CO takes the items out, and hands them back to the player. EASY PEASY LEMON SQUEEZEY
  9. +1 The higher your inventory, the slower you are, or the quicker you lose energy to run.
  10. +1 You should also be able to store a BMX bike. Make the BMX capacity like 70/70 so people needs to have a bigger car to be able to put it in. This goes for any bikes, BMX, Mountain Bike, Cruiser. BMX (70/70) Mountain Bike (125/125) and Cruiser (100/100) /storebike when holding it. OR ADD AN ITEM ON THE STORES 'Bike Rack" players will buy a bike rack, then put it inside their trunk. When inside their trunk, players will be allotted specific capacity to store bikes. Bike racks will give max 0/150 space for BIKE STORAGE ONLY, and will take up like 15/15 of the cargo space.
  11. +1 no reason why not
  12. Omg! Yes!! +1 Make this a player operated and owned car wash! Owners will have to actually wash cars to get money into their business. Any players can /joincarwash job 1 player per car wash !! Players who wash car, will get a portion of the total amount that the business owner's set it as. If business owner sets car wash to 9k per wash, the player who washes car will get a percentage of it. 9k split in between (Owner, Laborer, Taxes) Plus, the cars constantly get dirty! I want a clean car!
  13. Yes sir! the one and only!
  14. Come through PD is made up with mad ngg people, mostly FBI people *winks*
  15. @Bruce Stracci when you making judicial system for this server man???
  16. He’s not but he’s def leading something in PD no meta so are other ngrp peeps!
  17. I can assure you FearRP and Valuing life is enforced in PD inside and outside.
  18. Exactly, and its the same for both sides PD and Criminals. Play it smart, and you'll be okay. Don't and be f**ked. It's not the game, but the playa
  19. -1 I think there are too little, and that they should add more overtime as these apartments become more populated. I suggest that ECRP should map in an apartment complex building somewhere in the north and make one or two apartment buildings there for people in the north to have. The housing is crazy, and the more the merrier why not. Selling/Buying houses shouldn't be easy, but if there are room to make more housing, why not.
  20. See in BOLD As someone who has one of the more problematic reputations in PD and has gotten in trouble with LSPD Leadership and Supervisors more times than one can count (NEVER for corrupt acts, and only for misconduct of internal policies) I can concur with Clank on that. People that cry "Corruption" are only but uneducated 100% of the time in my experience. I suggest anyone who cries "corruption" to educate themselves, go read the penal code, and check up on the charges. And if they do find "corrupt" or wrongful doing, then submit an IA Complaint. When you apply/join PD you are like my fellow members have mentioned, SCRUTINIZED for every LITTLE MISTAKE / FLAW YOU MAKE both IC and OOC. Say something wrong, you are written up. Park the car wrongly, you're written up or yelled at. Take out an item you were not supposed to? Written up. Hit a car during a pursuit? Written up. Fail to show up to a meeting? Written up. ((These are only but examples, and may be exaggerated, however are per case by case basis. Still its to show that management in PD is very strict, and there are checks and balances in place. Both IC and OOC. )) The ONLY reason PD members see little to no admin cases or logs is due to the HIGHLY STRICT internal management and system that has been established over time to ensure PD members uphold a higher standard in the server. There have been members who break server rules and get punished for them OOCly and ICly. There's even AN OOC RULE AGAINST CORRUPTION It may look like PD has more perks than criminals, but its balanced in the form of an extremely bureaucratic and Conservative management, responsibility, professionalism, maturity. I'd like to see a criminal organization with a huge handbook like PD/SD/DOC does. Then enforce those policies onto their members, people who are probably not used to being bosses and ordered around or criticized... there's criminals who cry parking ticket or mask despite being asked politely with courtesy and professionalism. Financial: As far as budgetary and finance goes. This was something I brought up to leadership couple years ago, when PD was still newly established. I see now that budget is getting more realistically managed by PD. And I do agree, for every item/property, there needs to be a cost... I mean EVERYTHING. Personnel, Vehicles, Real Estate, Tools (i.e. weapons, etc.), Paychecks etc.
  21. Only seeing this now... July 5th 2020 Still feels for your lost bro, lost but never forgotten. #StayOutofHarmsWay #DontRobBanks :') I'm glad when I came back onto ECRP you were the first person I continued RPing with. Take care man.
