What I imagine a nice way to do it would be: Right click > "offer" Has the same effect as handing over an item and when they take it they start smoking and your pack goes down by 1

Here are a few of my personal thoughts on phone changes that would be great QoL updates. Text chat notification of "you received a text" (Not specifying what the text says or who it's from, just something to supplement that quiet ass *ding*). Newest messages appearing at top. When someone deletes the conversation, the other person shouldn't have a whole new text chain. Blocking to actually block people by default (I didn't know until a few days ago that you have to press the little buttons). Apps that replaces /newsagency and /mechanic. Apps that replaces /showvehicles and /showhouses. Vehicle app could also function as /vehiclestats also and house app could show business properties. Said this for a while now but GPS functionality should be tied to your phone being on or off and the GPS item removed and map being the alternative to see the big map without having your phone on at the cost of not seeing mini map.

Worth mentioning it's probably similar to when the fix for people being visually uncuffed when walking through doors that NBDY fixed a while back.

Would be mega easy to do from a programming standpoint as highlighted by the nerd 2 posts above me. +1 absolutely. Also give guards the ability to do /jtime [ID] to get inmates jtime in a similar format

And even when fishing the current way, your boat can drift from under you. Also boats should freeze when you use the anchor commands...since from my experience the command has done nothing since implementation. This would greatly aid with fishing from boats.
