  1. Right, my crim character only has 25 days played on him In Triads Edit: Read my original answer to this post, I literally agreed with half the things said.
  2. You are literally just saying you are bad at what you do Dont bring your heavies to the bank
  3. I really don't understand this Faction budget management, lets say PD weapons/vehicles do cost us X money, depending on the balancing numbers we would either still have infinite numbers of weapons and vehicles or we would go on duty with cuffs on BMX's and maybe stun guns for chief+ because we couldn't afford anything. As for the lootable cops this would only lead to more deathmatch for no reason, I do however think criminals should have an easier time obtaining bullets/weapons as I've played both sides and every bullet I shot felt like a dent in my bank account. These bullet costs would be no issue if desync wasn't such a huge factor in the server, but as it is right now, you can either kill someone in 2 bullets or in some cases 30. On the vehicles side, I do believe our cars are overtuned, I rarely struggle to keep up with a criminal and no regular cadet would drive a interceptor that can keep up with a $400,000 fully modded sports car but it is that way because every single criminal has a $400,000 fully modded sports car and or a bike which is literally unchaseable From a Police officers POV, playing at night is literally impossible, theres 5 of us online, any larger gang can just chain rob stores/banks and laugh at us trying to stop them, we instead can just do the shameful radio call "All units leave now, we are massively outnumbered" This really has no solution, it just makes no sense for a Cops RP to let crime happen in front of them. As for the Prison side of things, in the 3 months I've played crim I only got myself into prison once. Why? because I wasn't being careful, It is VERY easy to avoid police and not get caught, but I do see the issue with jail time, no one wants to sit in jail for 6 hours and I'd like to see the cap back because I don't want to make someone sit in jail for that long, its just not fun. Just my 2 cents on the topic
  4. 5 mil and a get out of jail free card! you got my number, i know you're interested
  5. There are multiple things wrong with this statement. You came back in less than 2 Hours, can be proven by logs. You cannot die while logged out. You cant be looted while disconnected and You are admitting to checking your body for loot. Id also like to add you didn't try to get back in contact with any of us involved either through discord or in game PM's to redo the RP and I find it really unlikely that your internet went out seconds after you got injured.

@Aieos Can you double check the ID please, pretty sure it was a female character ID 234, not 123.

Player(s) being reported: 234 Date of interaction reported: 16/4/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1587009327 Your characters name: Vuk Minkhalimov Other player(s) involved: Skye_Luna, Percival_Banks, 225, 35, 130, 13 Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Baiting Government Services - Provoking a reaction from faction services without a realistic reason / or calling faction services to e.g. rob them. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for anything other than its intended purpose. • Submerging any vehicle in water or unrealistically beaching any watercraft. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof that would give you a valid reason not to return. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. How did the player break the rule(s)? To give some context to the situation, ID 130 escaped from our cruiser while cuffed and locked in, no big deal he had around 150 xp at the time, SD radios us a bit later saying they found a guy in cuffs, we get over there and I order SD to detain everyone that was in the car because they helped him escape. ID 234 Takes off in the car, drives it for about 20 seconds before flipping it and disconnects, not coming back for 20 minutes without a crash report. Logged at 3:56 AM, waited till 4:16 AM. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/6fayh3 - video of the pursuit and logging - when they left. https://imgur.com/C3IvVyS - screenshot 20 minutes later

Player 118 got into a police chase with a presumably stolen vehicle, he decided to leave his vehicle and run on foot as he had no luck losing me in corners, then on foot he got surrounded by two officers and pulled his gun trying to fight them, he lost the fight and logged off the server moments after. Waited for 15 minutes for him to return, no luck. Nothing in crash reports either. Like 30 minutes later I went to check if hes still there and injured, and to my surprise I found a looted, dead body. I'm sure you can see in the logs whether or not he looted the body. It could also have been his friend ID 78 at the time. Evidence of rule breach: Also have a short video if necessary where the gunshots can be heard and him logging seconds after.

ID 15 and 163 decided to rob Blaze_Dinkley, Mary spotted them and immediately got shot at, when I arrived I took down 15, went to take the pistol off him, I managed to take it just before he disconnected, then ID 163 hid behind a rock and disconnected who was involved in shooting and robbing. ID 15 relogged for about 15 seconds, looking around then logging back off when I walked up to him to continue RP. Both players didnt return within the 15 minutes and couldn't be arrested for the things they've done. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/gbtkmf ID 15 https://streamable.com/wy64pc ID 163

I see your point of view and you really had no way to contact me except a crash report which you couldn't make at the time. As for the power gaming part, I deal with stuff like this every day and I would just like to ask you to not keep running after 20+ tazer hits and being batoned multiple times. This report can be archived, thanks for your time @krooks365 and @Germane

Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. 10. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. How did the player break the rule(s)? To give some context to the situation at around 3:20 AM UTC, the player ( 78 ) decided to provoke the police at Mission Row for whatever reason, then Phillipe gets into a foot pursuit with him, I assist in the pursuit and we get to the canals which can be seen in the video. After multiple tazes we manage to get the man on the ground cuffed (RPLY) at this point Phillipe leaves me with the suspect alone. I had no radio at this time to call backup, the suspect kept running away over and over after multiple tazes, I'm talking over 20 tazes (can be proven in my logs and rping all sorts of injuries, mouth foaming, even concussions, but he still thinks its a good idea to keep running and resisting. I ended up injuring him because he just wouldn't let me drag him to the car, no matter how injured he was rply. At this point he starts "Lagging" and asking for Death RP, It was obviously not granted so he tried to force it and I denied him again. At this point I get him to the hospital, heal him up and start driving him to DOC, where he decided to log off and not come back for 15 minutes. Logged at 3:53 AM UTC. I never report people, but I've dealt with his PG RP for over 30 minutes only to have him Log off after I denied his Death RP. Evidence of rule breach: Ill send the video to whoever handles the report. Here is the time he logged.
  14. +1 Waiting on a person that combat logged as I'm writing this! Although I feel like it should be a 2 strike like DM, just so in case you happen to "Clog" by "accident" you can keep playing while its being investigated, so we don't get many false positives and frustrating situations.
