  1. According the rulebook it states that you cannot ram another person with a expensive car. " 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. "
  2. Player(s) being reported: ID 56 and ID 2 Date of interaction reported: 8/16/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1565954187 Your characters name: Jeffrey Turner Other player(s) involved: None Specific rule(s) broken: " 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. " How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 56 did not give any form of demands before shooting me, at 0.48 you can see ID 56 hiding behind the car to the right. He simply told his friend to be ready to block me inside and did not give any demands at all. If he gave demands it would have been okay, but this is clearly a DM case where he shoots me without a valid reason. I'm not sure if ID 2 DM'd me, but he clearly in the video hit me several times with his car as i was leaving the area when i was getting shot at. Evidence of rule breach:
  3. Hey, i think it would be better if you could be able to tab out of the game in the middle of chopping a car, to for example start your recording program and these types of things that will take only a few seconds.
  4. Hey, i think it would be better if you could tap ESC to cancel entering a house. Because if you are getting a gun pointed at you right by your house, you should have no excuses to not cancel entering the house. As for now you have to physically move away from the front of the door to cancel entering the house.
  5. Hello, ID 82 here. I stole that postal van, can i not use it by comitting crimes? If not i didn't know and i apologize. In the future i will use normal owned cars to commit a crime.
  6. Hello, i belive a system where it gives you the legal items that the police officers took from you before you went into prison gets back automatically when you leave the prison. Every time i try to get my stuff back from jail when getting out i end up with never getting any of my stuff back. So i hope you can change so i finally can get my stuff back. There is a bell you can ring but it says there is no prison guards around.
  7. Player(s) being reported: ID 206 Date of interaction reported: 8/10/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1565464547 Your characters name: Jeffrey Turner Other player(s) involved: Stefan Svensson Specific rule(s) broken: Powergaming " 11. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. " How did the player break the rule(s)? Me and my friend Stefan Svensson was attempting to rob ID 206 when he was drilling, we surrounded him and both grabbed him by his arms ICly and then, he doesn't respond to RP and started running away. Later we surrounded him again and did the same thing, we were both at his face and he was surrounded to the wall and we both grabbed him by the arm again and somehow he manages to get away again as we both grabbed him by the arm when he was facing the wall and i RP pushing him down. 8. Please add a animation by the command /anim hitchhike.
  9. Hello ID 38 here, I personally don't see a problem with entering your car and driving when you just unlocked it. However when you RP'd pointing the gun at me i should have complied to your demands, i really didn't want to get into prison as i just got out, and i know that's a bad excuse, but that's the truth. I apologize for the bad RP and breaking Fear RP.
  10. It is not about my previous permaban, i wanted to clear out if it makes sence to " turn on a bodycam " without it being there. and then using it as IC evidence. I don't have any problem with losing that firearms license. And i never said i wanted " Eddie Junnior " IC name. To be banned at any moment. I'm not sure why you are insinuating i want anyone banned here.
  11. It is not the case, this is the case of a civilian person that is not the police.
  12. Yeah i know, i was off playing for some days so i didn't check it all before now. But absolotely agree to not just let it go.
  13. Yeah that should be changed, one civilian shouldn't be allowed to just RP " /me turns the bodycam on " without even roleplaying buying bodycam or placing it on the body. That's poor RP and should be changed.
  14. I lost my firearms license today because ID 17 turned on body cam without providing any sort of proof of installing bodycam or purchasing it at a store. The OOC evidence the police officers provided me was a picture of ID 17 turning on a body cam. If the person can't provide proof of installing a bodycam or purchasing it, I dont find it not enough to use a OOC video as IC evidence. I've been told by staff in the past that you have to Roleplay purchasing a bodycam, installing it in your body and turn it on. I would be happy if (Eddie Junior) ID 17 could provide that proof. this is the picture the police (ID 81 or 8 ) OOC provided me on discord.
