Player(s) being reported: ID 54 Date of interaction reported: 08.02.2018 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1549619215 Your characters name: Dale Herring Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: 7.2.1 Deathmatch is the act of killing or hurting another player (or damaging their property) without a proper roleplay reason. An attempt to break this rule will result in a temporary or permanent ban. 6.8.1 A no crime zone (NCZ) is an area, where players must not commit crimes, that would cause harm to another player or their property. Players must not disobey orders of law enforcement officers but are allowed to run from arrest. A crime that does not harm another player or their property is defined as a victimless crime. 6.8.4 The purpose of the NCZ rule is to simulate heavily guarded and secure areas, where it is unrealistic to commit crimes. According to report here, which concluded that the street next bank can be viewed by CCTV cameras: How did the player break the rule(s)? I was driving down from west highway to tattoo shop based on a backup call through radio. After arriving and braking as hard as I possibly can, I saw someone shooting and got out of my car pointed my gun but unsure if I had KOS because I could not see who he was shooting at or that the place is considered NCZ according to report above. Then afterwards I saw one of ours down and tried to go up to him and someone just opened fire on me without any reason. Also considered to report above the place is considered NCZ. Evidence of rule breach:
