  1. -1 Prison time should not be increased unless there are things to actually do in prison. When people go to prison they either AFK or just punch each other.
  2. +1 Would be interesting if you could find out how many supers are actually owned by banned players
  3. Price Change : $245,000
  4. "get OUT" was typed in the chat after the initial gunshots.
  5. Firstly, I am sorry that you feel offended, it wasn't my intention to insult you. I felt like you were dragging out the RP unnecessarily as I had already done /do All Pockets. While a minor difference, I said "stop being stupid" and not "you are stupid". The latter would be a direct insult, while the former would be describing actions.
  6. Price - $260,000 ($30,000 BELOW STOCK) Upgrades - The mesa also has a few upgrades on engine etc. SMS - #4422337
  7. +1 This would be great.
  8. Player(s) being reported: ID 59 & 71 Date of interaction reported: 28/02/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1551391172 Your characters name: Brian_Walky Other player(s) involved: Pete_Wright @Pistol Pete Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) ● Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. ● Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. ● A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. ● A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. ● You must give demands via text if used as a reason to attack as VOIP isn’t always heard. ● Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. ● Kill on Sight (KoS) is the act of killing a player with no engagement in roleplay. The person who has KoS rights must have evidence prior to committing the kill. ● Killing a player without warning or roleplay is allowed only within 24 hours of: • Your life being threatened not including law enforcement aiming weaponry. • The life of your friend or ally is presently being threatened or if you have witnessed it happen. • A player attempting to steal your assets worth greater than $75,000 not including vehicles. How did the player break the rule(s)? Me and Pete stole a car and were at the chop shop. ID 59 & 71 showed up at the chop shop and started shooting us and at the car without any demands (voice or text) Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/r433y
  9. @reeceobz Thanks for taking the time to reply. I have the first and only encounter with ID 60 on video, see below. I don't believe the event that happened in the video granted them KOS, hence the VDM accusation. @Archaeah
  10. I do not have any footage, I was hoping the reporting party would have had some. @ChuckM
  11. Player(s) being reported: ID 60 Date of interaction reported: 13/02/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1550072989 Your characters name: Brian Walky Other player(s) involved: ID 6 (Passenger) Specific rule(s) broken: 5.3.4. Vehicle deathmatch is the act of killing or hurting another player or damaging their property intentionally by using a vehicle without having a valid in-character reason to do so. Breaking this rule repeatedly will end in a permanent ban. 5.6.1 No crime zones (NCZ’s) are areas of the city which are against the rules to commit crimes involving a victim or disobey a police order even when you may have an in character reason. A player whom is wanted from the police may run if confronted in a no crime zone but may not continuously return without it being considered cop baiting for a chase. You may also drive through a crime zone during a pursuit if needed to escape, and if being chased by a criminal, they may not attack you once you are within the crime zone and watch and wait for a more realistic time to strike. NCZ’s are in place to simulate a heavily guarded area which would be unreasonable to commit crimes in realistically. How did the player break the rules?: ID 60 was chasing me around the city so I decided I would go to the police station for safety. ID 60 then decided to ram me off my bike in a NCZ causing me to become injured. Evidence of rule breach:
