  9. Hey there, ID 84 Li Kwang. My POV contains staff chat so it was sent privately to the reviewing Senior Administrator, but if you'd like it I can blur out the staff chat. Just let me know! The chase ended in near the NCZ because I crashed my car ICly. I tried to go through the hotel to lose a car or two but I crashed my car, leading to a robbery. For the claims of stalling RP, at the end of @Revelt first video, you can see that I got off my knees and started to relocate to where the robbery finally occurred, outside the NCZ area in the hotel parking lot. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I have decided to deny this report for the following reason(s): After getting a couple looks at the video provided, the player driving the bus seemed to be lagging/the crash was desync. If the VDM was intentional, the bus would have stopped or any of the vehicles parked would have been displaced. Since none of the aforementioned happened, the report will be denied. T
