  1. Player(s) being reported: ID 97 Date of interaction reported: 20/01/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1579478068 Your characters name: Lucy_McMahon Other player(s) involved: N/A. Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? The player intentionally put his life in danger turning into a vehicle travelling at speeds of 120+ in order to head on collide with my vehicle showing no value for their own life in the process, in attempts to stall my vehicle, and thus succeeding. Evidence of rule breach: Footage proof: Admittance to intentionally ramming me head on:

  5. "Family is not an important thing. IT IS EVERYTHING." Lucy had been having a tough few weeks with everything that has happened to her. She hadn't even begun to plan her revenge for the great loss she suffered. She had just begun to get back onto her feet and establish a collection of personal belongings once more when she heard something over the radio. "Eve has been arrested. She's going away for a long time." The police had taken everything away from Lucy, and now they were arresting her sister? This simply couldn't stand. Lucy wouldn't allow Eve to be there alone, and unarmed. She began to plan a way to break into the prison and smuggle a few items in for her sister, ensuring that while she was locked behind bars, she was safe; but, first things first, she needed a way inside. Lucky, Lucy had gotten her hands on a parachute a few weeks back and had the perfect plan. She dressed up in clothing that resembled a prison jumpsuit and began her parachute into the prison. After landing safely on the helipad at the Department of Corrections, Lucy quickly ran up to the catwalks and made her way towards the prison yard. Lucky, there was her sister, Eve; stood by the basketball court. To get her attention without making any noise, Lucy found a small stone from the floor, tossing it towards Eve. Looking around in confusion, Eve soon spotted Lucy on the catwalk, and they both met at the chain door that separated the yard with the catwalks. The two shared a tearful greeting, and Lucy carefully passed Eve a penknife, two blunts and a earpiece radio through the small chain door. Lucy spoke with her sister for a while, before having to leave, fearing if she stayed too long, she too would be caught. Content enough that she would be able to hear from Eve over the radio, and now knowing she had the knife to protect herself from any inmate who would seek harm. The two shared a loving kiss through the chain door. Lucy made her escape. Revenge still burned in her heart, and she would make those responsible for everything pay.
  6. While meaning no disrespect to any admin, I do believe the reset was unfair, as it wasn't reset correctly. I had the advantage of my allies being on scene before the pause, and a Hakuchou Drag set up for me in the alleyway I was rammed at. I do believe this situation was very poorly handled by those on scene (not the admins), as I asked Wallace multiple times on the scene to stop attacking me in /b but he continued to do so. Majority of the PD on scene were sympathetic towards my side, and even prompted him to leave me alone as I had requested, but it only continued. I really do feel that this wasn't desync and conveniently it was more of a "there is a Drag there, I will literally do anything to stop them getting onto it." situation. I also find it very convenient neither of the reported parties have any footage of their own. I have been reached out to by multiple people in PD&SD who have told me "they shouldn't have rammed a large vehicle like that" or "I would have personally suspended them for that recklessness." At best, I do not believe it was acceptable RP in the slightest. Edit: I would then also like to note, that Wallace afterwards subjected me to some form of IC harassment for at least 8mins before my sentence, which continued to feel like a personal attack since I did issue a report on him. I did feel this was ooc tension brought forwards icly because of some ooc dislike. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=59zBmT3GVJs
  7. It is in fact very hazardous to PIT an SUV with a cruiser. If your saying the cruisers are made to PIT SUV's and Trucks, then why do you have things such as Insurgents and Blockades to accommodate to these types of vehicles? If the super cruiser can just tackle these larger vehicles surely you don't need them. I would also like to note, it is hardly desync; since the seconds person's footage shows the exact same thing my footage does. If it was in fact desync, I would have been desynced on Harold's footage too. But then again, I suppose cruisers are designed to withstand the entire weight of a SUV on top of it too.
  8. TRANSFER REQUEST Character to Transfer From: Katya_Lodchikova Character to Transfer To: Lucy_McMahon Requested Transfer: Asset # Comet Retro Custom - Credit Vehicle. Reason for Transfer: I no longer play Katya and it made very little sense for her to own the Comet, as it belonged to a character I had before I CKed them to make Katya. I RPed Katya as a poor Russian alcoholic immigrant who drove around a tractor. Lucy on the other hand is RPed as a criminal who has had multiple highly paid assassination hits and was paid to torture and/or kill people for good money. She has also something of a scam artist so it wouldn't be difficult for her to have scammed someone for the vehicle. For more information about Lucy, her backstory can be found here: How would you transfer the asset(s) if approved? Founder/DEV

Player(s) being reported: John_Wallace & Olatunji_Osas Date of interaction reported: 22/12/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1577027612 Your characters name: Lucy_McMahon Other player(s) involved: Multiple PD/SD and Triads were on scene. Specific rule(s) broken: Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. How did the player break the rule(s)? Both players rammed into a large vehicle, showing no care for their lives or their vehicles. Realistically, they would never attempt to PIT or ram a vehicle that big with a crown vic, but they both did so. The first cruiser, driven by John Wallace rammed through my vehicle, under my wheels and continued to drive till he was fully rammed through my vehicle. The second cruiser, driven by Olatunji Osas rammed me from behind, shoving my truck off the alleyway, into the air, and then plummeting into a pool. As you can see, the first instance, I was turned to block myself into the alley so I could hop onto the drag, but was plowed through before I could, and then the second ram, I was travelling at VERY slow speeds, so there was no reason for him to be travelling that fast if the intention wasn't to ram into me. While this report was handled in-game, resulting in the chase being reset. I'm still unhappy with the outcome since it wasn't reset giving me the same advantages. At the time I had multiple allies on the scene and a drag set up for me to get onto and drive away. However, I was reset a while after the scene without the drag and the advantage of my allies being close to me; resulting in me being caught very quickly. I also, no disrespect, disagree with the admins ruling in the fact nobody was warned or punished for this poor RP. 10. Player(s) being reported: ID 43 Date of interaction reported: 21/12/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1576958761 Your characters name: Lucy_McMahon Other player(s) involved: Eve_McMahon, Harold_Justice & Lucas_Kwang Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? We received a back-up call from one of our members that he needed back-up in the mines. We responded to the call and entered the mine with guns drawn, but down by our sides and never pointed them. We arrive to see our guy down on his knees with guns at him; which allowed us to shoot the other players, however, before we even aimed our guns at them we were fired upon with no demands, nor did they have any KOS or DM rights on us. Baring in mind, we did enter the mine and have every intention to shoot the other players in the mines to save our guy; but as it stands, they didn't have rights to fire upon us first, we could have just been some random miners. Evidence of rule breach: Attached is evidence from Eve_McMahon, as I couldn't get my Shadowplay to clip it. https://streamable.com/zwbpz

  13. Name: Lucy McMahon Nationality/Background: Irish Date of Birth: April 11th 1994 - 25 Years old, Gender: Female, Hair colour: Red, Eye colour: Blue/grey, Language(s): English & Learning Mandarin, Relationship: Taken, Affiliations: Member of The Triads. Backstory: Lucy was born into a large family. Albeit most of her siblings have different fathers. The quadruplets Lucy, Angela, Eve, and Mackenzie are considered the babies, since they were the last children to come all holding the same father. Lucy was the oldest of the three; born twelve minutes before Angela, then finally came Mackenzie who was born fifteen minutes after Angela. Being the eldest of the three, Lucy naturally, was a rebellious spirit. The youngest sister Mackenzie was babied by their mother. Lucy always looked up to their father, he was a Naval Captain. Sadly, their father was killed while deployed and the girls were still young, it hit hardest on Lucy, who then in turn, went completely off the rails. Lucy was placed under arrest multiple times, placed in holding cell after holding cell for petty crimes as a way to act out, perhaps for a cry for attention. Lucy then fell into some rough times when she inadvertently got herself caught up into the paramilitary political movements of the IRA. Lucy didn’t exactly agree with their cause, but saw it as a way to get her hands on things she wanted, and in the process she learned a whole lot from the small group of acquaintances she made. Meanwhile, their mother had moved on, and had begun dating an officer who frequently had detained and thrown Lucy into a cells overnight. Things were awkward with Lucy’s new “step father” - John, the officer held a high rank within the force and was becoming a pain to Lucy. As her new "parental guardian", John made it his personal mission to lecture and pursue Lucy about her criminal activities. It began to annoy her how he stuck his nose in her personal life and tried to enforce himself as some kind of father figure. She certainly wasn't ever going to see him as a father figure. At seventeen, Lucy had gotten herself in another incident where she was arrested for armed robbery, then promptly incited a riot across the city centre. John was the officer who came and arrested her, thanks to her distraction of the riot her accomplices managed to escape. She waited hours alone in a small interrogation room, her hands cuffed to the table. Finally she heard the door open, but much to her chagrin, the person who stepped through the door was John. He made his way into the room, shaking his head disapproving. He scolded her, telling her how disappointed and heartbroken her mother would be. Lucy rolled her eyes, she didn't care. Her mother was an alcoholic who never paid any attention to any of them, aside from Mackenzie. John told Lucy this was the end for her, unless she did something for him. He wanted the names of those she helped escape, the very people who helped her rob the jewellery store. Lucy grinned, spitting in his general direction and told him to fuck himself. However, what happened next was what made Lucy the monster she is today. The very thing that broke her mentally. This was the first of many incidents were John sexually assaulted Lucy. He called it their little "arrangement." Lucy couldn't and wouldn't speak up about it. After all, who would believe her? This happened on a number of occasions and Lucy seemed powerless to stop it. However, by the age of twenty-three, she noticed John was becoming more bold and letting down his guard often. Lucy had been detained once more, and John said he would personally escort her home. Lucy lived alone so of course, John invited himself in. While he was sleeping, Lucy went into her kitchen and found the biggest knife she could. She stood for a moment in the doorway of her bedroom watching him sleep. Disgusted of the man in front of her. The knife rose high in the air… before she knew it the knife was plunged deep into his flesh, piercing through his chest. Multiple times she pulled the knife out and stabbed it back in. Blood soaked the area. With nothing left for her in Ireland, Lucy took John's wallet, taking his bank card and booked herself a flight to America, as far away as possible. Lucy didn't bother to hide the crime scene, she knew if she was ever to return to ireland, she would be thrown away. So, she never returned. Lucy purchased herself a motorbike and rode around America. Killing John made lucy think, she was good at killing, hell she enjoyed it… It took her awhile but she soon became established as a hitwoman. Lucy was paid on several occasions to take out certain targets for a high price. Lucy showed no mercy for those she was paid to kill, and she cared little for the reason behind the hits. A job was a job. Eventually, Lucy found herself in Los Santos, the place of her next hit. Which was also what made her stay in the city. While enacting her kill, Lucy was confronted by some men in dark green suits, all as heavily armed as she was. Suspicions of each other were high and there was a bit of stand off between them. The men introduced themselves as the Irish Mafia, and Lucy couldn't help but laugh. While the men kept their weapons, Lucy tucked hers away; a grin clean across her lips. Lucy told them she wanted no trouble, she was here for work and that she was leaving. Lucy eventually became close with them and found connections in the Irish Mafia. For the first time, Lucy felt like she had a place she belonged. A year past, and Lucy had finally settled into Los Santos, a place she finally felt welcomed. However, the year was unkind to her organisation, and she lost many people she held close to her. Lucy was left alone once more after the Irish disbanded, her friends all scattered and left without a trace. Being wanted back in Ireland left her with little options. Lucy returned to her life of organised crime, reopening her business as a hitwoman; this time with more skills and experience thanks to her time with the Irish Mafia. Lucy began to grow cold and lonely, the voices and screams of those she was paid to torture and/or kill began to torment her in the night; she would see figures of those she killed following her. She knew it was just her head trying to guilt her, but she was good at her job. Nobody knew or would find any evidence of her crimes. The loneliness and fear had gotten too much for her and she longed for something, someone to help her, that was when she found her family. The Triads. They gave her a place within their ranks, gave this experienced killer and torturer a place to feel welcome and in doing so, they saved her life. They acknowledged her talents and she continues to be a weapon for their cause, doing as she's ordered in order to protect her family. Her family...
