  1. Explosion Enterprises has no affiliation with the above poster, nor do we desire to boycott LCS.
  2. Otherwise known as “The Donut Gang.” What started as a small family, soon began to grow into something of a ‘family’ crime syndicate. Word of the family began to spread, and not just through Los Santos. Word of their activities even reached the likes of Lucy’s blood family back home in Ireland, and many of her siblings and other relatives reached out and came to Los Santos and joined their cause. Like all good stories, it started when a felon fell in love with a Department of Corrections Deputy Warden. The pair had something of a strange history, but after taking the time to get to know each other, they began to see what others couldn’t. He thought she was more than just the monster everyone else saw, and she saw potential in him, a potential yet to be awoken. The pair fell for each other quickly, and almost as quick as they fell, PD and SD sought to destroy their happiness. Lucy, the known felon, had reached out to a Detective and handed over everything illegal she owned and sat in prison for the items she handed over willingly. She had wanted to rid away her life of crime so that it didn’t affect her new husband’s job as Deputy Warden at the Department of Corrections. She was ready to become a new person for him, and she tried her best; it was hard at first for Lucy to adjust, but she managed. Life seemed to be going well for her until she had heard that the Sheriff department was kicking up a fuss. They had actively marched down to the prison and demanded her husband, Herbert, resign from his position because of Lucy. There was little he could do, even after trying to persuade them that Lucy had changed. Forced to leave his job, Herbert proclaimed that he didn’t mind, he was happy he’d found someone to love. Lucy, however, was infuriated. Everything she sacrificed for Herbert and his job so that he wouldn’t suffer, it didn’t work. They still only saw Lucy as a monster and made him resign because of her. So if it’s a monster that they want, a monster they shall have. Thus, Herbert and Lucy set off to punish those who wronged them, and others began to join their cause... Explosion Enterprises is more than just a “gang”. They are a family, a family with one thing on their mind. Money and power. With Herbert’s past job he managed to procure a large fortune which he’s now embezzled into the gang, Explosion Enterprises are the proud owners of a store, a gas station and seek to grow their businesses. The family recently came into purchasing a local clothes factory, which they have begun to use as a front for their illicit activities. While everything may appear legal as their sweatshop workers tirelessly make their specialized donut hoodies, behind the scenes, the Explosions plan to launder drug money, sell and store weapons and much, much more. And that is just a small sample idea of what the Explosion family have planned. The Donut Queen: Lucy Explosion being the person with the most experience and knowledge of the “gang” life and it’s mentality took the reins and became the leader of the family. She is the one pulling the strings and ensuring that everyone is doing their part and is happy within their band of rag-tag outcasts. Lucy already has something of a good relationship with most of the gang leaders and hopes to maintain this relationship as their family grows. The Donut King: Herbert Explosion might be new to the life of crime, and the gang life, but seems to be adjusting well. Herbert is not exactly the brightest of the bunch but he’s certainly the back-bone of their family, and Lucy’s second in command. While the others might lack any form of remorse or empathy for their victims, Herbert is the light and laughter that they need to remind them they aren’t just monsters, and they too have a place in this world. Unicorn Soldier: Kat Explosion, formerly Galaxy, is one of Lucy's adopted daughters. Kat and Lucy have a long history while the pair used to be in allied gangs. They have always had eachothers backs and that certainly isn't going to change. It was no wonder why Kat became high command and was entrusted the rank Unicorn Soldier to continue working side by side with Lucy and their family, no longer just as allies. Unicorn Soldier: Sophia Explosion, Lucy's other adopted daughter. Sophia and Lucy met in prison and initially didn't get along. However, the pair soon grew to be fast friends and are almost inseperable. Sophia is a trusted and loyal member of the family as deadly with a weapon as she is with her words. Donut Conoisseur: Emilia Explosion, Lucy's elder sister, is a trusted soldier within their ranks, specializing in wit, cunning, and brains. She's a loyal soldier and works closely with the other members of command to ensure everything is running smoothly. Emilia, though the brains of the operation, may act the fool, but don't let that fool you, this girl is packing a mean brain and a punch match too. Donut Taster: Alex Explosion, Lucy's distant cousin, comes in at the rank of Donut Taster, a low ranking soldier. However, don't underestimate her, she is as deadly and as important as the rest of the family. Though, lacking anything in terms of a brain, she makes up for it in brute strength.

  5. While I would like to believe this, I simply cannot, your first shots were fired directly towards out Kamacho, and then continued to shoot towards us. The Zeta vehicle claimed to be firing upon can be seen in this footage: The car can be seen leaving the area before we even arrive, which prooves the shots were fired towards us and our Kamacho, the vehicle you claim to be firing upon has left the scene. Nobody began to laugh as we were being shot at, the reason we were brought to such a sudden halt was because we were rammed by the insurgent as we were trying to take the off ramp, forcing us to turn around, not only that, but they were stopping to type since we were fired upon for no reason. Realistically, we would never have stopped. I would also like to highlight this specific thing that happened moments before we arrived; the same scene which is going to be reported seperately by the players it happened to, however would like to use it to reinforce the point I made about people being "trigger happy" https://i.gyazo.com/fb8d4660128f31ba7fb27bea80be37dc.mp4 Again, a car doing something very similar to what we did on the scene a few moments before we arrived. This situation is going to be reported seperately, but would like to highlight it to show the "shoot on sight" mentality.
  6. Player(s) being reported: ID 131, 171 & Multiple officers / SWAT on scene Date of interaction reported: 22/03/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1584836578 Your characters name: Lucy_Donovan Other player(s) involved: Eve_McMahon, ID 104, ID 109, and multiple officers on the scene. Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? We recieved a text from some Zeta's asking for backup by WeazelNews and promptly began heading towards that location, we then saw the large scene and began to observe. We had made no hotsile movements nor had we acted in a way to prevoke the other party. We simply drove past the scene was was then promptly rammed by 131 in an insurgent for no reason, given no demands to leave the area and it wasn't an active shoot out as there was no gunfire heard in the area, we were simply looking around to see if this was the scene we were requested to provide "backup", after we were rammed by the insurgent, ID 171 then began to open fire at our Kamacho, hitting us in the process, and encouraging a lot more officers to open fire at our vehicle. We simply had done nothing to warrent such trigger happy behaviour. I would like to add no demands were given in the entire, we were not told or asked to leave, we were just shot at. I don't believe such trigger happy behaviour was warrented expecially since our Kamacho was so heavily outnumbered it was foolish of us to even think about trying anything. 7. Player(s) being reported: ID 240 Date of interaction reported: 21/03/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 15848331095 Your characters name: Lucy_Donovan Other player(s) involved: Eve_Donovan, ID 109, ID 104. Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Baiting Government Services - Provoking a reaction from faction services without a realistic reason / or calling faction services to e.g. rob them. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for anything other than its intended purpose. • Submerging any vehicle in water or unrealistically beaching any watercraft. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover for a friend or yourself, or fleeing with it. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 240 was "baiting" us to chase him so I rped pointing my gun out of the window, aimed and issued him demands. He then proceeded to show no fear for his life with a gun at close range and drive off on his motorbike. He then continued to loop back around to a Kamacho filled with four armed individuals and continued to "bait" before running and hiding at PD. I do believe that poor RP and borderline non-rp, not to mention how blatant fearRP it was. Evidence of rule breach:
  8. Hello, I'm ID 232. I do not believe that calling someone a "nonce" from the passenger seat of a vehicle is cop baiting. ''Please do not take reporting another player lightly and reserve player reports for situations that have caused severe loss or were abused for benefit. Consider if you could possibly teach this player or if you've tried to come to a resolution on your own.'' - I do not believe this was a necessary report and seems rather petty. However thanks for the report. I look forward to hearing from the staff team.
  9. Things must have changed since I was a cop then, since the whole year and a bit I was in PD nobody ever did that.
  10. Not that it matters as it's an IC issue, but I didn't shoot, nor did I harm any officers prior to this pursuit. I actually advised others against doing so and just leaving. On that note, I didn't act aggressively in the pursuit either, I didn't ram into anyone, break check, nothing to warrant lethal force. I don't understand your argument because your just admitting to breaking these rules. If you ICly feared for your life, you never would have done these actions, these rules are in place for a reason and this was VERY poor RP in my opinion. Just because you roleplay the injuries sustained in doing these actions, doesn't excuse your rule breaks. I read your article and it only furthers my point, not to mention the officer acted differently to you. He acted to save the life of a civilian, you did it to stall out my car so you could end a pursuit. Not to mention the officer died. Both of us would have died from that crash not just you "bleeding from the head".
  11. Player(s) being reported: ID 97 Date of interaction reported: 20/01/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1579478068 Your characters name: Lucy_McMahon Other player(s) involved: N/A. How did the player break the rule(s)? The player intentionally put his life in danger turning into a vehicle travelling at speeds of 120+ in order to head on collide with my vehicle showing no value for their own life in the process, in attempts to stall my vehicle, and thus succeeding. Evidence of rule breach: Footage proof: Admittance to intentionally ramming me head on:
