Reduce Rain Frequency

I actually think the weather is a lot better.

There are days and days where it doesn't rain, then it rains for a whole day off and on, then not again for several days.

It's a good balance for people who don't like it and people who like it.

I rarely see the rain to be honest. Maybe you're just getting unlucky. 

It did used to rain pretty much constantly a year ago though, but that was changed.

Rain needs to be less often and to be synced. It's annoying when I have to chase a suspect and it's blue skies for them but it's flooding for me, making me slide everywhere. It rains FAR too often, It has become a meme where I get told to get off duty / offline because it literally rains all the time. It makes me want to log off because it gets boring.

It's literally been raining for 75 mins...

+1 , the rain makes it really really hard to hear other people in game.

Rain lowers FPS and may put players at a severe disadvantage because it doesn't sync properly. I suggest it be removed just like the cover system, until appropriate syncing can be done.

I don't often agree with AlexAlex303, but in this, I can agree. The rain looks nice visually but it causes too many problems and is far too frequent.

I know global warming is an issue but fuck, it's supposed to be California.

I concur, sync all weather so it's a fair playing ground for all.

I have always thought that PD just turned on the weather machine and made it rain whenever they got into a high speed pursuit with a HPT. 

But yes, reduce that...I hate logging in to having it rain for 30 mins straight, stop...and then rain again.

The rain right now is good. And I believe its not too frequent, however their are issues with the synchronisation of the rain for all players (it rains for one person but not the other). IMO that’s what needs fixing the most.

I wish weather was predetermined for about 2 ingame days, so we can have a weather app also telling us what sort of weather to expect at different times.

However, as stated above. The rain needs to be synced. One big issue I  have with the rain is that it's so loud. I have a hard time to hear anyone. I'm not sure if this is something that even can be adjusted.
