I was involved in an earlier situation where we had to house a few suspects for quite some time at Mission Row. This was however not due to incompetency on our end, but due to their allies that were outside, circling and waiting for us to transport. This is the most common reason that I have seen for keeping people at Mission Row. As Steel mentioned, could also be a case of investigations / something administrative.

when cops are undercover irl, do they drive around in cars with visible LED lights and police computers? I don't think so (I know they don't). What happens when a detective is doing an undercover operation and has to drive there in a car with emergency lights, surely this will only limit roleplay. If we're looking to restrict undercover procedures to ensure criminal safety, why not add liveries to all pd cars? (this is a joke)

XRAY was the previous callsign for the helicopter. It can not see trough walls, there is no XRAY technology.

I am very dissapointed, having to hear these sort of accusations. I have been involved in countless cases of planning and seeking search warrants onto houses and none of them have been based on ooc hate. My team and I work hard to gather IC evidence for IC crimes, to follow up with IC consequences. Removing the raids completely would make no sense. That would allow all houses to be PD free zones and remove all liability from the criminals. I have been involved in multiple cases, where the criminals have outsmarted us with multiple houses, rented houses etc. It is possible not to have your stuff raided. Blaming anything OOC is a cheap excuse to being ignorant to the time and effort that goes into these scenarios from our side.
