Los Zetas

Three of the most powerful gangs in Los Santos consist of the Triads, Los Zetas and The Clowns.

The council has always existed in Los Santos, to help promote peace and to encourage alliances, however, through these three gangs it is reformed.

With the recent actions of smaller gangs coming to light, the council decides to meet to discuss matters that require their attention. Jay Gamble and the Los Zetas head over to Palmer's Power Station to meet with their fellow council leaders.

A lot of members turn up to the meeting, to introduce themselves, and to share and promote their plans of action. A lot is discussed, with the end result encouraging prosperity. The council continues their plan of action, bolstering their treasuries and empowering their standing within Los Santos. The Los Zetas are now more developed than ever, with other council members and leaders standing by their side.

I love the part about the Council trying to help to promote peace and to encourage alliances. I think that is very noble of you guys. I cannot wait you starting doing that on the server as that would be a great addition and I bet a lot of people would appreciate it. I understand that such big group needs some time to get on the same track, you know, get rid of the old bad habits and try to not get bored and fuck with everyone as there is nothing better to do.

So yeah, like I said, good job so far, ignore all the haters, which probably is like half of the server and yeah, keep it real!

The question is they are Mafia or Gang ?

I'd say a street gang that "moves" like the mafia, under the sense of. Evolving your status in the community.

EDIT:

I mean but in hindsight, you start off small right, then you earn a rep etc. you go from robbing convenient stores and small shit, to big shit right? When people think of the mob, they think of an organized criminal organization, at least I do. Which is my comment about a street gang that moves like the mafia, due to the fact of the style, it isn't some petty people trying to prove themselves, they are known for an array of crimes etc. Which is why when people see there colors, they fear what can happen next.

Los Zantos 247

One of the more recent acquisitions for the Zetas, a 247 supermarket, located behind Los Santos Bank; now one of the primary hot spots for Zetas to hang out at, and mingle with potential prospects. A common ground for civilians and criminals alike to interact safely, it has become a normal place for socializing, networking and at times other various activities. One of the many legal ventures of the Zetas, Los Zantos 247 strives to stay on top of the convenience store game, by ensuring a wide variety of goods, always conveniently stocked at reasonable prices and always ensuring the newest products are stocked in a timely fashion. Business is booming for the Zetas more than ever and with the ability to turn dirty money into clean legal cash, the organization needed to make sure this new venture would become a popular hit. Equipped with arguably the best radio station in town, populated with colorful personalities, on top of being in a great location; Los Zantos 247 would succeed in bringing in consistent business from all sides of the playing field and aims to reach even higher.

Of course, with a Cartel running the show, shady money will always be involved in creating something so pure. The 247 is not only a means to give you product at a convenience, at times it also serves as a front for more illicit business. The alleyways and back of the store being used as a means to commonly conduct illegal business in a private and efficient manner, with no trespassing signs and armed security surrounding the area in times of need. This area serves as a perfect means to collect outside income, perform shake downs, roll dice and exchange illicit goods, convenience indeed.

Planning a heist

After a few wars and purchasing the store, the Los Zetas needed some additional funding. To finance their heavy weaponry, a big sum of money was needed that could quickly be acquired. After some debating and considering options the leadership of the Los Zetas decided that robbing a small rural bank would be the best cause of action.

Specialized vehicles and equipment are needed for a job of this magnitude, so the Los Zetas set out to collect a multitude of vehicles and equipment.

A garbage truck was stolen and a money truck transport was hit, all to use as a disguise to avoid suspicion when robbing the bank.

Afterwards, all the equipment was safely stored within the headquarters of the operation

Now, the Los Zetas lie low as they wait for the heat of hitting the money truck dies down, planning a right date to commence their operation. All the pieces are in place. The crew has been assembled. All they need now is an opportune moment...

The Product

One of many perks of being affiliated with a Mexican cartel is direct access to some of the most pure narcotics on the planet; one in particular that tends to stand out though, in terms of popularity and profitability is cocaine. In a recent DEA drug threat assessment, it was released that Mexican drug cartels are able to maintain a major trafficking footprint in the United States; this is done through proxy groups such as ours.

The Plug

A small unmarked Cessna lands at an undisclosed location in the San Andreas desert, equipped with several suitcases loaded with signature marked bricks of cocaine from our suppliers in Mexico. Met by one of our overseers, we would spend the afternoon discussing business and unloading the suitcases, eventually carefully transporting them back to the city of Los Santos. Once back in the city, the two men in charge of the drop would meet up up and discuss their plans on how to move the product to an up and coming local street gang, looking to branch out.

The Drop

As the sun set, the call went out; the product is packaged, and ready to deliver to the buyer. Details were discussed, and terms agreed upon for the keys, both would send out small groups to finalize the deal. The Zetas would be waiting at an undisclosed location, soon met by the local street gang. Some small chat would be made, but the situation would be fairly direct, closing the deal out and creating further relations between the two groups, ultimately making a hefty sum of money for the Los Zetas.

A Means to Legal cash

As the Los Zetas family grows so does Their wealth, with fleets of cars and other high-end loot it has become hard to stay unnoticed. local law enforcement as made it their goal to hassle The Zetas in anyway the Police Department has deemed necessary. this gross over use of their powers has made dealing with police a very real yet mundane experience for the Group. Some members had to look for more ways to make money and stay under the radar, this would be the exact reason for the fruit stands conception. Stranger_2920_8409-1563562093618.png

Making the Fruit Stand Shine

After Just a few days of thinking the Fruit stand was deemed a great addition to outside the story providing a friendly element to the area throwing off nosy police from the gang actions. The fruit stand has a few owners who claim it as their own Collie Fegan and Wolfgang Reeves being the two most notable, despite their differences in how to run the fruit stand they make it work. with close ties to the near by 247 market their fruit stand would have a great place to keep fruit fresh. though after a while Wolfgang would find himself out of lots of fruit from consistent sales he would need to find a way to get more fruit.Stranger_8771_3589-1563758442379.png

The Plans that followed

Now since the owners of the fruit stand had their goals figured out the plans was all that was left to come up with. Wolfgang and a few of his close friends would go up North to case out farms and other fruit stands in the area, once he assembled his team Wolfgang would wait for dark and roll up north with his group finding to his surprise more fruit and veggies than he could even plan to steal. a few days after the trip up north Wolfgang would be approached by a close ally of his Jin Koi ( a member of the triads). Koi would go on to tell Wolfgang of his needs of fresh veggies for their noodles, as soon as this was mention Wolfgang would agree to getting the veggies since he already knew where to get them. Stranger_8771_3589-1566426765716.png

The Fruit Heist

Now since everything was now in place and the plans were made Wolfgang and his group just need to wait for a quiet night. a couple days would pass after dealing with Jin Wolfgang would lead his group up north to snatch and grab as many pear, apples and oranges they could get their hands on. after hitting a few fruit stand and hurting some of the competition the group would go on the collect the veggies for Mr KoiStranger_8771_3589-1566619222169.png

The end of the Journey North

With pockets and trucks full of fruits and veggies the Fruit bandits head back into town. having very few problems coming back to town Wolfgang would contact his buyer for the veggies to give him the pick up location. deciding that the store would be the best place to do the transaction since the team would only appear to be stocking the fruit stand everything was in place to finish the job.Stranger_8771_3589-1566619921282.png

Los Zantos 247

Trappin' Out The Alley

Los Zantos 24/7 recognized as one of the cornerstone markets in Los Santos, for many of reasons. Not only because they have the most convenient prices, and a beautiful location behind the bank. But it's also the customer service, as you'll see from the day to day life around this prestigious super market, the outside may not be as it all appears.

Despite all the success the corner store had from selling guns that day, a bunch of wannabes pulled up trying to sell guns. Which resulted in Gio being shot but luckily the Zetas were all in front of the store, and gunned the assailants down.

The men heard he had weapons, and wanted to purchase. Gio sold them the weapons, paranoid that it could be a set up.

After concluding some early morning business, Gio post's up waiting for the day to begin and the customers to roll in.
