If you have room in your SSD, then you should transfer GTA there, having RAGE on the SSD won't improve performance, because the game has to retrieve GTA resources from the HDD anyway.

No, it's not supposed to be like that. I've tested it on the public server and it worked fine for me. I will do more tests and try to resolve this issue.

It's your clothes, the top hides a larger part of your arms than it should.

Can you show me where you stand when you try to place a bag into a van? I don't see any problems with the current restriction, it's there to prevent people from taking a bag from the wrong van.

@Adrian Johnson I've transfered your car to my test server and I did not notice a performance change when switching between cruise mode (with 299 set as the limit). Tested on a flat surface in LS Airport.
