Credit store vehicles have a 24 hour refund window. How did a crash prevent you from logging back in and proceeding with the scripted refund process?

It's intentional. If you change wheels, you pay for the new wheels and then pay extra for a custom color.

I do not believe it's a bug. I have restored the main HSW upgrade for you though.
-
It wouldn't disappear as the only thing that gets changed is the owner id. Are you sure you didn't set it to stock, saved the changes, then forgot to revert it back before going to mechanic?
-
Boats and aircraft will need a different stat UI because their data is a bit different, I'll look into this at a later date.

The issue has been fixed. I shall go through the custom plate number purchases and restore them where needed.

@FarmerJesus did you purchase the plate number using the F6 menu? Was the vehicle parked (despawned) at the time of purchase? Did you bring your car to a mechanic to apply some sort of customizations afterwards?
-
Shall be investigated. Once the issue is fixed I will change your plate number manually.

Hi, will be fixed in the next server patch.
-
Have you tried this again after the recent updates?

i just lost 1000s of euros of credits :(

Why do you need all 20 cars fully maxed at the same time? All players got refunded the same amount of in-game currency which is the exact amount that they had to spend on the old performance mods. All players are in the same situation whether it's a credit car or not. Credit imports never ever included any mods in the package, but I made an exception for the HSW mod due to it's extremely high cost (sometimes up to $1M per mod). I also don't think it's reasonable to say that you lost 1000s of euros because of the pricing changes. The mod pricing changes do not obliterate the car value to 0 credits, many credits are bought during sales, credit prices change (Niobe used to be 25k, not sure how much you spent personally), the refund money mitigates part of the new upgrade costs. If you received refunds from 20 fully maxed cars, then there should be enough refund money to fully max at least some number of those cars, it is up to you how you prioritize them. I noticed that some cars are not that expensive and cost much less than 100k to max (which is the estimate refund per fully maxed car), so that also reduces your "losses" and you shouldn't even be listing those cars in your complaint at all. What I would suggest is to prioritize maxing the cars that you actually use frequently instead of just maxing them all at once just because (practical vs emotional). You may also prioritize the EMS (Engine) mods and Turbo and leave the Brakes, Suspension or Transmission for another time which would allow you to save money, but have near similar performance as before. Mods are also incremental, so lets say you can also consider having LVL 4 mods on some cars instead of LVL5 on all cars. You can always upgrade them later once you have enough in-game currency. If maxed out cars really matter to you that much, consider selling an in-game asset or two to get the upgrades. Overall, you still have the same cars that you bought, they still have the same stats and mods available, but the pricing of those mods has changed due to a balancing change which is covered by the credit purchase agreement under development and server rule changes.

Hi, we are aware of the issue and it has already been fixed, but you'll need to wait for a server restart. The stock is there, it's just invisible.

I have decided to include the HSW Performance Upgrade (the most expensive mod) by default to all credit imported vehicles that do support it. Previously, the main HSW mod only cost $500 of in-game currency which basically meant that the mod used to be a free upgrade. It's an important factor that influenced players to import HSW vehicles for large amounts of credits. I think it will be more fair that way, especially for the people who contribute financially to keeping the server running. 1) Credit vehicles do not impact the economy which initially was my main concern (that is, poor players becoming poorer due to loss of value of their mods while rich players becoming much more wealthier due to the increase of value of their mods); therefore, not having such a problem with credit imports allows me to make an exception without spawning large amounts of in-game currency into the game economy out of thin air; 2) Prior to the update one could say that the HSW upgrades were already included by default because of their bare minimum price of $500 for the "Speaker" and "Knob" mods each which currently costs somewhere between $100,000 and $1,000,000 depending on the vehicle tier; 3) It's reasonable to assume that both developers and players had considered the previous HSW accessibility when setting the credit store prices or when deciding to import a HSW compatible vehicle for credits. Many players may had opted not to spend credits on those vehicles if they knew they had to spend another $1,000,000 of in-game currency in addition to the credits already paid just to achieve the same performance.

Good tip on how to totally bankrupt the server
-
Give us a day or two to consider what we could do for credit car owners. The main reason for the performance mod reset was due to the economy, but credit cars do not impact the economy so it is not unreasonable to bring them back or give credit cars a mod upgrade discount.

Taxes are calculated each time you get money added to your salary, if you did not have VIP at the time, then the tax reductions do not apply. This prevents players from manipulating the tax script in a variety of ways.

I'm sorry that you feel that way, there are no manipulative intentions on our end though. It was done that way so there wouldn't be a huge influx of rare and unique cars into the server. The donator tier limitation (and high price for that matter) enables the server to earn some additional income from our most generous donators while having the least amount of impact on the general gameplay and the economy. The number of vehicles imported from the "special" list is well below the number of Legends so far, and some have bought more than one, which means that the overall distribution is even lower. From our perspective, this is a desirable outcome because it keeps supers more unique, rare and valuable, which we consider better for the gameplay and the economy rather than having hundreds of supers get imported. On that note, we could probably make lots of money by making them available for everybody, but we always aim for a more balanced approach that has the least amount of impact on the server, which is also why we decided to disable the purchasing of Credit XP. If there is some car that you really want, then try your luck and wait for the next sale, perhaps it there will be something that you desire. In an ideal world, there should not be a Credit Store at all, but in reality nothing is free and we have to pay monthly operating costs, taxes and salaries, so it is as it is. We do not intend to change the import system at this point in time, so I will lock the thread.

Game crashes during a bus route locks you out of your bus upon returning
Osvaldon replied to WGBongwater's topic in Archive
The bus needs to be unlocked near the center point of the vehicle, you are simply out of range.
