It's a GTA V issue, can't fix it by any other way, than moving the drop-off point elsewhere.

Animation is not in the script, updated the /anim command description.

Current clothing system would mess up your original clothes, if that were to work with regular ones, command is disabled for players without a uniform.

I like most of these ideas, will forward them to NBDY I also think, that low level of food and hydration could increase fatigue and prevent the player from sprinting, while staying well fed could allow you to regenerate your health slowly (if you feel it's realistic enough, you can add to the the points in the OP).
