  4. I understand what you are saying, but he didn't simply "run some red lights", he was recklessly operating a road vehicle which in itself is a misdemeanor as he was endangering the safety of everyone by doing so. You might be able to consider that "poor RP" but I believe that this in itself is not breaking a rule. I broke an LSPD handbook rule and that's why I got fired, but if I was a civilian, I don't believe you would issue a punishment for doing this if I would have typed my "demands". As such, I believe we would be evaluating the fact that I did not type in chat. As I mentioned before, I knew from his actions and from the fact that the people in the car answering me previously that they were listening to me (as confirmed in 4:19 of the video). I also stated that I did not get reported not to try to clear my name in a way like: "I uploaded the video so you shouldn't be targetting me" but in a way like: "The player did not report me because he knew he could listen and he knew he was the one breaking the rule, otherwise, even without video evidence or screenshots, he could have made a report and ask an admin to check the kill and text logs and accuse me of DM". Every day I get into situations where I give my demands over voice if I know people are listening. If the rule of typing over text needs to be enforced at all times, I can already see a lot of examples I would have to report. Let's think about this scenario: Someone approaches me and tells me to put my hands up, I say: "Ok ok please don't shoot", he says, "I will only shoot if you run away". Eventually, I run away and he shoots me. Clearly, we both knew what was going on and clearly if one or the other couldn't listen we would inform that on a /ooc text. Am I allowed to report him for DM? I don't think that is fair. Anyway, this is my personal opinion on the matter, I hope to hear from a senior staff member soon. Thanks in advance
  5. Account name: nevy Character name(s): Nevy Seara Admin who issued punishment: BrockOlly Date of punishment: 04/04/2019 Punishment received: 60 Minutes Jail Time Reason given for punishment: Failing to give the demands over text instead of VOIP. Your explanation of what happened: The video shows pretty much what happened exatly. At 0:12 (on the video) they answered me, at 1:06 (on the video) I told I was from LSPD and it was the only time I ever said that. At 4:19 (on the video) he says that he doesn't believe that I was a cop, which means the he heard me in the first place. He did not mention at any times ooc that he couldn't hear me and he allways acted like he could. I allways roleplay in text when I understand that the people to not listen to me, but this player broke the Fear Roleplay rule while he clearly knew what was going on. Why should your appeal be accepted?: I believe that the purpose of the rule where you need to give demands by texting is for players to have a chance to respond to the roleplay and to know what was going on as sometimes RageMP bugs out and doesn't transmit voice. I allways do this and even when I was a cop, I had no problem on typing a lot of senteces (you can check my text logs) in text when I knew someone was not hearing me. Here, clearly, everyone was hearing me and I knew that which is why I conducted my RP through VOIP. I do not wish to be unjailed or anything like that as I don't really mind waiting my 60 minutes, but I would like to keep my prestige admin record clean... The punishement was also given based on a report written by me, as I did not get reported by anyone as the people involved had no reason to complain about. Thanks in advance Post any evidence or further details:

    Fear RP

Player(s) being reported: ID 246 Date of interaction reported: 03/04/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1554319170 Your characters name: Nevy Seara Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) ● Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. ● Examples, where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When the engine of your vehicle is stalled and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. ● Examples, where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a vehicle which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. ● As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? The suspect kept trying to run away after several warning to put his hands up and after being shot several times. EXTRA NOTE: After reviewing the vod myself, I feel that I should have warned the suspect to raise his hands once again at 3:15 in an attempt to roleplay this situation better. In fact, the fact that he shows no fear for his life shouldn't keep me from doing my best roleplay at all times. Evidence of rule breach:

I understand what you are saying but I still think it is not normal for someone to attempt to get into a police vehicle on duty, friend or not, in front of a bank where a situation is getting a bit out of hand. But you can wait for an admin that might agree with you, this is just my personal opinion.

No not at all, I enjoy all kinds of roleplay and I don't mind dieing to you or anything like that, it is just that I spend a lot of time in the Bank and people there just go crazy and break a bunch off rules all the time. I do not report all of them, just a few, becuse I believe that that needs to be changed. On one hand you have people trying to roleplay as best as they can, in the other you have people randomly trying to jump into cop cars for no reason in a NCZ, some others insult us and bait us for no reason as well. I am not mad or anything, like I said, I enjoy being kidnaped and I also have fun when people escape from me etc, but one thing is reasonable roleplay, another is just madness you wouldn't see anywhere in real life happening all the time in NCZ's.

Player(s) being reported: ID 82 and ID 42 Date of interaction reported: 02/04/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1554237701 Your characters name: Nevy Seara Specific rule(s) broken: 1- No Crime Zones (NCZ) ● A no crime zone is an area where players may not commit any actions considered crimes. ● Players must not disobey orders of law enforcement officers but are allowed to flee. ● The /NCZ command and HUD notification are indicators of being in a protected area although it is up to administrator discretion if your actions are in violation of NCZ rules. ● If a player uses the NCZ for protection the attacker must wait for that player to leave the area. ● Players may not go to a NCZ after engaging in criminal activity resulting in an ongoing chase. ● NO CRIME ZONES: • “Tequil La La” club, “Yellow Jack Inn” bar, and the block around them. • All government offices, law enforcement offices, hospitals, banks, and the blocks around them. • Los Santos Airport, Bus Depot, Department of Motor Vehicles, and the block around them. 2 - Non-Roleplay (NRP) ● Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. ● Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. ● Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. ● In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 42 refused several times to obey a police officer order which falls under breaking the law GM11 - Failure to Comply/Identify and breaks the NCZ rule itself. ID 82 attempted a grand theft auto against a government employee. For the last, it could also be considered NRP as he tried to get into a police officer's vehicle in front of the main bank of the city with no motive at all. Evidence of rule breach:

You seem such a nice guy when you respond to this post, I don't know if it is either because you know an admin will check it, or any other reason. You said you advised me not to report it, but I can guarantee that in the 2 hours ((2 hours OOC)) that I was parked by the bank writing a report, you did not mention to me this "visual bug" that "everyone knows about" once, in fact, you waited for the report to be able to come here and tell me that. I would also advise you guys to take it easy on the NCZ as it is not very realistic for 10 guys to be taking out on cops in the front of the main bank in a city, after all, we try to achieve the most realistic roleplay we can.

  12. Date and time (provide timezone): 18:30 GMT 00 Character name: Nevy Seara Issue/bug you are reporting: The Poker game is not working properly and made me lose around 8k money. Expected behavior: When 5 cards complete a straight on the board, the kickers should count. In this case, everyone had a straight and it should be a split pot. Since the algorithm as made me lose this hand, there might be other few examples when the 5 cards on the table count, it might make someone lose wrongfully, as for example in a 5 card flush etc. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate:
