  1. Im with @HaminLord on the majority of his reply but I'll go ahead and provide further detail. Police should definitely have to make weapons orders and have them transported to the designated stations, this will bring in an extra element of unique. It would very easy to assign large numbers to protect these convoys by assigning 90% of available units at the time etc and this could be a monthly import. I believe this would help with PD Officers showing a little more value for their assets overall when entering certain situations. Onto the topic of the guns being tangible items. I believe a good way to handle this would be to implement rules against targeted PD robbing and only allowing taking of weapons over certain strict conditions. The best way in my opinion to go about this would be to allow each officer to drop a weapon with a script instead of inventory, this way if the officer dies the gun is not just left lying around, helping prevent provoked shootouts directly for guns. As for gangs and alliances, I'd like to raise that rules preventing this is insane and should always be handled icly. I'd also like to add that 2 of the 4 current "large gangs" are allied and the others are neutral. This neutrality has came about icly and there are meant reasons for it, if you want a server where every gang is shooting each other go play GTAO. Wars occur between gangs and the scales vary, luckily this is not a common occurrence. Alongside this there is almost no reason for gangs to fight anymore, potentially re introducing turfs/gang territory that provide asset gain would shake this up. What I don't understand is people cry about gangs being allies and peace throughout the city, but the second a war breaks out everyone cries about that as well. As for criminal lifestyle not being rewarding on a risk reward level, in some instances this is true and could do with even a simple monetary reward increase etc. There is already a criminal rework in development and this will bring new life to the criminal scene. Final point in relation to PD/SD using drag hikes to patrol. This has been a very common occurrence as of late and it seems to be SD that is the common culprit of this. PD attempted to used Bf400s and drags whilst In SWAT gear a few months ago and stopped this after receiving a lot of negative feedback. Whilst this is a bit of an issue it's in retaliation to the number and style of high speed vehicles that criminals are using daily. I believe a reasonable fix for this issue would be to have a bike unit as PD already do, where the bike riders are not kitted out in fully duty SWAT gear.
  2. -1 overall, DM is very strict. As it should be. Perhaps instead of shooting the driver the rule could be tweaked to allow shooting at vehicles to disable them e.g. popping tires. This rule change is already under discussion as for as I'm aware. To address the elephant in the room: Big - 1 on the topic of shooting every player present at a scene. People are already allowed to be engaged on if they insert themselves into an active shootout presenting a threat. You are merely looking for an excuse to bait shooting at large parties of people. This would be easily abused by sending one person in to bait "dm rights" and then people open fire from range. A tactic you have used in the past, of which comes 0 interactive rp. I find it interesting that a person of your playstyle is conveniantly attempting to dictate the DM rules to entice more mass shootings. Adding conditions like these to a rule only creates more grey areas to be abused.
  3. Hello, talking on behalf of the official gangs I'd like to say that most of us don't run around with the "hands hands hands" mentality. I'd also like to add that it is not just criminals who falmnudner this, there have been numerous occasions where police officers run in screaming hands or get shot. Overall the hands mentality will unfortunately be hard to change, I've been there and done it myself so I'm not acting innocent. Perhaps when more unique areas are added for criminals to make actual asset gain etc the hands mentality will move away. Cheers.

Loved watching this gang progress and grow. Had nothing but positive interactions with all of your members, keep up the great work. I'm sure you will be rewarded soon enough
  5. Thread is looking great, best of luck with your new faction. I'm excited to see how things unfold.
  6. Good to see another Asian style gang come around. Hopefully this one beats the task of time.

    NCZ Zones

-1 overall on this, There are enough scripted protection zones and the small number of these already gets abused. As for not robbing/committing crime in daylight I disagree, this happens irl. Criminal syndicates literally kidnap and kill people in broad daylight, even solo muggers do work during the day. I can vouch for the two official gangs, we both avoid targeting civilians. The only time we openly engage on people in the street is when they have done something to deserve a retaliation. The hrob gangs/criminals will phase in and out, as this form of playing has an extremely short life time.

These "restrictions" are not strict in the slightest. The moment someone is wanted, their phone number and name are auto populated onto the "wanted list" whenever that player is online, without any player input. The number is then selected from there and traced at will - once this number has been seen once, a detective can trace this as they please. This seems like an IC problem, perhaps be a better detective. Make use of disguises and masks as criminals have to and don't drive a black bog standard buffalo. There have been detectives in the past who have successfully infiltrated entire gangs and not get caught. High profile criminals such as Mafia & Cartel members would 100% know the detectives of their city IRL, this is not unrealistic in any form. Again another IC issue that should not restrict an auto-populating system from being removed. You expect criminals to be truthful to cops you have another thing coming. Perhaps put in manual work and ensure that number ties with the correct person before acting on the evidence. Using regulations as a method to have a system not reworked is astonishing. It's essentially please don't change this system as it will hinder me ICly. People seem to forget the amount of criminals that have experienced PD on alts etc. 80% of the paperwork is entirely optional, there will be that one person that chooses to do every piece of paper work available. Back when I was PD we had an officer do close to 300 impound reports in a month - entirely optional. Now if 1 person can do this, there is easily the potential for 120 people to work together in creating a database of phone numbers. Just because there is a limited amount of access to a system, it does not it has now flaws. Take a look at illegal gun importing. A very low number of people actually have access to this yet people complain that "Every criminal runs around with a heavy" - This shows that a small number of people can use a specific system to effect the entire server. Overall I agree with you that the initial suggestion was a little lacking - People have added good comments with suggestion developments since then. I know this will come across like I am only vouching for the criminal side, but it's about finding the middle ground of a good system. An system back by the automatic MDC Database, that requires zero player input to gather any information. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope you don't take this as a ill intent.

Good to see that PD are open to suggestions, Perhaps if the tracking wasnt done every 5 seconds by certain members, people wouldn't find this an issue. Overall phones should be held in database yes, but I'm fully against any form of script sided automation to back RP as it reduces player input. Have a detective gather your phone number and add it to the database, like it would be registered irl. This is a suggestion in relation to the issue of 0 burner phones existing. In what situation IRL would you see leaders of a cartel using a pay monthly contract phones that is added to a database.

+1 on to this overall, In my opinion the active phone numbers should be stored on a database, but they should not link straight to full character names without any player input. Perhaps turn the automatic "wanted board" into a more manual process where officers input details to it themselves such as outstanding charges etc. If the name were removed, as Jake said - it would allow use of burner phones, bringing a new dynamic to Crim RP, instead of being restricted to no phone access unless you want auto traced in some instances.
  11. +1 to this overall, Actions that require use of your hands shouldnt be allowed when cuffed, unless rply carried out where you can then be ooc uncuffed either way. For hands up maybe allow certain actions as your hands would be less restricted, but still restrict most actions such as opening cars etc.
  12. Sorry but to say you have never seen this happening it blatant ignorance. Back from when I was PD, you were also a member at the same time and this happened a lot. Even if people are icly trained there are still going to be exceptions where people abuse it. As for reporting it, Im unsure if the mdc is even tracked in logs which would essentially make any report invalid due to no evidence if this is the case. I may be wrong on the mdc not being tracked in logs and would like appreciate clarification on that.
  13. Currently the Police MDC allows you to enter a player ID to pull up the record of said player with that ID. E.g. Typing in ID21 would show my characters full name Bruce_Wong if that was my current ID. In my opinion this should be removed for the following reasons: 1. Directly promotes metagaming - this is an IC system and OOC ID's should not be used to gain information such as character names to then place charges. 2. Promotes lazyness and lower RP quality - in no irl situation would an ID be assigned to a member of the general public. The player should be properly identified and the name typed in. I understand that this is a quality of life implementation but it is highly misused and often pushed to the side. To make it clear, players can already be identified by typing a portion of their name when they are online. Essentially meaning there's no requirement for the ID function. Cheers. 14. -1 to this, ruins any sence of rarity on the cars - take a look at the sultan rs, everyone and their gran now owns it. Comet was removed due to being easily abused - that being said multiple cars are effected in the same way. If it was to be added back it should be for at least €200 in the credit store only and for a limited time, to represent its rarity and performance. I still don't think it should be added back in any shape of form. If something gets removed, keep it out.
  15. Nothing but good and unique rp from these guys. Love seeing out of the blue ideas be implemented successfully, hope it stays around. Also they will clean literally anything.
  16. Edited to add a suggestion in relation to this
  17. This topic has been covered a million and one times and seems to continuously be swept under the rug. What I propose is that a functional scripted system be implemented to allow players to properly CK themselves. This will be done by the following: Add an option to the F5/F6 menu that allows players to "Kill their character" - Once the option is selected the player must write "confirm" in a dialogue box to proceed. Doing so would lock the current character slot along with all assets. - This will then only accessible by admins, afterwards a new slot will be auto added for their fresh character to be made. Current Issue: Character kills have always been abused as a way to avoid IC punishments for actions taken on that character, whilst still retaining all assets and indirectly IC info such as known aliases and phone numbers. Resolution: With the implementation of the transfer request system, this allows players a way to properly provide and make public the knowledge of their CK when requesting to move assets from the locked character to the new one if this is desired. Whilst also implementing consequences of CK'ing due to the transfer limitations and loss of all retained information/aliases etc on that character, as of which there are currently none. *Edit* - Items purchased with credits should be auto transferred to the new slot / made bind on account. Now that the first three stages of the murder had been complete, it was time to move onto the final act. The men made an attempt at clearing up the scene to remove any evidence tying them to the act. Unfortunately this was not their line of work and a group was brought in to deal with this issue. Cabrones Cleaning Company are already employed to clean out the store the Triads were using as a legal front. The organisation got in contact with them whilst they were carrying out their routine clean. Bringing in a third party was already risky enough, but it had to be done and conversation started. Now that the initial proposal was made, it was time to entice the cleaners into taking the job. The men are known to provide the best cleaning service throughout the city and they were up for the job. Chaz Lefour hesitated in relation to the job, Chaz Letwo got straight to the point and asked for a where and when. Now that the initial matter was cleared, it was time for the men from the organisation to introduce themselves. All three men introduced as the Wong Family, keeping their forenames out of the question. The cleaners were about to assist in a high profile crime, they were ensured that protection would follow. Along with the protection they were offered quadruple their regular pay and double if a good job is done. It was now time to escort the cleaners to the scene, the three men arranging the job headed the convoy, The rest of the members following behind to provide backup if required. Arriving at the location, the members following as backup spread out to secure the area, whilst the main two vehicles made their way through the security gate to the scene. Arriving on the scene, the smell left over from disposing of the body still lingered. Chaz was not impressed with this, raising some further questions, meanwhile Chaz began unloading from the van. Once the equipment was unloaded the men were reassured that this would not fall back on them. It was time for the cleaning to begin. The two cleaners seemed a little flustered as this job was outwith their usual tasks, they made conversation and began bickering attempting to distract their minds from the task at hand. The three men from the organisation spread out - allowing the cleaners some room to get to work, Once the men had finished arguing they started the job, one of which even started enjoying himself. Despite it being a murder scene, Chaz still managed to joke about the use of a roomba to do the job. The men were doing a good job, and slowly the blood stains began to fade away. After hours of work it was time to add the finishing touches. The smell of a charred corpse was still lingering in the air, the men suggested using air-fresheners to help out. Chaz had came prepared for this part. He went to his van and collected multiple cans of Lynx Africa, spraying them. The job was complete and the organisation couldn't have chosen a better party for the work. It was time for payment. Due to the quality of the work and risk related, the men ended up receiving eight times their regular payment in cash, collected straight from the foreign account. Now that the remaining evidence was taken care of it was time to leave the scene and never return. The group allowed the cleaners to pack up their gear and escorted them out of the scene. The Triads were almost certain they had gotten away with the murder of a detective. 净化 Part 4/4 - The End.

Now that the camera had stopped recording and the body had been disposed of it was time to prepare the message. Jin the man in charge of recording was one step ahead, he pulled the laptop out of his bag and got to work. The video was being prepared to share to a certain group of people. The Police Department. Jin booted up his editing software and proceeded to distort the each members voices, remove any mentioned names and then blur out the faces of the men who chose to remove their masks. The video was now ready to share. It was then loaded onto the former detectives phone with a suitable title. As an extra precaution, Jin ensured to use write blocking software when transferring the file to prevent any digital forensic link back to the laptop. After having the file loaded onto the phone Bruce searched through the contact list looking for Detective Steel, unfortunately he was not popular with the ladies leading to his number not being in the list. Whilst searching for Steel Bruce noticed two similar names "Det Xoza" and "Det Quinn." These two will have to get the job done. The video was sent to them and shorty after a bullet was put through the phone and it was disposed of. Now that business was taken care of it was time to clean up the scene. The organisation had a specific group in mind for the job of fully sterilising the scene. They made an attempt at bleaching away the blood stains, it was only partially successful, deciding to leave it for the professionals. Now that the scene was satisfactory they rounded up the rest of their members from the perimeter and headed out to the next location. Even their uniforms must be disposed of, the organisation cannot risk this being traced to them. The men prepared a fire pit, proceeding to change clothes and dispose of their blood stained uniforms. Once the clothes had turned to ash it was time to take care of the final pieces of evidence relating them to the murder. After Jin had wiped the laptops hard drive and smashed it up, the laptop was placed in the bag and tossed into the fire pit. Now it was time for the organisation to reach out to a trusted party to assist them with the rest of the job. The final piece of evidence tying the organisation to the murder was the van used to transport the detective. Zach tasked himself to cleaning out the van and ensuring it would never be noticeable if it was ever searched. Once the entire van was bleached down to remove the fingerprints, it was transported to an organisation owned storage locker, until it is required again for its next operation. Most of the parts were in place, it was now time to wait for the final piece to slot in. The Triads were about to get away with a high profile murder. 复苏 Part 3/4 - To be continued.

After setting up and securing the area the group moved onto the interrogation, Bruce decided he was going to handle this himself, along with the help of the others. After crouching down next to the woman and removing the sack, her face was revealed. The target that the group secured was one of the known LSPD Detectives. She was directly responsible for sending eight high ranked members to prison, including Bruce for his second run. Now that the women had adjusted to the situation and realised what was about to occur it was time to move on. The men made it clear to her, this was caused not just by her personal actions towards the organisation. But also the actions and attitude of the entire Los Santos Police Department. After making it clear what had caused this situation to arise they moved onto more personal matters. There had been rumors of a snitch existing among the organisation. After using some painful interrogation techniques, the detective still refused to give out any information on the snitch. It was time for one last attempt to shake the information out of her. It seemed like she truly never knew any information on the snitch, unfortunately she wouldn't be leaving here alive. The interrogation was over, it was time to take care of the Detective that had caused too much trouble to the organisation. Instead of giving her a painless death, the men decided it would be best to let her bleed out whilst they watched. Bruce stood up and placed his knife on the detectives throat, giving her a chance to speak her final words. The detective begged the men to spare her life, attempting to gain some sympathy by sharing that she had a family. Unfortunately for her, the husband was the brother of the cop who arrested Bruce and sent him to prison for his first sentence. It all comes full circle, Bruce laughed in the face of the woman. After asking for her last words she chose to spit on Bruce's face and screamed "Fuck you" Without any hesitation the knife sliced across the detectives throat, she was then kicked down to her side whilst the men watched. Whilst the detective was lying drowning in her own blood, the men moved in with cleaning up the evidence. Nick grabbed the Jerry Can from the back of the van and began soaking her in gasoline. Once the body was covered Bruce pulled a lighter from his pocket, lighting it and dropping it on the gas whilst stepping back. Now that the fire had burned out, Bruce had his last remaining direct blood relative Lu Wong help him dispose of the corpse. The two men placed on gloves, covering their hands then reaching down to lift the charred corpse. After a countdown, the two men launched the body into the water allowing it to be washed away by the tide. A statement was put in place on this day. It was now time to clean up the scene and move on to destroying the evidence. 复仇 Part 2/4 - To be continued.

Recently a certain Detective under the name of "Jason Steel" had been loitering around the Triads. After a day of watching the group, the man managed to find a moment where Bruce was secluded. Bruce was then pulled over but a unit containing 4 cruisers and 1 high speed unit for a "Gang Suppression Check" Unfortunately for Bruce, he never hid the shotgun well enough in the car and landed his 3rd ever sentence in prison. Whilst inside Bruce decided it was time to take proper action against the law enforcement and show them the consequences. Now that Bruce had came up with a plan, it was time to put this in place. Upon his release from prison he gathered up the organisation and went over the plan with all the members. Now that the plan was clear, the members changed into their uniform for carrying out high class duties and prepared for the worst. Whilst the other members were getting ready, Bruce, Lu, Pete, Li and Zach headed to their local Chinese store. Inside the store they collected leather gloves, rope and a black sack. These items were placed in the trunk of the lead vehicle and the men headed to regroup with everyone. The group decided it was best to ditch their sports bikes for once. An operation of this type may turn wrong at any second, They decided to take out their heavier duty vehicles. Now that the preparations had been put in place, the organisation sat in wait for the command to move. The call came in that the target was in place, the convoy made haste to the location. The lead car at the front, van in the middle secured by the second lead and the armored van behind. The other members of the organisation followed close behind to provide backup if the situation escalated. The target was sitting waiting, unsuspecting of what was about to happen. The convoy pulled in with the van secured in the middle, the woman was then swiftly blinded and tied up. After flinging the woman in the back of the van, the convoy escorted the transfer van to a secure location. After arriving at the location, the convoy spread out across the entire warehouse, securing all entrances. Once the area was secure the target was dragged out of the van still blinded and kicked to her knees. The camera was set up and ready to record the upcoming events. It was time to show law enforcement that messing with criminal empires should not be treated lightly. 水面浮油 Part 1/4 - To be continued.
  22. Do you see Zetas robbing their store daily? - No you don't. Don't let your dislike towards criminals cloud your judgement. This store should have a shopkeeper just like every other store. "Owned by criminals" is not a valid reason for this scripted entity to not be there.
  23. +1 to this aspect in particular, Perhaps clothing stores can be converted to player owned businesses similar to the general stores and truckers have to deliver clothes to the stores.
  24. You've took an obscene idea for a criminal faction and made it successful. I've had nothing but good rp interacting with these guys and hope it continues in the future. Keep up the good work.
