A shootout occurred on the streets between the Triads and some members of the Clowns. It resulted in a lot of injured men and many being sent to prison. However the Dragon of the Triads had a different idea and made his escape when the time was right.

One of the new organisations in town reached out to the Triads. The Dragons Head attended a meeting to discuss opportunities.

Now that Ding was in prison for a long time. The Triads came up with an idea so he can protect himself. Together the four men talked about it and put the plan to action. It was a risky move. Whilst in the shop, Bruce decided it would be best to stay masked just in case. After buying the knife set, it was time to make it small enough to conceal. Now that the blade was small enough, It was hidden in the sole of a shoe. Hopefully it wouldn't be noticed by the guards. After arriving at the Prison outwith visitation hours, Bruce talked to the man and convinced him to allow the visit. The prison guard was cautious about the visit, especially at these strange hours. It was the moment of truth, would the guard find the blade when searching? Luckily nothing was noticed and the visit was allowed. However due to Ding being such a high value target, the guards were breathing down the Triads backs at every second. Due to the 100% surveillance there was no chances to smuggle the blade over to Ding. A large risk was taken, however no one was caught. Ding had to find other means of protection during his sentence.

The Dragons head of the Triads attracted some unwanted attention from the police department. He wasn't willing to serve his times and attempted to evade the officers. Other Triads followed looking for an opportunity to help. In the end, the chase came to a stop. The engine on the baller failed, allowing them to arrest the man. It was time for him to serve his sentence.

Due to the gun prices still being so high the Triads decided it was best to get them in other ways. Meeting up at the set location, the plan was explained by the Dragon of the Triads and the men set off. After a little bit of hunting, some easy targets were located. The Triads set up in position and made haste with the robbery, Men were placed at each entrance to prevent any unwanted guests.

Welcome to the Triads.

As the size of the Triads organization grows by the day a warehouse/business to use as a front for crime is their key focus. Together some members of the Triads scouted out more potential locations for their front. One of the men had an idea for a potential business front. This was the gigantic Chinese theatre in town. However, this location was a bit overcrowded and could draw unwanted attention to the operation. The Triads are still on the look for their place to "settle down".

Another two men had reached out to the Triads. They seemed promising after passing the initiation test. Together with some higher up members in the Triads they were taken to the clothing store of choice to get their uniform. After the men had their uniforms they were given a final debriefing from the Dragon and Vanguard of the Triads. One of the Red Poles watched over whilst some confidential information was being shared. Now the men were fully initiated into the Triads as trusted members and sent to go do some work.

One of the Triads new members had a friend who was interested in joining our organisation. A meeting was arranged and a plan was set in place to test the mans worth. They decided that the man had to prove himself in a street fight. After explaining the situation to the man he was allowed to choose his opponent. He chose the Dragon of the Triads, Bruce Wong. The man made quite the effort and showed he was willing to fight his way into the organisations ranks. After the test, the two men ran across the street to grab some fast food and celebrate.

As the Triads expand by the day more men are needed to provide leadership to the new recruits. Two men had proven to be a necessity to the organisation. Following Dings latest trip back to Shandong China some promising agreements were made. A month down the line the first delivery arrived in the city of Los Santos. The Triads received news that their delivery was on its way and headed down to the collection point. Once at the collection area the men helped unload the crates from the jet and cracked them open to inspect the contents. Upon opening the crates the men were relieved. The arms dealer Pong Xing from Shandong had kept up his end of the deal. Now that the men had their hands on the weapons, it was time to check them out and ensure that they are the real deal. After some inspection of the guns and a little fun, the men loaded the crates up into their vehicles and prepared to leave. Before leaving the area, the Triads kept up their end of the deal. They loaded up the crates up with games consoles and video games that will be exported back to Shandong China as payment for the weapons. Once all of the crates were loaded into the vehicles the men headed out. On their way out the Triads made sure that no one would know they had ever been here. The security guard is now on their payroll and will receive a generous sum of cash each time they require access to the delivery location.

Whilst hanging around at the bank the head of the Marcello's approached the Triads and asked for some assistance. We were to help watch over and smooth out a potentially rough meeting between two MC's. The bank was a little bit open to hearing so we decided it was best to take this to a more private location. Whilst the meeting was going on the Triads and Marcello's watched over the men awaiting to split up any fighting. Men from each organisation was positioned to ensure that no eavesdropping occurred from the local street.

One of the Triads ended up requiring some urgent medical attention. The men waited outside the hospital hoping for some good news before setting of on their way to take control of the chop shop. The men split up into groups. One group to go out and retrieve cars and the other to operate the shop when the cars are delivered to them. Whilst operating the chop shop, one of the men began creating a spreadsheet on his phone to keep track of the each vehicles worth, this will be handy in the future.

A member from the Triads managed to get a hold of a notorious car and took it for a joy ride. After having his fun with the car the man called it in and it was time for business. Two of the Triads who are highly trained in the arts of Tai Chi went to work on the car. Surprisingly the two men would make great panel beaters. Once the make shift mechanics were done working on the car, we notified the owner that it was ready for collection from the local Chinese dealership.

The Triads meet up with their good friends and strong allies The Marcello Family ahead of being introduced to the new MC in town After a quick but decisive meeting everyone headed down to the meeting point. Together the Triads, Marcello's and SCUM MC all got to formally introduce some of their members to each other. Another strong alliance was made on this day.

Whilst the Triads were heading out to take over another drug lab they ran into a little friend in blue. Unluckily for this man the wrong people came around the corner. One member held the man at gunpoint whilst the other frisked him searching for any concealed item. They managed to find a gun hidden down his trousers and the keys to his bike. Upon opening the compartment on the bike they discovered some high value illegal items. The Triads knocked the man out in hopes that he would have no memory of the occasion and quickly left the scene before the rest of the men in blue showed up.

The organisation need a quick influx of capital to invest in some new areas of operation. It was time to hold up general stores. Getaway vehicles for the men were arranged and sat waiting. Whilst inside the shop the men made sure to shoot out the CCTV and hide their identities in case anyone was caught. However, after 15 successful robberies the police are still to even track down the wanted men.

Sorry to bring up this topic again, but I feel the need to address the elephant in the room. The new Faction salary system that has been implemented is a little lack luster when it comes to both being paid and how its all calculated. The whole reason for moving this new system was for improved rp and realism. However, with the benefits this brings it also leaves players feeling unrewarded in the short term between paydays. I've been a mechanic at LSC for around 2 months now so I have a fair understanding of how things work with the salary & labour. The main issue I've noticed people complaining about is the loss of our personal labour. The solution: keep the new salary system implemented and pay the base salary that a member accumulates on a specific week day. Whilst on top of this bring back the labour fees and other personal bonuses to reward employees in the short term between paychecks. The labour going straight into your active salary could be implemented the same way that a postman delivery reward goes into the salary. Just to provide a little influx of cash throughout the week. Again I do appreciate that the system is new. I'm just trying to provide ways in which it can be improved.

+1 If the reason for moving towards the new payment system is for realism of paying employees then jobs that take commission IRL such as mechanics and cab drivers should still be able to receive their personal labour straight into their salary. The hourly salary could be tracked and paid manually, as this counter has just been implemented. But taking away peoples personal labour is really demotivating from an employees POV. In my opinion using a mix of both the old system with new salary payment would be the best option. As people still get to manage an employees salary whilst the employee themselves get personal payments into their salary. At the end of the day this is still a game and not a real life ecosystem as much as certain people would like it to be. Making a system that prevents Gov employees from getting their paychecks on demand is only going to harm the community. The current method entices you to make use of a pay monthly system (1 week irl) which people aren't going to want to put a weeks worth of work into the get and have to wait for a reward. This only results in a poor effort for reward system and I personally see no benefits of this new system over the old one. One final point I'd like to add to my opinion. It's strange that gov employees have to wait for their paycheck to be handed to them, however you can go be a postman and get your salary straight away. Just shows that the system hinders gov employees. All this will result in more people playing criminal for on demand cash, turning the server into cops and robbers.

The Triads bumped into some members of Vice whilst driving about on the streets of Los Santos. They decided it would be best to from some good relations with this organisation and reached out to them with an offer. Together the two groups teamed up and went out on patrol looking to take care of some unfinished business. We found exactly what we were looking for. Unluckily for one of their members his car stalled whilst driving into our patrol. This gained some unwanted attention as well as the Police Department began to chase us and ended up opening fire on our men.

Attending another gathering with the Marcello family. The new members of the organisations were conversing and getting to know each other better. A while down the line there was a knock at the front door, one of the men went to answer it and it was not a warm welcome. The man informed the members inside the house and they all rushed out to help him. This didn't work out well for the two organisations as there was some heavily armed men waiting outside. The police department showed up in force to try and handle the situation. This resulted in a mass shootout with a lot of crossfire. All the surviving men at the scene were arrested and questioned, some were let free, other men done their time.

A new member was looking to Join the Triads. It was time to test if he was truly worthy to be one of us.

During a meeting with the Marcello's we had an uninvited guest. First case was to interrogate the man and find out why he is here. After the man refusing to answer any of our questions it was time to show him who's in charge. One of the Marcello's left to get clippers from their car whilst a member of the Triads held him steady. It was time for a little haircut. Our little friend from earlier decided to make a second appearance, interrupting the meeting yet again. This time he tried to make a break for it. Fair to say he definitely wont bother us again.
