  1. After reviewing evidence, we have come to a conclusion in this report. In the footage provided, it can be seen that Irish are chasing a Kudo Kai and a 67 member in the same car. Both of them can be seen calling for backup from their home frequencies, breaching the gang backup rule. It must be emphasized that when you are hanging out with another gang member of a different faction, no back up requests can be made if you are in a hostile situation. Player Amir_Abbas stated in his reply that "Yes we where on different freqs but both of our gangs where holding labs together already". This can be seen as an attempt at circumventing the gang backup rule, implying that since there is already a joint frequency for a certain purpose, that it is permissible to help another party not included in the situation. For these reasons, their factions will be dealt with via faction management. During the chase, player Symere_Blackwood claimed he heard the reporting party arrange for support from their respective factions, as evidenced by his statement, " During the chase I can over hear them talking about conducting a setup to potentially "bait" us into a lab to kill me and my allies." It may be possible to hear them in a car chase due to the way that VOIP works on this server, however realistically he would not be able to hear two people talking in a car going at high speeds on the highway. We would normally issue a punishment with this breach of RP, being that Symere_Blackwood's reasoning for the robbery was "Hearing both of them requesting backup we decide to try to get their radios and guns and leave as fast as possible because we knew that both gangs would be responding to the backup call", however, both players can be heard calling for backup at around the 1:37 mark in the reporting party's video while the car was stationary. We would urge you to not abuse the way VOIP works on the server, and understand why your actions are considered non-roleplay. For these reasons we will be issuing a verbal warning to Symere_Blackwood. Getting to the original reason why the report was posted, it can be seen in the footage provided by Symere_Blackwood and Jerry_Okibi that there was an altercation 20 minutes prior involving the reporting party. With the statements provided it can be seen as a reasonable motive for at least following the reporting party. The reported party would have sufficient reasoning to rob the reporting party when they heard them calling for backup at around the 1:37 mark of the reporting party's video. Because of this we will not be issuing any punishments to the reported party. Kind regards, Gyromite & Riderz
  2. After reviewing evidence, we have decided to accept this report. Aaron_Dennis will be receiving a punishment for Fear-RP. This was accepted for the following reason(s): In the evidence provided, the reported party can be seen attempting to melee a person in the middle of a shootout. We consider this to be unrealistic, even if the reporting party is reloading. The reported party did not show value for his life gambling that he would be able to subdue his enemy before being potentially shot. We would like to remind the reported party that it is unrealistic to attempt "hero" acts such as this in the future. Kind regards, Gyromite & Riderz
  3. After reviewing evidence, we have decided to accept this report. Gabriel_Harris (160) Mason_Hardy (427) Klaus_Jones (199) Dante_Markson (11) Trevor_Rider (81) Mikey_Carter (15) Jack_Sten (91) Caesar_Ares (138) will be receiving punishments for Non-Roleplay. Matthew Barret - no punishments will be issued. In the evidence provided, these players can be seen climbing on top of a police car and dancing. The car then drives off as the people are dancing on it. It is clear that dancing on the vehicle was a method in baiting a response from the PD. This can clearly be seen by both the responses made and the actions displayed. The actions seen had lead to both a very negative experience to the affected player and broke the immersion for all the players around. Furthmore, continuing this behavior several times after being removed off the vehicle from his fast movement. We do not find the player who was driving the vehicle to be at fault as it was the players obstructing the vehicle and dancing on it placing themselves into the danger reported. We hope you all take this as a opportunity to learn and develop. Sincerely, Riderz & Gyromite
  4. This report is pending the following responses: Gabriel_Harris (160) Mason_Hardy (427) Klaus_Jones (199) Dante_Markson (11) Trevor_Rider (81) Mikey_Carter (15) Jack_Sten (91) Caesar_Ares (138) - Why were you dancing on the police cruiser? Why after you had been removed from the hood by the accelerated speed decide to do it again? Please explain your side of the story and provide any evidence of the situation. Matthew_Barret (170) - Please explain the reason for the initial hood clearing? Please explain your side of the story and any evidence you have of the situation. Sincerely, Senior Moderator Riderz
  5. After reviewing the evidence we've come to the following conclusion: No punishments will be issued. The reason for this judgement is that according to the displayed evidence, it can be seen the player approached a hostile engagement. In which, the player attempted to aid a down ally and was sequentially engaged. The reporting party inputted himself into the hostile situation. The point of views given by the reported party concludes that the engagement was still ongoing. Sincerely, Senior Moderator Riderz & Senior Support Kraah
  6. REPORT ACCEPTED ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following player(s): Jordan_Leigh (166) - Deathmatch (DM) | Opening fire on the reporting party without a plausible role play reason. Matty_Rush (152) - Written Warning for Deathmatch (DM) | Ordering gang members to open fire on the reporting party without a plausible role play reason. Harvey_Wilby (344) - Verbal warning for using abbreviations | Text chat is considered spoken in-character. Abbreviations should not be used. Philip_Mckinley (322) - Verbal warning for using the script to select vehicles (CTRL + X) against its intended purpose | You can not use the information gained from a script to select vehicles in-character. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format. Regards, Riderz & Yputi
  7. After reviewing evidence, we have decided to accept this report. Nelson_Moore (287) will be receiving a written warning for his displayed actions In the evidence provided, a traffic stop has escalated to the point where gang members are aiming guns and giving demands to officers that have pulled them over. As the reporting party was exiting his vehicle, he had inputted his selection into the weapon wheel, drawing his weapon. As he was doing this, and while still in the animation to draw his weapon. The officer was given demands and shot down before he had a chance to comply, as displayed he attempted to surrender. We believe this to be a breach of the deathmatching rules due to the fact ample time was not given for the officer to comply if he chose to do so. The nature of the situation and the fact that the officer was pulling a weapon will be taken into account, and because of that we will be issuing a written warning for this behavior. Kind regards, Gyromite & Riderz
  8. After reviewing evidence, we have decided to accept this report. Jonny_Lau will be receiving a punishment for Non-RP. Jason_Mcmayor will be receiving a punishment for Non-RP. James_Cavelli will be receiving a punishment for Non-RP. Nino_Watson will be receiving a punishment for Non-RP. This was accepted for the following reason(s): In the evidence provided, these players can be seen holding an officer at gunpoint because they perceived they were going to be arrested for heavy weapons and that the officer had called for backup. The perceived intent of the officer was not properly investigated by the reported party. The appeared traffic stop was improperly escalated to an unrealistic degree as seen in the displayed video. The stated "If he did not make a backup call" is an invalid argument in this case as it would have been unrealistic to hear such conversation with both distance and rolled window status. Presuming something is going to happen is not sufficient enough reason for the escalation displayed. Kind regards, Gyromite & Riderz
