  2. The report is now additionally pending the next following responses inconjunction with the others: Gorg_Borg - Why can you be heard in the provided clips speaking in another language in Capone's POV? Specifically at the Sea Lab meet up. Carlos_David (109) Albert_Robertson (229) - In the provided POV from Capone at sea lab, why can you be observed aiming weapons at your allies needlessly? 3. After reviewing evidence, we have decided to accept this report. John_Cumberbatch will be receiving a punishment for Scamming a New Player. This was accepted for the following reason(s): In the evidence provided, it is clear that the reporting party was scammed via a vehicle sale. The reported party assured the reporting party that because they had new player tags, they could not be scammed. This violates the New Player Protection rules. It is forbidden to scam New Players and especially forbidden to reassure, mislead, or lie via out of character chat for a scam. Kind rega
  4. After reviewing evidence, we have decided to accept this report. Chico_Lollito and Leon_Jan will be receiving a punishment for Deathmatching. This was accepted for the following reason(s): In the evidence provided, it is clear that the reporting party did not hear the demands of the reported party. It is the attacker's responsibility to ensure that their demands are being heard, and in the evidence provided it can be seen that the attacking party is a bit too far for demands to be heard via VOIP. The attacking party could of changed their voice settings to shout or even used the
  5. After reviewing the evidence we've come to the following conclusions: No punishments will be issued at this time After reviewing the evidence it is clear that the player was left with little resolution In the evidence provided, the reporting party can be seen striking the reported party after an altercation. The events that followed are within the rules, due to the fact that the reporting party granted DM rights to the reported party by striking him. Followed by the build of roleplay of the callouts of lock picking and disregard to the threats made. We would like to caution th
  6. After reviewing evidence, we have decided to deny this report for the following reason(s) Upon reviewing the video, it is clear that the reported party did not have an escape from the situation, due to the cars blocking the only escape route. Normally it would be considered a breach of the Fear-RP rules to drive back into a shootout, however it seems that the reported party did not have an option. Also, although the reported party was still shooting from the vehicle the second time they passed, this would be considered realistic as they were currently being shot at by the reporting party.
  7. After reviewing evidence, we have decided to deny this report for the following reason(s) Evidence is not valid based on our report guidelines as some clips do not have audio, the UNIX time stamp is not legible on some of the videos and no rule violation could be spotted with the provided evidence. This being otherwise stated in the listed report guidelines. Kind regards, RogueK & Riderz
  8. REPORT ACCEPTED ―――――――――――――――――――――――――― After reviewing this report and all evidence provided, I’ve decided to accept this report and issue the following punishments: • Garth_Donaldson (123) - Non-RP (Public Robbery) - You will receive said punishment for holding the reporting player at gunpoint and taking his cruiser in the middle of the town on a popular road. Your reason for doing those actions does not hold enough weight to justify them. At no point did the Deputy tell you that you were being arrested, nor did he have the opportunity to ask you to step out of the vehic
