Trap House.... The Boyz now with their initial funds generated from the parties held, had enough to begin creating their very own trap house. As seen before the tables, an vents had been purchased from their blocc friends. The assembly began an one of the Boyz with experience in utilizing this type of equipment took charge. First thing the Boyz did was purchase a new van to transport their goods. They took it down to a location to get the ingredients needed to began manufacturing. The Boyz drove everything to the trap an began their first ever cook! The products had been created, left at a drop location and sold. The Boyz now truly began generating income for the hood. After the sales an work had been put to the side, they headed over to a Blocc party thrown by 67. This being the conclusion of their day....

The Club... The Boyz finally had the opportunity to venture into clubbing with the opening of the Vanilla Unicorn. Operating in this free space hoping to spark a whole new rise of customers for their product an maybe even be introduce to a new life of friends. The Boyz invite their boys the Ballas down to the club. Which as expected they attended. Two of the current shot callers got given some blunts an told to have a good time. The party started slow but soon popped off with lots of people coming by to join the festivities. After some time, a reputable Balla approached DeMarcus an offered to buy a sizeable amount of blunts to keep his crew entertained. The deal went off without a hitch in a side room hidden from plane sight. Following the sale, the Boyz went to enjoy some of the fruits of their labor, partying with a large group of people selling out of their product almost completely.

Moving on up... The boyz rolled up on ballar territory, hanging as usually cracking some jokes. The Boyz decided to seek their Ballas contact towards arranging a pick up for some equipment. Though the contact seeked was a little busy so the Boyz asked the Ballas if they'd like to hang with them at the park riding the ramps for a bit. After 20-30 minutes the Ballas contact rolled up and began planning out the details of the order needed for their soon to be operating trap house. The time was set with a mutually agreed upon location for the items to be delivered to. Their Ballas homie setting up the deal said it would be awhile before the order could be placed. So the Boyz decided to roll on back to the Grove an hang for a little bit more. Just then an old man appeared on the block by the name of "Pops" who was a WCA OG. After speaking with him it was apparent to the Ballas and Jack Boyz that this dude was a bit off his rocker. So they left him to fall on his own after some lip was exchanged. The Boyz dipped and decided to do a cigarettes' run at the 7-11 store on grove street. While doing so they spoke with a boy from the 67th and a mysterious business man dressed in a wonderful suit. They talked and were watching a fire roast on a motorcyle. The 67 boy called 911 to get the fire put out. Just then a man in a grey shirt rolled up and asked the Jack Boyz about their set. This friendly conversation did not last long as the man was being pursued by the LSPD. He was caught attempting to escape infront of the Boyz. The Boyz watched the arrest and got a view of the legendary "Commissioners" assisting in the arrest. After playing a couple interesting songs, one such commissioner approached the Boyz by the name of Lewis Langley and spoke to them for a minute. After a few words exchanged, the commissioner asked how our thoughts where on the ghetto. It was clear to the Boyz that a systemic problem need addressing an that was the lack of good chicken in the hood. The Commissioner road with the Boyz to a local joint they would love to see open. DeMarcus stated to the commissioner he would get a movement started on life invader to bring the good chicken back. Once returned back to the store a few shots was heard coming from down on grove street. The Boyz had been concerned that the police were about to hit their homies reppin purple. Though come to find out, the previously mentioned old man named "Pops" had decided to take a AK out from his crib an start blasting a car infront of his house. This triggering a massive response from the police, eventually leading to a raid on the blocc. Following the conclusion of the raid by the police and the arrest of "Pops". The Boyz decided with the help of the Ballas to go through the open the door and jack anything the police left behind and trash the place. Dippin with any goods taken an returning to their respected blocc. A Few Hours later... The Boyz got a call from the Ballas regarding their order ready for delivery. DeMarcus with the help of GW rolled to the meeting spot and put the money in position for once the items are good inspection. The Ballas entered the meeting area with the desired items in hand. GW secured the bag from the Ballas and inspected the goods. After GW gave DeMarcus the green light for the condition of the items, they made with way upstairs for the payment. Once the cash was counted they all dipped from the area to avoid and detection from law enforcement that could be near by. Being sure all items had been secured. This being the conclusion of another day in the hood for the Boyz

Another day in the Hood... The Boyz after having woken up decided to take a cruise around the block and meet and greet those larking in their hoods and surrounding blocks. When checking the surrounding area a purple car passed. The Boyz decided it was time to shoot some dice and have a good old time with the Ballas, whom they've gotten accustomed to. They kicked up on the blocc rolling dice for petty change being about $500 a roll with some of the Balla cats. Unfortunally, DeMarcus lost against them Ballas pretty heavily having to kick up about $3000 towards his lost rolls. After so many lost rolls the Boyz decided to kick up some the gang with a street brawl. Winner takes all and looser fittin to pay up. DeMarcus called to the plate GW. He was excited to for the chance to fight represent the Boyz and took his spot to square up. After several moments of fighting, GW to the W for the Boyz. Several matches in an both sides are quite impressed with one another and ever so developing their respect from the interactions given. Following some police rolling up on the hood, the Boyz an Ballas sat on their roofs watching and chillin payin no attention to the cops. The two groups began developing a close bond, proving one thang to one another and that is that the hood always lookin out. They watched the cops roll out and resumed their chillin

The Boyz started their day off like any other, patrolling their streets and checking out what's been crackin in the hood. After DeMarcus stepped out the house and watched a small engagement occurring across the street at a local thieves den, his boy G.W gave him a ring on his phone. The Boyz talked for a little bit and both agreed to meet up on the blocc. G.W showed DeMarcus his new whip and decided to take it for a spin down an old warehouse district just outside the blocc. They cruised and feed some speed to the new ride. They spoke about future ideas and operations soon to come for the Jack Boyz to really place themselves at the top of the food chain on the blocc. Following this the Boyz drove back to the hood and meet up Precious and Q . After seeing how nappy headed brother Q got we decided to get his Afro washed in order to maintain the clean image seeked by members of the Jack Boyz. Following this the Boyz rolled down the BJ Recreation for some business thangs needed to be done for a couple future operations. After taking care of the business needed to be done Q wanted to get some practice in with DeMarcus for an up and coming street match that was going to be set up soon. The Boyz got into a practice brawl on the court and the results proved quite a surprise to Q . A powerful whopping that brought him down... Concluding this brawl they decided to start networking for their future operation. Driving down to the pier to make new associates for the big plans yet to be revealed. Additionally, being introduced to several groups developing near or around their blocc. The Boyz established some new contacts and groups to aide in their future plans. Talking over respect to colors, hoods, and tag locations between groups near and far to their hood. After concluding these several events throughout the day, they decided to crash at mamma's house an call it a night.

Establishing the Vision The JACK BOYZ have been busting through many hoops sense returning to Los Santos; hoping to establish their foot hold within their blocc. One of these many hoops had been generating enough revenue to invest in their community and it's members. One of the easiest forms of income generation the Boyz could come up with other then jacking whips around the town was distribution of narcotics. Though due to limited funding and lack of education, the Boyz decided to start by dealing in the only thing they understood down to the science. This being a controlled substance named "cannabis", typically known as marijuana. The boyz began experimenting with different strains in order to make a unique appearance, smell, and feel to their product. After much experimentation, they've discovered their brand of strain. This being the newly nicknamed "Blue Crack" being the speared headed name agreed upon by the Boyz. Only after extensively testing their product for many hours... A few days and sales later... The Boyz realized they need to move their product at a more secure location then the heavily secured pier guarded by the local law enforcement agents. Typically loosing a lot of profit due to not only fines occurred by parking, or by the ever so cunning speed camera. Additionally, realizing dealing on the hood may not be the most ideal location as it would attract law enforcement to their block needlessly. Thus, decided to invest their man power, product, and efforts on a local park called "B.J Recreation". Understanding this location had strategic advantages due to its proximity to their hood and the amenities not available on the hood, such as a BMX ramp and basketball court. The Boyz came bearing fruit as the OG's of the set all agreed with DeMarcus's suggestion in this particular opportunity. Thus, after they left the meeting, Kingpin DeMarcus decided on tagging up their new dealing location. He approached a local store located just by the old car wash purchasing the tools he needed to tag up the new spot. Following his purchase of both a white spray paint and the primary color of interest being blue. He went up to the location he desired and began covering up a previous mark quite literally carving their blocks name on the community park. DeMarcus started by adding a base for the crown and slobs of paint to cover up the mark of the previous tagging. Then adding in J-A-C-K-B-O-Y-Z ever so slowly and to perfection. Being sure that anyone who happened to drive by knew just where to get the product they needed from the representatives they trusted.

Starting on their home turf locally called "The Block" in which DeMarcus and his brother started a small set with the primary aim to create additional opportunities for not only themselves but their friends who lived on the same block. Initially using their funds to pay for their mothers old house. During the early 90's DeMarcus and his various brothers and sisters grew up on a small house on the block. During this era law enforcement had not been very favorable to the concepts of the ghetto and its life style. Usually leaving the community having to defend itself. DeMarcus originated the idea of creating a set on the principle of defending their home where no one else would. After several months of establish the set most of his family unfortunately after some bad deals had occurred outside the set, most of his family had been arrested. Momma Freeman packed Marcus stuff up and sent him to Liberty city. No other ambitions then keeping their neighborhood secured and providing collective opportunities through various criminal activities. After about 20 years DeMarcus returned to his hood and got his mammas old house back and re-established his crew the Jack Boyz. To be noted though most of their criminal activities are typically ranked "minor" in terms of other groups. Typically straying away from weapons in favor of an old fashion street brawl. DeMarcus and his crew specialize in car jackings, manufacturing of "Bolivian flake" and street fights/dog fights. Once more their establishment of their gang was to improve the conditions of their street and building a common defense for those who live with them. The Kingpin being the executive leader of operations when it comes to cooking/distribution of operations, car jacking operations, illegal street fighting and any racing opportunities that may present itself. Typically born to the role, the operating head of all gang functions. A Triple OG is the Assistant Director of operations when it comes to the gangs activities. Usually being a member of the gang with the most seniority in terms of long term development of operations and relations management. Triple OG is the right hand man to the Kingpin and will be a title very sparingly given. A Double OG is a leader of the set acting in the official capacity of a Lieutenant, commanding their crew to operate in the interest of the group. Usually a senior member of the gang that had proved through time and dedication their commitment to the gang. An OG is a senior gangster, someone who has proven through time and dedication their commitment to the operations done. A Gangster is someone who has some experience and working in the capacity of a solider. Operating as a dealer, jacker or otherwise building up the operations of the gang. A Youngster is startup attempting to prove their worth to the gang with activities on the street. Establish connections within the city for equipment Fortify our street for protection against negative outside influences Establish a function Trap houses with working staff and managers Build reliable trade locations and routes for products and services rendered Establish a functional fighting racket Establish relations within the city for the betterment of the gang and block. General Rules: Must strive to provide the highest standard of RP possible Must be respectful at all times no matter the person Must hold the moral high ground even in the most unfavorable situations Never should you use out of character chat for anything beyond informing a player about a command/educational reasons Must develop your character thoroughly Must understand and be willing to conform to the lore of the gang. Must not deviate from the lore of the gang. Lore Rules: 1) You may ally yourself to an individual; but allowing yourself to another groups problems intended or not is not permitted. When you roleplay that of a street gang you dedicate yourself that groups and its problem. Not as a hired gun for everyone else. Under no circumstances can you become a ride or die ally for another groups problems outside the gang. As in general it promotes poor rp for a street gang member. 2) Radios for a street gang make little to no sense when connecting it to the reality of any current standing street gang. Do not under any circumstances; in relation to gang based operations use a radio as the primary line of communication. 3) DO NOT use vehicles based on their performance. Select them in relation to street gang operations. It is not tolerable for a poor low ranking street gang member to operate or drive an expensive sports bike or car. 4) DO NOT jump escalation in a conflict or go out of your way for others affairs; as a street gang member your primary focus should be the street in which gang claims to operate. 5) DO NOT make the primary of your hangout locations beyond the border of Los Santos. This is a street gang; your primary point of RP should be on the street in which you represent. 6) YOU MUST roleplay an African based character; must make an attempt to provide immersion by speaking in a African dialog or by typing in it. 7) DO NOT Buy luxuries that make no sense for your character; for example a house in the vinewood hills etc
  10. Part I - Empires Fall, Brothers Unite "A man travels the world over in search of what he needs, and returns home to find it." George Moore A man known originally for his dedicated service as Commissioned Officer within the United States Airforce for the betterment of a nation who he felt called upon him to aid an enemy doom to meet its end. This man known as "Louie" by most was considered an otherwise skilled logistical specialist while in service of his nation. Starting his career in 1982 he was trained in a variety of logistical skills stemming from his transportation days while station at the historically renowned Berlin Wall (West). He spent time there flying cargo from the NATO Supported nations to the wall supplying Berlin with western consumer goods as a way to desire defection into the East. One day while performing a patrol on a perimeter fence surrounding the self-proclaimed DMZ, he noticed a small note tied to a rock found on the Western Side of the fencing. The note stated "Seeking Western Medical supplies ASAP! Seek are in need of help! WILL PAY!. Louie recognizing the content of the letter replied to it and tied his response to that very rock tossing it over the East side of the wall. He volunteered for perimeter patrols for several days awaiting the same rock tied to a corresponding letter. That day came when he noticed the so desired letter on one of his patrols. He read over the latest message which beard grid coordinates for a drop location for the medication desired. Additionally, this vary note contained a wire transfer request form for once the operation had been completed (This being for the Bankhaus Metzler). Louie prepped the requested items to be air dropped during one of his cargo hauls in the Eastern sides airspace. After much planning and rigging the items to be airdropped during his flight, the mission went off with out a hitch and the items had been delivered. Louie took the wire transfer request and was paid handsomely for his service. Unfortunately, this transfer was flagged by US Intelligent officials due to it coming from a flagged bank used in distributing funds for Soviet Operatives during the height of the Cold War. This lead to Louie receiving an Other Then Honorable Discharge for smuggling goods using United States government property. Fortunately, due to public relation moves being made by the airforce at the time and to show no Soviet assets could be in the armed forces; the matter was covered following the discharge. Louie was left on the West side of the Berlin wall during his discharge and expected to find his own path home. He realized by the mission conducted and his overall skill in logistics that his skills could be used very favorably with the capitalistic opportunities yet to be established within the communist controlled East. This lead to Louie defecting to the East side of the wall to establish his own smuggling network for western goods. In this time he developed friends in many walks of life including red army personal, party members of the union and so many more. Just like anyone who establishes a network during such oppressed times; Louie had eventually been flagged by the Committee of State Security for the Soviet Union known by the United States as the KGB. This starting the paper trail that builds against Louie in the international community. Most of this stemming from purchasing Soviet made Kalashnikov, distributing them to the war torn nations of the continent of Africa. The paper trail stemmed from those initial sales would eventually come to haunt Louie as it was used as the precursor for his casefile developed by the International policing body known as Interpol. Once the economic status collapsed within the Soviet Union the wall came down an the Soviet Union dissolved. Luckily, due to the friends made within the Red Army, Louie was able to quickly establish a reliable new network for firearms to be sold within the nations previously mentioned. What made him standout during the "Arms Bazaar" is that Louie only ever accepted trade for his goods, or at most hard cash. Louie learnt his lesson from the wire transfer that a paper trail inevitable lead to a case by policing agency's. After so many exchanges and the resurface of the previously mentioned classified document; Interpol began developing its own case against Louie. Eventually due to the flagged suspicions lead him to be arrested on a flight heading out of a Congo Airport. They documented his prints and record a baseline of information of Louie. After a closed hearing was made in a United Nations court house located in Amsterdam. Louie due to lack of physical evidence, witness testimony, or any record of sale that had been documented, lead to him being acquitted of the charges he was accused of by the Interpol agents. After such an exhausting legal battle Louie recollected his brother and remembered the Elden times of enjoying the business and having a reason to build relations with empires. As he learned during this legal predicament, money and trade will only build and associate never anyone he can hold true to himself. While being held in a detainment center he could only remember missing his brother and having an ache that could never be solved by his operations in the south and east. Louie once remembered a young commander in the freedom fighters of South Sudann once stating to him that power with out family is the hallmark to a dying legacy. After much debate; Louie abandoned his empire and all transaction accounts to migrate over with his brother. In the hopes of building a trade with his brother to both share in its economic opportunities. This further reinforced when he exchanged letters with his brother about the promising new market developed within Los Santos. Needing specifically the skills Louie has developed through his several excursions throughout both Africa and Eastern Europe. Louie used what cash he had left and bought passage on a freighter that smuggled him into Los Santos. Once arriving he walked down to the bus stop located just north of the freighter lot and was taken to the famed bus stop area located in the center of the city. This being the true beginning to a bond to behold with two brothers seeking to use their skills to build an empire to last. To be continued...

  12. In regrades to that, what police force in the real world requires officers/individuals employed pay for their own gear? Only time I've ever heard of that is in the case of 17th FEB (February 17th Martyrs Brigade) which would be a very far third world country. To additionally note; if criminals do not value their items such as going against a well equipped Law Enforcement Agency, what affect would this have vice versa? Now we you could look at the Police Budget paying for it but now one main factor must be looked at such as the disproportionate violence level in the city. Thus, leading these being the only solutions to fund against the constant engagements over small incidents are as followed: Increase fine amounts, Civil Forfeiture (Meaning anything used in the commission of a crime can be seized and resold at government auction (Example: Felony evade in a vehicle, now it's Government property)), Increase tax rates, Establish that money earned in the prison mines is government cash and not but least Freeze/Seize bank accounts until debt is paid.
  13. The only time shooting is made available is when others begin it. Just as it would be in the real world. Law Enforcement are reactive meaning they can only engage in response to situation; versus all others who are the catalyst (meaning they begin the reactions).
  14. If you'd like that in your own factors would the same not apply gang v gang/ player v objects? Like for example getting shot in the chest with a shotgun, you should not be carried to a hospital or be CPR'd since RPLY you would be very much dead? Can't call the medics since you would be so injured you could not find the energy to even raise the phone for example. The re-work suggested would need to factor all cases of injury for example hitting your motorbike into a pole at 170km. In that particular case you would be so beaten by the impact of force more then likely could not even muster the air to speak into a radio requesting aid.
  15. Good or bad roleplay; the aim should never be to get death RP. The grandest rewards above all is to receive someone's time and roleplay for the development of both your character and development of all those around you. True win mentality is "death RP is it doesn't matter about how good your RP is because all it takes is one cop who doesn't like you." Every /me and every /do is a wonderful gift and should be the main thrive for always performing good roleplay. DeathRP is mostly granted in my opinion when the situation dictates it. Unfortunately, the matter should stretch beyond just PD if you seek change; which includes when there is a shooting at a drug lab and get shot by 10 rounds of .50. In this case despite a friend might have CPR and a boot, you should just perish respectfully and die at scene. Unfortunately though this realism factor typically on stretches as far as those seek to stretch it can stretch it.

    Vehicle mileage

Would not be to bad as to go from the LS airport to Paleto is 4 miles. If you did that 5 times a day it would take you 7500 days or 20 years to use up the average mileage of the car (Supposing it's 150k miles)
