Solution: Make a forum section were you catalog your evidence and item(s) belonging to players. Any processing should have a paper trail to follow it in a roleplay sense. If you don't want to do that cops/DOC might not be the best fit.

What's wrong with that if that's how they wanna roleplay it. This is more or less just punishing roleplayers just because others aren't happy they don't have more.

We are advocating that staff shouldn't pick and prone what RP is acceptable for a CK. In your case, if you buy something via the donation shop should that be stripped? Given it's an OOC purchase?

An have you ever seen IA punish anyone who is a friend to command or the investigator? We should regulate the PD; Remove their ability to investigate IA reports and give it to a more neutral faction for investigation (AKA the Gov). Then we can impose laws on the PD to follow; as at the moment they have free reign over what they do. Not something handed as policy, I'm talking good old fashion laws from the San Andreas Gov

Great! Then you agree cops deserve some consequence for arresting someone for these charges like being kidnapped, executed, issued a hit on etc correct? Cause if you want to place additional charges on someone then you can enjoy the consequence of the retaliation from the gangs. As a cop has no better security then a soccer mom
